Blog about offshore outsourcing and scammer in the outsourcing industry
An example about some people are thinking that offshore outsourcing is working

LinkedIn profile picture from Kshitij TripathiI have described at my article Scammer: Apostotlebpo. In - Kshitij Tripathi - Gaurav Sharma how the centers are getting scammed. Here I describe now the way how a scammer tries to get campaigns which he can sell to others without doing some work by himself. A lot of people are dreaming about such an income possibility.

His standard answer "Nobody is paying for shit leads" is nothing else than a self protection. If he would run a real business he would provide a list of the leads together with the reason why the lead is a bad one. As scammers are lazy and everybody can see it in the Skype conversations, which I had with Kshitij Tripathi during one year where he is even too lazy to forward any proofs. He even don't try to get his money back by using the authorities, which he says that he got scammed for. This fact shows that he has only invented the stories and is not able to provide any proof for anything.

After publishing this article Kshitij Tripathi tried to defend himself at LinkedIn. By commenting he has forgotten that he declared himself in the Skype communication with me to be nothing else than a liar:

Kshitij Tripathi

i have proofs of centers of your country ryan valenzuela those are working for me more than one year and they know i how i work still nothing matters lol, keep going i am enjoying

For the case that the above statement is not a lie for protecting himself (each proof is missing), then Kshitij Tripathi has lied in the following Skype communication with me, where he tried to make the impression of having a call center. In any case has Kshitij Tripathi confirmed that he is nothing else than a liar. A liar can never be a trusted business partner.

The following Skype communication with Kshitij Tripathi aka KT Robby (Skype: kt.robby) shows the way how he likes to get campaigns for his man-in-the-middle "business". The problem is only that he even don't know how a call center business is functioning and he repeats the same invented story again and again. He thinks that he can even sell some scammer stories to me. It seems that he even don't know that I need only to open the website from LinkedIn or Facebook and pick any random offer to get a source for a new article about a scammer. He has been even too lazy or not able to send me any proof for his stories, which he repeated every time he contacted me on Skype.

[26.04.2015 08:11:10] Rudolf Faix: That is the difference between promotion and reality. For this the customer needs to complain at the FTC

[26.04.2015 08:18:24] Rudolf Faix: No, because I'm not earning something by putting scammer on the grill
[26.04.2015 08:18:39] KT Robby: okay
[26.04.2015 08:18:54] Rudolf Faix: It is only my hobby and a revenge for a friend, which needed to close his center for getting scammed
[26.04.2015 08:19:44] KT Robby: here the client and the centre both are scamming customers
[26.04.2015 08:21:13] Rudolf Faix: I reach only centers and not the clients. The centers are mostly not knowing what they are selling and if the promises getting kept. In this case the only the client is responsible for his campaign
[26.04.2015 08:21:59] Rudolf Faix: The centers are only responsible if they could know about the scam. This is the case with the Windows Pop Up calls
[26.04.2015 08:22:21] KT Robby: i told u this rest of depend n you sir

In the above communication Kshitij Tripathi proofs that he is even not able to use Google for searching and verifying offers. He even has been thinking that I'll do it for him for the reason that he is too lazy for it. Instead of taking a look at the provided links he thinks that it easier to ask me for campaigns on Skype.

[06.05.2015 12:22:39] KT Robby: ok but u know the point is that they are many appoinmnet for centres reach to kathy
[06.05.2015 12:23:02] Rudolf Faix: Yes, I know it from the downloads from my blog

Depending the on the way he tried to get campaigns from a real broker like Kathy Sisk Enterprises, he will get an answer or not. Normally are marketing agencies not entertaining some campaign brokers from abroad. There are so many call centers available, which are searching for some campaigns that there is no need to hire some people for reselling their campaigns. Campaigns are for call centers free of charge. There is no need to pay for someone, who is only additional announcing real campaigns.

[29.08.2015 06:55:41] Rudolf Faix: He is advertising "If an US client owns you money I can help"
[29.08.2015 06:55:52] Rudolf Faix: He helped already a few centers

For the case that he got really scammed from Mako Markeing LLC, then he did not make any background check about his client. In this case it seems that he has trusted only to the explanations from Omar and Italo Solari. Not one real millionaire will tell you that he is a millionaire. If he would have made a simple Google search he would have found at least one red flag about them in the Call Centers Forum:

I want to spread this info: Blacklist Mako Marketing LLC operated by Italo Solari and Omar Solari. These guys are fraud. They will not honor their payment obligations to call centers. Spread the word. The international call center community should be warned against them. Do not trust them. I will not waste my time with this if we were not defrauded by these persons. I just want to warn all other call centers who may be their current or future victims.

It seems that Kshitij Tripathi has been too lazy to make a simple Google search or too credulous.

It even does not help if he repeats his accusations if he will not send me any proof for the scam. Without any offers, links to offers and profile, copy of contracts, etc. I'll not do something, because the complaint can be a fake too and I don't let myself get used for a private war. I told Kshitij Tripathi already during August where he can get some help in his case. It seems that he did nothing because at the authorities he has to provide some proofs too. For this reason I think that he has the case only and tried to repeat his allegations in the month November:

[20.11.2015 06:15:31] Rudolf Faix: As more documentation I get from you as easier is it to write an article
[20.11.2015 06:16:30] Rudolf Faix: In the most cases I can see the scam already in the offer, but in some cases I need to get more. It depends on the kind of the scam
[20.11.2015 06:16:43] KT Robby: I was getting payment in my paypal account but anyhow paypal stopped my payment so the payment of whole 4 month was in my paypal account an dthe whle savings around $5000 and paypal toled me you have two options that either you need ot wait for 6 months dan automatically paymen will transfer to your bank account otherwise you can send the payment to the person whom you got

The mail from paypal will help too in documenting the system.

Wh did you not wait the security time from paypal. Why you sent it back?
[20.11.2015 06:19:35] KT Robby: I needed of money cz there were many expenses so I thought I will transfer the funds into his account an di will us eothe rmode for getting the money

[20.11.2015 06:20:32] Rudolf Faix: That has been to expect. If you are sure that you are right then never send some money back.
[20.11.2015 06:20:43] KT Robby: he is very rich person dan why did he do this ;;; nothing gone on taking my money but everything gone of mine

[20.11.2015 06:21:45] KT Robby: mako marketing llc
[20.11.2015 06:21:56] KT Robby: ths is his company
[20.11.2015 06:22:21] Rudolf Faix: A company does not guarantee an income. You can create a company there for less than Us$100
[20.11.2015 06:22:23] KT Robby: he is running 300+ centres in world
[20.11.2015 06:22:33] Rudolf Faix: Have you verified it?
[20.11.2015 06:22:42] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:23:12] Rudolf Faix: Did you call all the centers and he has provided you the phone numbers?

[20.11.2015 06:27:12] KT Robby: there are many cases running on
[20.11.2015 06:27:17] KT Robby: one more will add
[20.11.2015 06:27:44 | Bearbeitet 06:28:07] Rudolf Faix: Your problem is only that you have sent the money back. That means you have agreed with the complaint to Paypal. So your chance to get the money back will be nearly zero
[20.11.2015 06:28:10] KT Robby: but I have prrof of paypal dt I sne dmoney to omar account
[20.11.2015 06:29:22] Rudolf Faix: He made a complaint to paypal. Paypal told him that he need to file a court case. For this they have locked the amount.
You sent the money back and for this he even don't need to file a court case
[20.11.2015 06:29:49] Rudolf Faix: You have given him the money and have accepted the complaint he made at paypal
[20.11.2015 06:30:07] KT Robby: he didn't made any complaint to paypal
[20.11.2015 06:30:25] Rudolf Faix: In this case paypal would not lock the amount
[20.11.2015 06:30:41] KT Robby: can I call you si r
[20.11.2015 06:31:06] Rudolf Faix: Paypal amounts are normally available after a few days you'll receive them.
[20.11.2015 06:31:16] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:32:09] KT Robby: I mean I have mail copies of the payment wchich I refund to omar account
[20.11.2015 06:32:17] Rudolf Faix: It does not bring anything to call me. I need to have first the documentation of the case. Without the documentation is everything I can say only speculation
[20.11.2015 06:32:44] KT Robby: he seriously killed me completely
[20.11.2015 06:32:52] KT Robby: just due to him I am not able to stand
[20.11.2015 06:33:00] Rudolf Faix: I have only explained you the right situation and how it is interpreted in front of law court when you send money back to someone
[20.11.2015 06:33:17] KT Robby: so I need ot file complaint to ftc
[20.11.2015 06:33:24] Rudolf Faix: For the situation now you are guilty by yourself
[20.11.2015 06:33:31] KT Robby: yes sir
[20.11.2015 06:33:36] Rudolf Faix: You can file a complaint against him
[20.11.2015 06:33:52] Rudolf Faix: You can take a debt collector
[20.11.2015 06:34:02] Rudolf Faix: That are now your possibilities.
[20.11.2015 06:34:08] KT Robby: how I will get it
[20.11.2015 06:34:30] Rudolf Faix: The chance to get it will be very low because you sent the money back
[20.11.2015 06:35:15] Rudolf Faix: You would be in a better shape if paypal would have taken it back on his complaint
[20.11.2015 06:35:34] KT Robby: but I hve the proof of my paypal wchich I refund to omar paypal account the whole amount an drecs of paypal supervisor in wchich he said payment has been send to his account
[20.11.2015 06:35:59] KT Robby: can paypal take it back again from omar
[20.11.2015 06:36:02] Rudolf Faix: But with this proof you have accepted that you got the amount in an error
[20.11.2015 06:36:09] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:36:18] KT Robby: s I will be getting this paymen t
[20.11.2015 06:36:20] Rudolf Faix: No, because you have sent it back already
[20.11.2015 06:36:49] Rudolf Faix: I think you need to proceed to a law court. That will take a lot of time
[20.11.2015 06:37:51] Rudolf Faix: I hope that you have some evidence about your work that you have better chances against him in front of law court. Evidences are for example call recordings
[20.11.2015 06:38:13] KT Robby: and now dze days is der any campaigns providers from your eyes those are working fine and sending payment properly so I ca run my home
[20.11.2015 06:38:20] KT Robby: yes I have all the evidences
[20.11.2015 06:38:31] KT Robby: i have recording on speaking with omar for payment
[20.11.2015 06:38:49] Rudolf Faix: OK, that will help you,
[20.11.2015 06:39:24] KT Robby: so i need to complaint to ftc

[20.11.2015 06:44:38] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:44:58] Rudolf Faix: Would I promote a scammer in Fair Campaign offers?
[20.11.2015 06:45:23] KT Robby: no neve r
[20.11.2015 06:45:41] Rudolf Faix: So you have given the answer to your question by yourself
[20.11.2015 06:46:15] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:46:49] KT Robby: but i hope you can understand how they cheat people ;; we wrk very hard and he tuk my whole savings
[20.11.2015 06:47:32] Rudolf Faix: Yes, but for writing an article I need to have the documentation to show too.

[20.11.2015 06:48:22] Rudolf Faix: It is not enough to name someone to be a scammer without any proof. In this case he can bring me in front of the law court
[20.11.2015 06:49:00] Rudolf Faix: In Europe and U,S. is the law working very well
[20.11.2015 06:49:11] KT Robby: ok
[20.11.2015 06:49:25] Rudolf Faix: I cannot simple disappear like the people in India
[20.11.2015 06:49:55] Rudolf Faix: Even if it would be possible, I don't like to start from the beginning again.
[20.11.2015 06:50:39] KT Robby: in india i would like to ask you i am getting many mails for back office campaigns
[20.11.2015 06:50:53] KT Robby: and the consultacies are charging upfront
[20.11.2015 06:51:10] Rudolf Faix: Every upfront is only SCAM
[20.11.2015 06:51:21] KT Robby: so in your views is der any good consultacy in india whom i can deal
[20.11.2015 06:51:32] Rudolf Faix: The client has to pay the broker because he has hired him
[20.11.2015 06:51:33] KT Robby: cz they are giving back office campaigns
[20.11.2015 06:51:49] KT Robby: yes ;; you are right sir
[20.11.2015 06:52:20] Rudolf Faix: No, you'll not find one real broker in India. Not one client will hire a broker from India or another low wage country
[20.11.2015 06:53:47] KT Robby: so is der any person in your knowledge whom i can deal for back office campaigns so i can run my life on track ;; please just help me for this cz you must be aware of these people
[20.11.2015 06:54:12] KT Robby: any back office campign wchich i can get from offshore country from any person wchich you knows
[20.11.2015 06:54:54] Rudolf Faix: There are no back office campaigns available because consumer/customer data are protected by law and nobody will give you access to it
[20.11.2015 06:55:26] KT Robby: okay sir
[20.11.2015 06:56:03] Rudolf Faix: For this reason you'll not find any offer without upfront and upfronts are nothing else than SCAMs
[20.11.2015 06:56:13] KT Robby: and any inbound for you know any bo cz you will be in touch of many big people so i can get
[20.11.2015 06:56:16] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 06:56:41] Rudolf Faix: What can you do with an inbound caller if you not have access to his data?
[20.11.2015 06:57:00] KT Robby: i am talking about inbound campaigns
[20.11.2015 06:57:11] KT Robby: any small campign with 10-20 seaters
[20.11.2015 06:57:33] Rudolf Faix: Yes I know and I have written about an inbound caller!
[20.11.2015 06:58:21] KT Robby: i mean there are many inbound call cntre in indai those are working for usa
[20.11.2015 06:58:28] Rudolf Faix: The same reason why there are no backoffice campaigns available are no inbound campaigns available
[20.11.2015 07:00:16] Rudolf Faix: Not one center from India has an Inbound campaign. Since 1998 is the consumer data protection law available, Each company would get fined with US$ 16,000 per customer record they give you access. AT&T has paid for such a failure US$ 25,000,000 fine
[20.11.2015 07:00:35] Rudolf Faix: Do you think anyone will take such a risk?
[20.11.2015 07:00:57] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 07:01:14] KT Robby: but in new delhi many inbound for uk and usa are running
[20.11.2015 07:01:20] Rudolf Faix: Than you need to search for such an idiot
[20.11.2015 07:01:25] KT Robby: smaal call centres and big centres
[20.11.2015 07:01:32] KT Robby: not like that sor
[20.11.2015 07:01:34] KT Robby: sir
[20.11.2015 07:01:48] Rudolf Faix: UK has fines of € 58,000 per case
[20.11.2015 07:01:53] KT Robby: omg
[20.11.2015 07:02:07] KT Robby: :O
[20.11.2015 07:02:24] Rudolf Faix: So that are nothing else than big lies - the centers which are working on inbound campaigns
[20.11.2015 07:02:58] Rudolf Faix: Remaining Europe (except UK) has fines of € 50,000 per case for giving consumer data out
[20.11.2015 07:05:13] Rudolf Faix: With Europe I mean the European Union. Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, but there the company owner even faces the sieved air in prison for giving consumer data out
[20.11.2015 07:05:30] KT Robby: ok
[20.11.2015 07:05:41] KT Robby: so you mean i can never open an inbound
[20.11.2015 07:06:01] Rudolf Faix: Never because you'll not get access to the data
[20.11.2015 07:06:14] KT Robby: yes sir
[20.11.2015 07:06:19] Rudolf Faix: The only valid and possible campaign is lead generation
[20.11.2015 07:06:29] KT Robby: yes
[20.11.2015 07:06:35] KT Robby: whom i can delal with
[20.11.2015 07:06:45] KT Robby: Kathy sisk and ian haimes
[20.11.2015 07:06:57] Rudolf Faix: I have given you already all the 3 brokers which I know
[20.11.2015 07:07:02] KT Robby: ok sir
[20.11.2015 07:07:08] Rudolf Faix: Lars you have forgotten in your list
[20.11.2015 07:07:16] KT Robby: hahaaaaaaaaaaa
[20.11.2015 07:07:47] Rudolf Faix: Maybe there are some more out there, but I don't know them
[20.11.2015 07:07:59] KT Robby: ok
[20.11.2015 07:09:11] Rudolf Faix: Outsourcing is dead already, So you'll not find a lot of brokers. The scammers and the greediness of the center owners have destroyed the outsourcing industry already
[20.11.2015 07:09:27] KT Robby: yes sir
[20.11.2015 07:09:30] KT Robby: you are right
[20.11.2015 07:09:50] Rudolf Faix: The center have traded their data and for this the law got changed
[20.11.2015 07:10:11] Rudolf Faix: That has been the start of the end from the outsourcing industry
[20.11.2015 07:10:44] Rudolf Faix: More than phone directory data are not available for anybody world wide

The above communication shows only that Kshitij Tripathi has not capable of learning. He even don't try the ways of law, which I suggested to him, for getting the money back. That shows that it is not his own money he has lost and he cannot provide any proofs. He expect that other are doing his work and he needs to take only the money. Afterwards he complaints about getting called to be a scammer.

[25.05.2016 05:50:10] KT Robby: hello gm
[25.05.2016 05:50:11] KT Robby: sir
[25.05.2016 05:50:17] KT Robby: here is kshitij tripathi
[25.05.2016 05:50:33] KT Robby: whom abhishek make post about me regarding his scammer friend arib ahmed khan
[25.05.2016 05:50:36] KT Robby: need tot alk you
[25.05.2016 05:50:43] KT Robby: and elt you knwo the whole stiry
[25.05.2016 05:51:08] KT Robby: thye are blaming my name only reason my friend joe johnson has caught them on doing scamming

I have counted during a Google search in the year 2016 9 complaints from different centers posted on different platforms against the Scammer: apostotlebpo.in - Kshitij Tripathi - Gaurav Sharma in the year 2016. Don't forget that the year 2016 is until now only 6 months old. For a detailed list simple read the article Scammer: apostotlebpo.in - Kshitij Tripathi - Gaurav Sharma. This fact shows us that the scammer is Kshitij Tripathi and not someone else.

Slavery offer: CCL VVT none Voice or Semi-Voice campaign - The Marketing Source

This campaign offer is not a scam, but in summary is it even worse than a SCAM because the client likes even to earn from the call center. But the centers are guilty by themselves, if they are accepting the conditions in the contract. Each business owner need to know what he is doing and he is responsible for his own decision.

The client is Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. located at 2419 E Commercial Blvd Ste 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308-4042, website http://www.bahamascruiseregistration.com. By taking a look at the website of the U.S. Better Business Bureau (BBB) then we’ll find about the Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. that there have been during the last 3 years 1,253 complaints closed with the BBB from which have been 335 during the last 12 months. Already this shows which kind of business this company is running and how they are handling their customers. You’ll find at the site a government action too, which you can find in my article “FTC and ten state attorneys general take action against political survey robocallers pitching cruise line vacations to the Bahamas”.

Responsible for this campaign is The Marketing Source, Inc. located in 12551 Indian Rocks Rd. Suite 2, Largo., FL 33774 with owner Vance Vogel. A Robbie Middleton is promoting this campaign and makes the billing for this campaign. I don’t know if the conditions for this campaign got invented from the Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. or from The Marketing Source, Inc. It does not really matter, but these conditions are a simple rip-off for the call centers which are working for them:

  • The center is requited to use their CallAssistant System. The center has to pay $10 per week and per connection. The center is required to have at least 10 agents where each agent needs to handle 2 connections at the same time.
That does not sound very much, but it is at least $200 per week and the center does not really get something for it. My opinion is that profiteering because the phone system itself has a value of around $500 - $600 and the CallAssistant system can only get used for the CCL campaign. This one which likes that this system has to get used has to pay for it. The call center has no benefit from it.

  • CPD (Cost Per Deal) factor (see the Word document VVT CPD Explanation.docx (17.84 kb))
The CPD reduces or increases the payout for the successful transfer. Already the name proves the cheat. The client does not have any costs per deal as the center gets billed for usage of their systems and for the VoIP minutes. Whether Caribbean Cruise Lines neither The Marketing Source is able to give an explanation for these costs per deal. With other words they like to make money from the call center.

The costs per deal are even getting increased (lower payout for the center) for the following conditions:
    • Transferring a call where no customer was on the line
Each cold called customer will hang up if he needs to wait too long for a transfer. In this case is not the call center which is transferring the call guilty

    • Transferring a call where the customer was not interested
That depends on the mood of the agent which is picking up the line during the life transfer too and cannot get controlled from the sending center.

    • Transferring a call where the customer did not have a credit or debit card
If the agent which picks up the line is not friendly or says the wrong words, I'll say that I have no credit cards too even if I have said before that I have one. Such a case can get proved by listening the recordings of the sending center only.

    • Transferring a call where mandatory recordings were not played
If the CallAssistant system is good instead of quick and dirty programmed, then the transfer would not be possible if the mandatory recordings were not played.

I have seen by myself that additional to the above rules is the transfer counter working wrong. It are getting 40% more transfers counted as really happened and it are getting calls transferred without any action of the agent. All this failures seems to have the only purpose to minimize the payout of the call center.

  • The center is to required to buy VoIP from them
Together with the other facts is this behaviour strange, because this one, which pays for it has to be able to chose the provider to buy from. As The Marketing Source Inc. and/or the Caribbean Cruise Lines Inc. are showing at the points above that they even try to earn by profiteering from the call centers are even here only end user prices billed and not reseller prices.

By taking a look at the website of Caribbean Cruise Line Inc. (http://www.bahamascruiseregistration.com/) we see that their business model is not a trusted one and in not conform with any fair trading standards. At Google are getting a lot more complaints about the Caribbean Cruise Line Inc. found. I list here only a few. At Cruise Critic we can find that the passengers have to participate at a five hours timeshare presentation. At CBS news you can read how their customer get handled and your lead destroyed at the call center you’ll transfer the customer. Some of their methods are getting described at the Rip-Off Report, Complaints Board and Jim Walker’s Cruise Law News. Even at the customer reviews of the U.S. Better Business Bureau are 75% reporting a negative experience, 66.67% will not recommend and 33.33% are undecided in recommending this company.

You see how the Caribbean Cruise Lines Inc. is handling their customers. Think about it how you will get handled from them as their supplier! A result can be looking like the following weekly billings sent out from The Marketing Source – Robbie Middleton:

Screenshot about payments to the call center of Krishna Varma

Everybody which is working with such a company like Caribbean Cruise Lines Inc. need not wondering himself if the shit from them is coloring themselves too! A business which has during the last 3 years in average 1.15 complaints to get handled per day from the U.S. Better Business Bureau is fighting for the last cent until a government institution will force them to pay. A serious business will avoid to get listed in such a way at the U.S. Better Business Bureau.

Brokers are getting paid from their client to find call centers doing their campaigns and for this the broker are not asking if the center can make profit or not. Scammers like Omer Ali - Oceanspace Innovative service pvt Ltd are offering this campaign against an up-front fee of 2 Lakhs (INR 200,000 ~ US$ 3,014). You can now calculate yourself that in the case you get the campaign from the scammer and you make some little earnings with this campaign that you'll need years for getting your up-front fees back.

Why all these offered offshore outsourcing campaigns where customer data are involved are nothing else then SCAM?
by Rudolf Faix Tuesday, May 5, 2015 3:08 AM

toys phone cellsLet us take a look first at the data protection law from Australia, European Union and the USA. All this directives and orders have in common that the consumer data are protected by law and this one which has collected them is responsible for the proper use of the collected data. If the data are getting used wrong, then this one, which has collected the data, is responsible in front of the law court for the misusage of the data. The fines are very high. It is not allowed to make data accessible in countries, where this data don’t have at least the same protection like in the country they got collected in respect of the law. Even if consumer data are getting stolen, the company will get prosecuted.

The fines for breaking the law are very high. You can see an example how high the fines are in the article “Data of 280,000 customers stolen: AT & T lost over $ 25 million”. Why companies shall take the risk for paying high fines for making their data accessible to offshore centers? Especially if they find out how the data are getting traded in the call center industry. The following screenshot from Facebook is showing how protected data are getting offered:

Facebook offers Amit Girje

The above screenshot is only one example from many. Such data are not getting offered only on Facebook. You can find such offers at LinkedIn and a lot of sites.

As long as in your country is not the same or a better data protection rule guaranteed by law you are only able to use the already heavy used data, which are traded between the centers. This called one will not be really in the mood to buy something.

Even companies which are transferring consumer data between the USA and the European Union need to be certified by the international U.S.-EU Save Harbor Framework. The certification need to get renewed yearly. You can read about a judgment at "FTC Settles with Two Companies Falsely Claiming to Comply with International Safe Harbor Privacy Framework".

The next problem for call centers is the “Do Not Call List” where you have to scrub up your data against the list. You are declaring by signing up to the Don’t Call List that you are telemarketer and you’ll respect the local law. In this case you make yourself prosecutable to the local law and this law can get executed because you have accepted it before. Ignoring the Don’t Call List can result in high fines. The fines can get international prosecuted.

In this case you make yourself prosecutable to the local law and this law can get executed because you have accepted it before. Ignoring the Don’t Call List can result in high fines. The fines can get international prosecuted. An example of such a judgment can get read at "Court Grants Partial Summary Judgment in FTC Case Against Dish Network, Finding the Company Liable for Tens of Millions of Telemarketing Violations". That such judgments can get international prosecuted if proven by "Federal Court Orders Tech Support Scammers to Pay More Than $5.1 Million". All the Indian companies, which have been involved in this case, have been running into bankruptcy.

Centers you are searching for inbound campaigns? Think about who will be calling a company. What can you do with an inbound caller if you don’t have access to the consumer data because they are protected by law? For this are all inbound campaigns nothing else then SCAM.

Centers you are searching for form filling processes? Think about which data you need to put into a form. Since years all the consumer data are getting collected at the point of sales. In the USA even the signature get collected from digitizer pad. For copy and paste nobody will pay your agents. There are enough programs for automatize the process available. They are even cheaper than the salary of one agent for a month. For this reason all form filling processes are only scam.

If you think now logically, then you know why all this inbound campaigns and form filling processes are only getting offered with a huge upfront payment. Even the scammer has no other chance to get some money if he does not get it from you. He has no chance to get such a process and cheat you after you have done the work.

Even the client tries to burden all the legal risks to the centers by hiring them on a pay per sale base. For this they can say in front of the law court that they have only bought some leads from you and you have been working on your own risk.

A serious client will support you with phone numbers based on his selection. This phone numbers will be already scrubbed against the Do Not Call list. He will also provide you with an extension to his own phone system because he likes that the called ones are coming back to him for the case they have some questions or need some help.

A serious client will hire a marketing agency in his own country or living area and not a suspicious campaign broker from a low wage country, which try to make money with his campaign. The hired agency has the order to search for the best center for the client and gets paid from the client directly.

All other kinds of clients will burden you up the legal risk and they will provide you with products, which are already well-known from the email spam. For the case that you’ll not make enough sales to survive they even will tell you that you should buy some better data and to provide a better work. They even will lie you by telling that other centers are making sales with each call.

Scammer: Castle Pension Solutions - castlepensionsolutions.co.uk - Paul Rowe - Nick Danks

Paul RoweThe following posting from Raj Sharma at LinkedIn brought Castle Pension Solutions - castlepensionsolutions.co.uk into my focus.

The posting from Raj Sharma:

Beware!!!Beware!!!Beware!!!!Scam!!!Scam!!
scam!!!fraud!!fraud!!!fraud!!!
Beware!!Beware!!Beware!!Beware.
castlepensionsolutions.co.uk is a fraud.
Paul Rowe, the con-man and owner of castlepensionsolutions.co.uk has cheated with our company Gokyo Ri BPO as my manager rajen sing was constantly in touch with him and didnot pay our payment from last two months. We started working for him, in mid of february and started passing pension and bank reclaim leads to him.He made only 1st payment after making lots of excuses, but we continued to pass leads for him as we thought the reason which he was giving might be genuine.Suddenly,Paul started showing his true colour. He didnot make any payments afterthat. He started telling lies and giving unreasonable excuses.1st week he said we made payment, might be banking issue.Next week he said i had issue with account department .when we made several attempts to contact him through email and trying to reach him,he always avoided us.Sometimes,he said audit is going on,will pay later without giving any specific date.We tried to get our money till last week untill he completely refused to pay to us.If anyone need email and chat snap shot we are happy to share with you guys.Any thing you want to know about this fraud company and his cheater owner, please contact.
We want that these scammer and con man should be out of LinkdIn or any other sites so he cannot cheat with any other people and please avoid castlepensionsolutions.co.uk to work.We are thinking of taking legal action against him and his company and contacted Fraud and crime department of British High commission,New Delhi India.

Castle Pension SolutionsThe first what I see on their website, that the “company” is only named Castle Pension Solutions. A legal form under which the company is operating is not declared. So we try to find out if the company is registered under this name or if the any responsible person is found for this company.

Registered UK companies can get found at http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/

As expected we find some other companies which are starting with Castle Pension but no Castle Pension Solutions.

Under the names Paul Rowe, Rowe Paul, Nick Danks or Danks Nick is no company registered. For this they are private persons and not company owner. This makes at least Nick Danks for the fraud full responsible. At least Nick Danks cannot hide himself, because the website is registered on his name and the name got verified (see at the domain registry: Registrant contact details validated by Nominet on 27-Mar-2014)

The given phone number at the homepage (UK: 07852196909) is a mobile phone number.

We see at the LinkedIn Profile of Paul Rowe that he has given a recommendation for Paul Danks.

At Facebook he describes himself as “Bank/Financial Institution”. A bank or a financial institution has in UK to be registered at the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). There is a search about “Castle Pension Solutions”, Paul Rowe or Rowe Paul at http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmSearchForm.do ended without any result.

My opinion: Paul Rowe is not more than an insurance salesman who likes to play CEO. He is unable to find customers by himself. For this he uses call center in low wage countries. He is even not able to pay them.

My recommendation: Each call center, which got cheated from Castle Pension Solutions - castlepensionsolutions.co.uk - Paul Rowe - Nick Danks should file a complaint with their proves at http://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/complaints-and-compensation

Good afternoon,

I have discovered a blog post about a scammed and I have been included in the post to which I beleive to be an outrage. I help the business setup a basic website a few years ago but I have zero involvement with the business or the business owner. I pride myself on helping people in business and the reason I have been mentioned was due to a mistake on registering the domain in my name rather than the client due to the setting on my hosting.
I feel that the comments made about me personally should be removed as this is slander against me when it has nothing to do with me or what I am involved with.

Feel free to keep the post about the invididual but i hope you can see by reading the post that the comment and image about me is undeserved so please can you remove.

http://blog.wwpa.com/post/2015/05/24/scammer-castle-pension-solutions-castlepensionsolutions-co-uk-paul-rowe-nick-danks-follow-up.aspx along with the main post that this relates too.

Any questions please let me know and I would be happy to answer any questions needed to have this removed.

Kindest regards
Nick Danks

Nick Danks has been the domain owner from castlepensionsolutions.co.uk at the time when the scam has happened and he is the only verified source in this case because Nominet, the British domain registry has verified his name and address. The LinkedIn profile from Paul Rowe got never verified and could get created by everybody. For this reason I tried to get a good explanation why the domain got registered on his name:

I would never register a domain for someone other by using my name. This would make me responsible for the content of the website. If someone is not able to register a domain by himself then he need to provide to me his exact data including credit card details for the payment options for beeing able to enter it into web form.

Thank you for your response.

The website was created and transfered to the client but it took quite a while to complete the amends therefore I was named until I was paid. Which I wasn't and lost money whilst working for that business. I was infact a supplier not a partner and believe I should be removed as I have not had any business dealings with the individual apart from suppling a website. I'm not even sure the business is still going as I've tried to seek payment myself.

Please can we work together to resolve this issue and remove my details and image

Kind regards
Nick Danks

The domain got really transferred on July 8, 2016 (more than one year after the scam had happened). But the new domain owner does is a Anthony Gregory and not a person with the name Paul Rowe. So I tried to find out if Paul Rowe is in reality Anthony Gregory. Even the new site content has been very suspicious. There is a online shoe shop but without any price information and an imprint with name and address, which is required by the European law is missing too. Here a screenshot:

Screenshot from castlepensionsolutions.co.uk - an online shoe shop without showing any prices and without any imprint

For this reason I have written:

I think it is not a big issue as “Paul Rowe” mentioned by himself in his email “Also nick danks if you had looked in to things properly he is just a Web creater.” (http://blog.wwpa.com/post/2015/05/24/scammer-castle-pension-solutions-castlepensionsolutions-co-uk-paul-rowe-nick-danks-follow-up.aspx)

The domain castlepensionsolutions.co.uk got transferred on July 8, 2016 to a person with the name Anthony Gregory, 21 WALSALL WOOD ROAD, WALSALL, WEST MIDLANDS, WS9 8QU, United Kingdom. Is this the original domain owner or a name which got found in a public phone directory? The actual content of the site does not really fit to the domain name. Shoes are something different than a pension system and the content is from cazpoo.co.uk – another scam site https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/cazpoo.co.uk?utm_source=addon&utm_content=warn-viewsc

Missing prices are not really something what someone is searching at an onlineshop and a missing imprint on the website does not make the site more trustful. It is even against the European law.

The problem is that I don’t believe into so many coincidences. Do you have any explanations?

What would you like me to explain? I created the website and asked for payment and didn't received anything so I'm in the same situation as you as a supplier which is why I'd like me image and name taken out in the post as it is damaging to my credibility and I help alot of businesses and charities.

If Paul Rowe has done things wrong then that's his problem not mine. From what I can see if he has asked for a service and it was received then he should of paid regardless of the excuses.

I know it doesn't seem like a big issue but to me it is as it's my name being damaged due to someone elses wrong doing.

Thank you for your help.

As Nick Danks has been the owner of the domain castlepensionsolutions.co.uk he has been responsible for the content of the website and for the case he has given it for rent he has been responsible that the website is not getting used for any crime. The UK law got already broken by the content of the website as it represented a business where whether Paul Rowe nor Nick Danks had the required permission or licences for it.

No the domain owner was Paul rowe and he's the one tahys stung people by the looks of it. Not sure who the other guy is.

The argumentation from Nick Danks has a big problem. If I have a hosting customer, who don't pay, I'll turn off his website for giving him a reason to pay his bills. As the WayBackMachine - archive.org shows, got the content from castlepensionsolutions.co.uk between June 22, 2014 and March 13, 2016 exactly 9 time captured and the content from the site got even changed.

Even the actual content - the online shoe shop without prices and without any imprint showing the owner from the page - from castlepensionsolutions.co.uk is nothing else than a scam. It is a copy from the website cazpoo.co.uk.

Lexicon Technologies - Kavitha Kavi - a scammer, which cannot show her/his face
by Rudolf Faix Thursday, March 19, 2015 9:35 AM

During a few weeks I commented each posting from Kavitha Kavi with a scammer warning. It seems to me that some people did not believe it and have been thinking that it is for a revenge or some other reason. Sorry, but I even don't know Kavitha Kavi and I have never made any business with Lexicon Technologies.

Their advertisements have been already suspect:

  • Not one broker, which has real campaigns, need to advertise them every few hours.

  • Good campaigns are getting taken very fast from the centers.

  • Only scammer cannot show their face in public. They need to be afraid that they can get identified, listed and cannot be lazy any more. In such a case they need to do a real work if they like to survive. For real work they are too lazy.
Real people and business owners are able to show their own face, because they don't cheat someone.

  • Only scammer are praising (liking) themselves. All others know that self praising is not a reputation.

  • Only scammer are using phrases like "Last Chance", "Limited Slots", "Limited Seats" and "HURRY". As they are lazy they are using the same advertising during a few months.
Real and good business partners give you enough time for making a good deal.

  • Real business partners are interested in having a long term business relationship and promote their products.
Scammer are only behind the money. You can identify them already by reading their advertisements - there is every time the money what you can earn the main topic, because they even don't know the product and are to lazy informing themselves.

Remember: As more somebody is promoting (spamming)  as higher is the risk to get scammed.
