Aldiablos Infotech Pvt. Ltd. – aldiablos com proves that they are scammer
by Rudolf Faix Thursday, March 5, 2015 3:08 AM

The scammer Aldiablos Infotech Pvt. Ltd. likes now to continue by sending out emails.  Instead of showing that they are real people and are making real business they try to go another way.

Their only problem has been that scamadviser reports about aldiablos.com:

Alert Result: The owner of the website is using a service to hide their identity
Alert Result: The website expected life (365 days) is relatively short.

Others have made some more investigations and have found at http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/aldiablos-infotech-pvt-ltd-l325773.html:

Aldiablos Infotech Pvt Ltd big fraud company

Aldiablos infotech pvt ltd is totally Fraud Company based in Ahmedabad. We charge money from people and give projects from fake company like AZEE Group which is also based in Ahmedabad. They charged 4lac from us and azee group gave us project which we completed in given time after which they terminated the contract as saying sum fake clauses and also made the stopped payment of the cheque of Rs1320000. When contacted Azee group they said that Azee did not get any money from Aldiablos company and said they will help us to get the money back from them. Tiksha Patel is big liar and before taking the project her words were different and now she is not bother to pick up the calls also.

I normally don't believe everything what is written on other sites. Especially at complaintboard the information are not getting proved. Calumnies are the inevitable result. But in this case the poster has written his phone number into the post and the scam is matching the business.

Let's take a look about them at another site - http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/169442/aldiablos-bpo-limted-fraud:

I had given a check of 0000 to Aldiablos BPO LTD, to procure the business. But the information that was given to me before giving the check was different and after giving the check they turned back on their words. They were supposed to give me the reference centers but they did not provide me with the reference centers. When asked about it they were not able to provide me the same with no explanations. It was then when i came to know that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is the same company as Smart Consultancy. Both the companies are running in the same office. when questioned the Director Abhishek Dubey, he told me that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is no longer associated with Smart Consultancy. But the security check that i was given had Vikram Pratap Singh's signature on it. When confronted with the same, Dubey had no answers and he walked out. This is a complete fraud. Later on i receive an email from Bhoomi Jani. She sent an email to me with the details of the same process and the email was sent under Smart Consultancy's name but when spoke to her on the phone she said she was with Aldiablos BPO Ltd. They operate under various names, namely, Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd. They keep on cheating people of the money and do not deliver the promised project. They do not have any work with them and they create their own project to fool people. People like Vikram Singh, Sonal Chauhan, Abhishek Dubey, Imran Mallik, Siddharth Sharma, Bhoomi Jani are the once flooding the professional network sites with their useless projects and try to prey on to innocent center owners. Even the new employees for their company do not know the exact work. They show of their premises and plush offices to the people and con them. The reason i am writing this is so that others who are planning to work with Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd, do not get duped and are saved.

Hello Chaitanya

You have also mentioned about Euphoria Technologies involved in this?

Anyone has any fraud experience with Euphoria Technologies as well?

Chaitanya Bhise

Hi Paresh

I had mentioned Euphoria Technologies purely based on hearsay but after investigation and a lot of research Euphoria Technologies is not a part of the Smart Consultancy Group and is a entirely different company.

Chaitanya Bhise

Hi Everyone I have not been in touch with these complaints as i was travelling so did not get time to update the status. As per my last comment i have already mailed the Grahak Seva to remove the name for Euphoria Technologies and hence request anyone and everyone to disregard the complaint against Euphoria Technologies as I have been satisfied with my investigation and research that Euphoria Technologies is a fair company. Thanks

Hii

This people wasting the time with delaying the updates after signing up!!

My opinion about the site is the same like about the complaintboard. Only the different complaints make it more believable.

Together with this information the complaints against Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd, etc. are making sense and are showing that all this is an organized fraud.

The Business Advisor Kaushik Ganguly, with "16 years experience", does not know for whom he is working
by Rudolf Faix Friday, February 13, 2015 1:23 AM

In the night I got a LinkedIn message from Kaushik Ganguly, Business Advisor and Management Consultant for ITES - Call Center industry with 16 years experience A part of this email is:

"what if center fails to perform? what if center fails to retain campaign? what if center do not work seriously? what if center do not have financial strength to run center? what if center close down for other reasons? AND most importantly ... what if center choose not to pay consultant/broker after getting payment from client?? Those all happened in real life with many people

If center talks about giving monthly payment to consultant ... why they can't pay the way they pay to Chartered Accountant, VOIP provider, Dialer company, Lead provider and many others? Why always they make a big issue of paying to consultant ... when they know getting a good profitable campaign is 500% more important then getting audit, voip, dialer or leads!! "

It seems that this "Business Advisor" does not know for whom he is working and who is paying the bill! He did not learn in "16 years" of experience how business is done. That is the same way like you pay for an attorney to bring you into jail.

If he get's paid from the outsourcing company, then he is in need to verify the center to which he suggest to outsource. This cannot only be done by verifying the business register and the credit-worthiness of the center. That has nothing to do with any upfront fee or any other similar fee, however it would get called. As soon as he takes from the chosen center some money he is running into a conflict of his and his customers interest.

If he get's paid from the center, which takes the outsourcing contract, then he is responsible for the credit-worthiness of the outsourcing company and that this company is a real company. Here he has to do the same inspections and researches about the outsourcing company.

If his client, there is no difference if his client is the outsourcing company or the center which is doing the outsourced work, is a fake, he is in a very bad situation, because he is liable to his client and has to compensate his clients damage, because it his fault if he did his research not in full. In this case the "broker" or however he likes to get called, has to show his identity too. Hiding themselves in the anonymity of the internet show only that the is not real and nobody shall do any business with him. Everybody should know that you cannot reach into pocket of a naked one.

What he has written is true, but the word "center" need to get replaced with the phrase "all participating parties".

In any case his explanations are showing only that he is promoting not existing services or campaigns to get new centers, because he stated in his email that he is starting his work for a center not before he gets the order. This is called betraying and is a criminal action, which will get prosecuted.

Even his company iNanoSoft Outsourcing has no domain. The only result found in Googles history is iNanoSoft.de. It has be a software company from Germany, which is already closed.

The LinkedIn Mail communication:

RE:The “genuine campaigns” from the brokers

Kaushik Ganguly Business Advisor and Management Consultant for ITES - Call Center industry with 16 years experience

Sie und Kaushik Ganguly sind beide in einem Netzwerk oder einer Gruppe.

There are many misunderstanding and misconceptions around about call center business development ... as well as too much hypocrisy and foolishness. Let's analyse one by one -

1) someone is making a call center ... without knowledge and experience about this industry? If they have experience ... then why they can't arrange business on their own? If they don't have experience ... then how they expect to get on their terms?

2) It is demand and supply. If getting business is very easy ... no one will ask for a penny! If very tough ... you have to pay to get. It again depends on center's profile ... if they are big ... all will come to them ... if small center ... they have to try a lot and experiment

3) People talking about consultant's role should not end with client SLA. Fine, then give him a proper role. Make him your advisor! Don't expect that you will treat someone as broker and he will give A-Z service ... don't demand like a kid!

4) People expect that consultant (or broker ... whatever you call them) should give a direct client, give unlimited support and should not ask for money ... till center makes money!! Great .... but few questions ... what if center fails to perform? what if center fails to retain campaign? what if center do not work seriously? what if center do not have financial strength to run center? what if center close down for other reasons? AND most importantly ... what if center choose not to pay consultant/ broker after getting payment from client?? Those all happened in real life with many people

5) If center talks about giving monthly payment to consultant ... why they can't pay the way they pay to Chartered Accountant, VOIP provider, Dialer company, Lead provider and many others? Why always they make a big issue of paying to consultant ... when they know getting a good profitable campaign is 500% more important then getting audit, voip, dialer or leads!!

Only solution is to build a long term relationship between genuine center and genuine consultant ... based on mutual trust and confidence. Else one can go on bashing consultants/ brokers and end up being cry baby with no progress at all

Call Center | Scammer Exposed

Offshore outsourcing - You get what you pay for
by Rudolf Faix Monday, February 2, 2015 5:38 AM

It is like everywhere in the world you get for what you pay for. The agents are the capital of the call centers. Like it is everywhere usable are getting better agents a higher monthly salary than not so good agents.

Call centers at the Philippines are usually paying for their agents around US$ 1.20 (rural area) and US$ 3.80 (metro area). Quality centers have agents, which are earning an hourly wage between US$ 3.65 and US$ 6.80 depending on their performance.

Agents, who are earning too less money, are taking a second job to survive. The result is that they are coming already tired to their work and are not able to give their best. Everybody needs even at the Philippines at least US$ 455 per month for living (that is an income of around US$ 3/hour).

Think about it, which quality you’ll get, when you are reading some unbelievable offers. Think too, that the broker or the consultant, which you have hired, likes to earn money. You can be sure, that you are not hiring the best agents for a very low price.

Not really a new and good idea - playing prerecorded messages
by Rudolf Faix Sunday, February 1, 2015 2:59 AM

A few weeks ago, I found a posting at LinkedIn where call center agents got searched, which even not need to speak with the called person. As I did not understand how it should work, I have been interested in this kind of job, but I did not get any reply.

Three days ago I have found a posting in the group "Campaigns Outbound & Inbound" with the title "Lead Generation with Avatar Technologies":

Lead Generation under $5.00 per hour
No other BPO company can generate as many live transfers or set appointments at the cost or the quality that we can. Avatar's software enables our agents to convert prospects into potential sales, while giving our clients the benefit of cost effective...

I have been thinking that $5/hour are too less for offering call center work. For this I have commented this posting with my opinion:
It is like everywhere in the world you get for what you pay for. The agents are the capital of the call centers. Like it is everywhere usable are getting better agents a higher monthly salary than not so good agents.

My comment:

This time I got a reply from Ted Nehls, he calls himself to be Executive Vice President of Intelligent Virtual Agents from the area of New York City and surroundings:

Rudolf,
Thank you for your reply to Lead Generation under $5.00 per hour. Avatar uses technology to ensure the sales pitch is 100% accurate 100% of the time. Unlike traditional voice agents which you are referring to in your posting, an Avatar agent doesn't need to speak all they simply need to do is press the correct soundboard button at the correct time. 97% of Avatar customers not only have increased their Avatar team size they have also hired more US based agents to handle the leads generated for them.
When it comes to lead generation a small investment in Avatar will go a long way.
Thank you,
Ted

A few years ago we have tried to implement a similar system for an Austrian Satellite TV company, which had the problem of finding agents, which are speaking German, French, Spanish and Polnish. Happily we tried it only and compared the result against the real call center agents. The result has been disastrous. We made with such a system only around 23% from the leads, which have been made by the real agents. Even the telemarketer, which had the worst German pronounciation sold more, then the system with the prerecorded messages from professional speakers.

If you are speaking with somebody, then you are observing their behaviour and their sound during your talk. On the phone you have only the sound and cannot see your behaviour. Good telemarketer are choosing their sales strategy by observing the whim of their customers. They are even able to make the whim of the customer better by making some jokes for making a sale. All situations during a sales pitch cannot get foreseen and for this you cannot make a a prerecording for them.

On the other side, the recordings are getting played from a soundboard, which is getting handled by humans. If the employees are tired, because they need to have an additional job to survive, they will make failures by handling the soundboard. So the system of Avatar seems to have a lot of problems by generating leads.

It is like everywhere in the world: "You get this for what you are paying for".

A very good description about the NEGATIVE IMPACTS from a robot gives Tom Pulmones from Linkedin:

Utilizing a specific number of lines based on a standard script, agents are confined to only a few responses and even fewer ways of conversing with customers over the phone. This limitation to a telecommunicating agent is crippling. The basic skills that an agent develops through experience at a call center are proficient oral communication, conversational spontaneity and call handling skills. Having a few buttons to press cuts down these skill sets to a zero and seals away the chances of an agent to grow and develop himself in the field of communications, which is the no.1 capital of a call center agent. As a result, the agent of a non-voice call center will be stuck with the non-voice skill sets with no opportunity to grow out.
In terms of Operational Costs, paying for non-voice agents who use dual-dialers cuts the BPO’s operational costs by half, at the same time cuts the quality of calls by a larger percentage. Also, this is unfair to the agents who are paid for less than ¼ of what the client is paying for their hours and yet they work for and are paid for as TWO people.

One of the "brokers/consultants" is already afraid about his business
by Rudolf Faix Sunday, February 1, 2015 1:59 AM

A few days ago, I got at LinkedIn a comment from Richard T. at my post about making fair business between campaign brokers and call centers. Richard T. seems to be such a broker or consultant, which feels himself attacked by my posts. He seems to be afraid about losing his golden business. He calls himself to be a "Senior Accounts Executive at BlueStar Marketing".

He has written: "Fair Business" LOL,what planet are you from? Your evaluation of risk is shallowly determined. It only takes into consideration finance. The biggest risk I take in my dealings goes far beyond immediate financial risk. When brokering a deal I am risking reputation as well.My reputation is priceless.Whats fair is what ever you contractually agreed to.The word FAIR is very subjective Sir.When we negotiate a contract we are evaluating risk to reward and trying to find a settlement that works for both parties. Some times it just doesnt work.Trying to create a universal agreement based from your bias perspective is very cute but very naive in the real world. For what its worth,I do find your posts entertaining.I also think your proposal can be fair but you must remember that fair is subjective and unfortunately an oxymoron when placed besides business......."

It seems that he has a reason to hide himself in the anonymity of the internet. His domain bluestarmedicalsupply.com is hidden by a proxy service and his toll free phone number 1-855-328-2317, written at the homepage cannot get found by a reverse lookup.

alexa.com says about the bluestarmedicalsupply.com: We don't have enough data to rank this website.
worthofweb.com gives a value of $102 for the domain bluestarmedicalsupply.com
google gives for bluestarmedicalsupply.com a pagerank: 0/10
Google lists only 12 links to the site bluestarmedicalsupply.com. All of this links are only about valuing the site ranking in a different way. There is not one relevant link, which can be used for a reputation.

I did not find one positive or negative comment about Richard T. and his website bluestarmedicalsupply.com. Only his comment at my post here at LinkedIn destroys his own reputation and makes him untrustworthy.

The only question is now: About which reputation is he writing in his post? I did not find any reputation about him. The one recommendation, which is listed in his profile, can be coming from a good friend too.
