Chandra Gupta - Kreation Next - kreationnext.com - likes to make money from scammers
by Rudolf Faix Friday, January 22, 2016 7:18 AM

kreationnext.com social network logoIf I would take some money to removing some entries from my blog, than I would not be better than the scammer. Making money on this way would lead with the time to scam others or into blackmailing of innocent small business owners. That is not my idea for making money. Before I'll go down to this level I would prefer to be a beggar.

Anyway even such an offer shows that this one, which makes the offer, does not understand the nature and structure of the Internet. In the Internet are a lot of services available which like to archive the content of the web and the authors from websites have no influence on it. Examples are Googles Web Cache, WayBack Machine, etc. It is nearly impossible to remove some content from the Internet as the content gets distributed viral. To get something removed from Google you need to get a court order and in this case it will only get removed from the search result in that country from where the court order is coming from. Google is not the only search engine on the web.

If you get under these conditions an invitation for an offer from a company, which seems to be an Internet service provider and is offering at their website "Professional Web Designing", "SEO Expert Solution", "Online Store in no time", dedicated servers and more, for removing content from your own site under the title "Managing Web Reputation", than you think first about a bad joke, a faked sender or some other fraud instead of a real business. How someone can handle your online reputation if he does not know the basics of the Internet?

Under the above condition I got the following invitation for an offer from Chandra Gupta (19 contacts at LinkedIn) - kreationnext.com (LinkedIn profile [14 contacts], Facebook page [83 likes]) by using my web contact form:

Hello

This is Chandra Gupta from Kreation Next. We have a few clients who would like to remove their complaints from your website and wants us to manage their web reputation. Before getting them into our contract, we would like a quotation from your end for removal of each link / topic from your website, and also a
contact person/number where we can contact you on it.

Also, if possible please provide quotation on bulk & single link basis. The time required for removal of a link/multiple links (say 50 or more links).

Awaiting your reply.
Thanks in advance

As the provided email address is from his domain and the name has been fitting to the domain registry data I have answered the request without offering something. To get an answer back I have invented the wrong information that his company is registered in Dehli and his posting has been done from Kolkata:

Hello Chandra Gupta

I think by reading of the attached mail more on a bad joke than a real offer. The IP address is from Kolkata and your company is registered in Dehli - a distance of 2 hours by airplane.

The message got entered at my website at January 20, 2016 09:36am (GMT+1) into the mail form with the following informations:

As expected I got a reply from Chandra Gupta as expected with a confirmation that he has sent the offer request, but the request is not from a real business man, which likes to make some business - it is more the email from someone which did not get what he has expected in his hope:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I think you have got confused somewhere. I mailed you from kolkata, that's true, and also we are from kolkata.

Please refer to the following links for more details:

https://maps.google.co.in/maps?hl=en&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&q=kreation+next&fb=1&gl=in&hq=kreation+next&hnear=0x39f882db4908f667:0x43e330

There are a few things I need to clear about:
1. It doesn't take me a two hours journey to reach my office
2. We are based at kolkata
3. I make jokes with friends and family. And I don't make friends at business or make any joke (good or bad) at business.
4. The research you made on our company is a massive failure.
5. Your spellings are disastrous on the mail.

Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.

Regards,

My answer to the above email is that I'm not commercial available and my opinions are not for sale. Maybe it is hard to believe for some people without any beliefs as some are thinking that everything is commercial available and the big question is only for which price. I don't belong to this kind of people. I don't like to let me pull down to the same level like scammers. I like to be able to look into the mirror without shame.

Why shall I remove a scammer from my blog? Why shall I make it easier for a scammer to continue with his sham business? Why shall I try to make the online reputation work from Chandra Gupta for a scammer easier? As we are here in real life and not in the kindergarten I see no reason to help some scammers as long as they don't change their own life by coming honest. Small scammers don't have the money for hiring someone to improve their online reputation and these scammers which have enough money for this purpose have gotten it from cheating their hard working victims and not from their own hard work. Would it be fair for a first time scammer, which has no money for getting removed, to prefer the serial and organized scammers only for the reason that they have been successful and are paying some money? That would be like carrying water to the sea for making the sea less salty.

How much the owner of the site understands from SEO and Internet marketing gets shown at his own site. The Alexa ranking from kreationnext.com shows not really impressing values after the site has been 5 years and 56 Days online. The same quality can expected from his new service "Online Reputation Management" too:

The Alexa daily pageviews are interesting too:

Alexa: How engaged are visitors to kreationnext.com?

What can you expect more from people, which are using phrases like "Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.". Only stupid people are calling pressing a simple "unpublish" or "delete" button "work"! That Chandra Gupta has not invented the work by himself gets shown on his own website and his social networks entries. He likes to earn money only from the work of others.

Update January 24, 2016: Chandra Gupta has submitted an email to me and asked for publishing it as add-on to this article. Here is his email:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I found your article on me and my company from your website. I have to agree you are a good writer and your spellings have improved a lot. Still you are missing the spelling of the city "Delhi" & "too"(its not 'Dehli', and you pronounce it as 'Dilli').

I thank you for showing interest in me and my company. I haven't seen a stranger in my entire life who has taken such interest and given so much time and effort to research on my profile and background. I should have given you a hug if you were near.

Some of my clients requested for removal of negative links/comments from other websites. Since I am not in the business of SEO or Reputation Management, I asked them to hold the offer while I complete the cost analysis. Before I get them in a contract I wanted to make sure that I can do it and provide them the best price for their request. As such I requested for a quotation from your side as well as other websites owners & staff. I am not at all interested in what business they do or who are they in their personal life. It takes too much effort and time to do so. And after working(Well by work I include my studies too) for 16 hours a day and 365 days a year, I don't get that much energy to do so.

A simple and small event of "request for a quotation for removal of links from your website" can lead to so much issue that you would take me under the microscope and start making wrong assumptions and portray a different image to the world. I didn't think that such a minute little thing can turn out to be an iceberg, that you will start researching on my website and me and turn me out into a parasite.

Well let me tell you what I exactly do:
1. I sell and configure dedicated servers, VPS servers, proxy servers, email gateways, system monitoring system, etc so that it can perform at an optimum level, safely without any unauthorized access attempts from hackers and spammers.
2. Design customized desktop applications and web applications for my customers.

And this is what I do all by myself with a lot of assistance from Google search. I have a small family and I am satisfied with my small earnings and a happy family.

And it takes a lot of hard work and research to take care of each and every minute detail. And I am really sorry to my business as I haven't taken good care of my website and SEO. I have just completed my website a few days back, but still a few tweaks are pending. Well about SEO, I am not an expert. I need to learn on it a bit before I proceed.

I am still a black dot on a black board and I frankly am not such an important guy that you need to spend so much of your valuable time on me and my life. Though its a wrongly assumed small biography, but still, I haven't grown that big yet.

Though I checked your blog too, it is mostly based on scammers and scams, and some info about some good campaigns from Deep Blue Marketing. I think you are a part of the Deep Blue Marketing Team though (Its only my personal view). And you have been blogging for about a year now on the wwpa.com( check your last post). As I assumed your work, you are good with seo and your domain is 20 years old. Don't you think you should be within the top 1000 in alexa, with so much of seo experience?

You have spent so much time and effort on writing blogs on spammers, I fear that you may turn out to be a spammer in future if not already. You know, "We are what we do".

Keep yourself safe and happy.

I am a bit rude sometimes, sorry if I have hurt you in anyway.

Finally, a request though, you may or may not do, its your choice. Add this mail to your blog too and don't forget to comment. And also if possible send me an email when done with the link so that I can check it out.

The risk that I'm start to scam is very low, because I'm not active in business. That means that I'm not offering or selling something. I have been hard working in business for more than 35 years and everything comes one time an end. Now I enjoy my life and take it how it comes.

As I have started in the late 70ths to work in the IT industry in Austria I made the experience that everybody helped each other without any restrictions and without asking for something. It has been a simple helping each other. I have continued this kind of working together during all my active time.

Two years ago I have relocated from Austria to the Philippines. Here I found a friend, which needed to close his call center for the reason of getting scammed. For this reason I have taken a look into the offshore outsourcing industry again and found that nearly all the offers are nothing else than scam. I started December 2014 by commenting and writing against the scammers found at the social networks. Since December 2014 I have found only three campaign brokers, which are offering in a serious way campaigns. The three companies are Kathy Sisk Enterprises (USA), Ian Haines Consulting (UK) and Deep Blue Marketing (DBM) - Lars Christiansen (Denmark, Spain, USA, Dominican Republic). All three are offering campaigns without any upfront payments. They are getting paid from the client for searching call centers which are able to fulfill the requirements of the client and not for centers which are able to pay for getting work. That is that what I understand in making a serious business. I'm publishing available campaigns as soon as I get updates from these companies. I'm publishing the campaign offers for free of charge as they help me to show that not all the offers found in the social networks are scam and how real offshore outsourcing business is working.

That I'm independent from the named campaign brokers gets already shown that DBM is the exclusive broker for the Caribbean Cruise Line campaign. That is a real campaign with very tight margins and it is hard for the centers to make some earnings with this campaign. I'm not promoting this campaign. I have even written some negative articles about this campaign. These articles are getting found at:

If you are working for a company you will not have the chance to write negative about a customer of this company. At least you would not long working after such an article for this company.

Don't worry I have been thinking if there is a possibility to monetize my blogs. By showing banner ads will nobody click on it. The most people are already using AdBlocker (I'm using an AdBlocker too). I have been even thinking about placing a donate button on my site, but what will I do if a scammer will donate something and I need to write later on an article about this scammer? I think it is better to let it like it is and stay independent.

About the writing of the capital from India I can say only that in the early 70ths has been written in the Austrian schoolbooks the name as Dehli and that is the way how the city gets pronounced in the German speaking countries. I'm not searching Google for the correct writing of city names. Even in the German version of Wikipedia is written about Delhi/Delhi:

Daneben existiert die Variante Dehlī [ˈd̪eːhlːi], die ursprünglich vor allem von den Muslimen benutzt wurde. Der Name leitet sich vermutlich vom alten Hindustani-Wort dil für „Hügel“ ab.

Translated to English is it:

In addition the variant Dehli [ˈd̪eːhlːi] exists, which was originally used mainly by Muslims. The name properly derives from the ancient Hindustani-word dil for "hill".

I think that there are much bigger problems found in the offshore outsourcing industry than the correct writing of the name from the capital of India where even two versions are existing or to discuss about possible type mismatches.

It is hardly possible to hurt me. We have in German language a proverb: "Wer austeilen kann muss auch einstecken können", translated to English has it the meaning of "Who could kick and punch must be able to stand answers in return".

A Scammer tries to bark: Ambuj Sahoo - Richa Software Solutions - richasoftwaresolutions.com
by Rudolf Faix Friday, July 17, 2015 7:59 AM

Ambuj Sahoo - Richa Software SolutionsAmbuj Sahoo tries to impress me with his barking and wrong information in his email. Instead of reading and try to understand first my article "Scammer: Richa Software Solutions - richasoftwaresolutions.com - Ambuj Sahoo - Priti Das" he tries to impress me with things, which I have never written about Richa Software Solutions, and he likes to distract with arguments which I have used for other scammer. It seems that Ambuj Sahoo is not able to read or he is not understanding English. Another possibility is that he has no arguments against what I have analyzed and tries to impress with barking for something completely different.

In summary is written at my previous article that the offered campaigns are not possible taking into account the law in the traditional outsourcing countries (Australia, Canada, European Union, New Zealand, USA). This argument is not invented. You can prove it by reading the Data Protection law of these countries. You can find even a court order by following the link in my article about "Data of 280,000 customers stolen: AT&T lost over $ 25 million". AT&T needed to pay a fine of US$ 25 million for 280,000 stolen customer data records during an outsourcing process. Do you really think that one company owner is so stupid and will risk such a fine by providing law protected data for you?

You can find a copy of the email which he sent to me on July 9, 2015 and on July 16, 2015 at the end of this article. In the following part I citate now only his arguments and comment them:

First of all if you go through my company domain ( www.richasoftwaresolutions.com) details then you can clearly see that every information about my company has been clearly DISPLAYED. All the details of my company address,e-mail id,contact details everything is very transparent to every one which is also mentioned on my website. Then how can you say that my information is secret and hidden on web.

The domain registry data are getting found at the end of my article "Scammer: Richa Software Solutions - richasoftwaresolutions.com - Ambuj Sahoo - Priti Das". Here gets already the first understanding problem found. The sentence "If you take a look at the Alexa global traffic rank, then you see that even the domain richasoftwaresolutions.com is a big secret on the web." means that nobody is visiting the domain richsoftwaresolutions.com. I suggest Ambuj Sahoo to change the person which is translating the content for him or to use Google translator. In any case he need to use his brain to get everything in context.

We never mention in our Project presentation that our parent client belongs to California,USA,then how COULD you KNOW that??

Here we have the next case that Ambuj Sahoo is not understanding English. I have written under the sample screenshot in my article "Scammer: Richa Software Solutions - richasoftwaresolutions.com - Ambuj Sahoo - Priti Das": "For the case that the provided date are an image the scam gets proven that not one in USA (San Bernardino is located in California, USA) will use such a character set." There is nowhere written that the client is from California, USA.

Yes we charge a Application Fees which is meant for our processing, legal documentation charge and deposit which we have to also forward to the vendor who allot us the project slots.

With this message is Ambuj Sahoo confirming that he is nothing else than a retailer of another scammer and he has no contract with any client. In this case, he has not fulfilled his commercial due diligence and is fully responsible for all disputes. In the worst case you have only the problem that you cannot reach into the pocket of a naked one.

Let us take a look again into the "Form Filling" offer from the retailer Richa Software Solutions. There is written:

  • 1 center with 10 ID's are earning 4,48,000 INR per month. That are arround US$ 7,060/month

  • The aggreement has a duration of 11 months. That means a center earns US$ 77,660 during the 11 months (7,060 * 11 = 77,660)

  • In the email is written "This is a very genuine process which is also continue in our nearly 100+ Indian centers with China,Philippines,Srilanka International center also." If it is already running on 100 centers then the client has to pay for the work US$ 7,766,000 during the 11 months. All companies at the world, which can have such a yearly budget for a "Form Filling" process, I can call in one or two hours.

The problem is only that all this companies have an army of computer programmers, data base specialists and operators which are doing a convertion of such data within a week with 100% accuracy and without any manual typing. If you think now then you know that this process is nothing else then scam because not one company at the world will spend US$ 7 million for a data entry process where they need to prove the data for the same amount again if they can get the work done for less than US$ 10,000, in less than a week and without any risk for getting fined!

Summary: We see in this case how campaigns are getting traded from one retailer to next one. As scammer are lazy they are even not proving if the campaign is possible in respect to the law of the outsourcing country. They only like to earn from retailing campaigns. Such people like Ambuj Sahoo together with the greediness of the center owners have destroyed the complete offshore outsourcing industry. As the customer data got traded and the problems have been coming larger the traditional outsourcing countries have adjusted their data protection law. For this the offered campaigns where customer or consumer data are involved are nothing else than SCAM.

Who is a retailer of a scammer need not wondering himself to get called to be a SCAMMER! It does not matter if someone is scamming by himself or retailing from a scammer. The result for the center and in both cases the same. The result in front of the law court is for the scammer and his retailer the same too.

The complete email from Ambuj Sahoo sent to me on July 9, 2015 and on July 16, 2015 - I have only removed the documents (company registration and pan card) which he sent in copy:

Update July 17, 2015 9:40am GMT: In the Facebook Group GENUINE OUTSOURCING tries to explain me Sumanta Kumar Pradhan that I'm wrong. Sumanta Kumar Pradhan tries to do this the same way like Ambuj Sahoo only with statements without prove. Even an offer to tell me where I have made a wrong calculation remains unanswered. That is not really a base for a discussion about a problem. Here is a printout of the discussion: Sumanta-Kumar-Pradhan-GENUINE-OUTSOURCING.pdf (1.58 mb). Observe please how Sumanta Kumar Pradhan is contradicting himself during the discussion and how he is dismanteling himself in faking proves.

Typical for a scammer is that he cannot show his face in his profile because he does not like to provide a manhunt picture by himself. So Sumanta Kumar Pradhan do it too.

Update Jan. 18, 2017:
Link from the Facebook profile Sumanta Kumar Pradhan (https://www.facebook.com/kumar.singhdev2015) removed as it returns error 404 - not found.

systweak.com: a fraudster with Microsoft Gold Partner certification
by Rudolf Faix Wednesday, April 22, 2015 1:59 AM

Fraud AlertAt my research for the roots of the Tech Support scam offers in the call center industry I have found the company Systweak India - domain systweak.com. It is one of the sources of the "Tech support calls", which are getting traded at Facebook in the call center and outsourcing groups all over the Asia and India.

The scam is working the following way:

  • Once they have programmed system tools on shareware base. Maybe at this time they had some sense, but with the further development and improvement of Windows this tools have been coming obsolete. Other companies are even providing already such tools for free or including similar products into their own offers. So they have been coming greedy and added to their products scare warnings and are showing a phone number where their victims have to call for help.

  • This incoming calls get sold to call centers, which have more or less a script and some provided tools for giving paid help to the caller. The call center is billing for their service directly the customer. This makes the scam dangerous for the call center, because in this case the money flow shows that the call center is the scammer. They will get prosecuted even they know it or don't know it that they are helping in scamming others.

  • If their victim calls the phone number he has to pay a high price for the help. If their victim agrees and pays the scam fee, then they are installing more fraud software on the victims computer. Even the call center agent, which should solve the problem does not know about the scareware which is included in the provided tools.

Even if the scam has not been planned from the beginning, the system "Pay Per Sale" leaded to the scam. The greediness of the call center owners has driven the agents to sell as much as they can. Each business need to try to earn from their investment. If they buy something on stock then they need to try to make profit out of this stock. Nobody can work for free because we all need some money to pay our daily needs. This leads to such a fraud behavior too. If this has been the real case then it has been the self shot for Systweak. Even if the paid help is planned for one or more years, the problem exists, that the customer is reaching another call center then this one he has paid for his subscription. This new call center likes to get money too and does not work for free - remember the service is a "pay per sale" offer.

They are selling the calls, because they are thinking that they cannot get prosecuted by doing this. The first, which is coming into the spotlight is the owner of the phone number and this one, which takes the money. Indeed it is difficult to follow all the trades, which are done between the brokers, but it is not impossible. The first one, which are getting prosecuted are the helpers of the fraud and scam. In this case are it the call center owners, their agents and the owner of the published phone numbers.

At easycounter.com can get seen how much traffic is generated by the site systweak, com, With this counters can get calculated how many computer user are falling into their trap. You can see a screenshot from April 21, 2015:

In the following screenshot are the top countries listed where the traffic comes from:

SysTweak Worldwide Audience from Easycounter

It was a coincidence that I found the right domain. As the domain has been suspicious for me, because nobody can give up to 70% commission on his products if the product is competitive priced. I made my standard search procedure as following:

A short reputation research at scamadviser.com brought the result:

ALERT: Low Trust Rating. This Site May Not Be Safe to Use.

I found the following comments at scamadviser:

  • Susan Swanson Speulda
Susan Swanson Speulda · Contractor at Apollo Education Group
Totally got screwed. Owes me a $400 refund but said I had to pay $200 to get it
Put a startup password on my computer but told me I had to pay to get the password. Told them I wouldn't and the said f you. Computer being worked on but may need a new motherboard. Don't do business with them!

  • Joanne Jan Naujokas
    Joanne Jan Naujokas · RITI
I paid 198 for one year service and they have cleaned up my computer at least 6 times so far. I think they are from India but have always been great and polite and yes try to sell more but I don't accept.

  • openid (signed in using AOL)
I'll tell you the truth. Systweak are an absolute nightmare, son't get involved, don't download shit from these parasites. They are all about scamming. Their "regcleanpro" software is just a hijacked app that they then use to extort more money from you. They are based in Jaipur and they will steal your money and ruin your pc. DON'T DO IT.

Norton SecuredMicrosoft Gold PartnerBy taking a look at http://systweak.com/ I have found the Microsoft PartnerGold Application Development Logo and the Norton SECURED powered by Symantec logo.

The Norton secured logo means only that they are using a security certificate from Symantec. This only confirms only that the correct server is communicating with you and certificate can get reviewed by clicking on the Norton logo. The result is shown in the following screenshot:

Norton Secured

More interesting is the Microsoft Partner Gold Application Development, which really leads to the site https://pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-IN/Companies/4295548206 (see the site at the pdf attachment) and confirms the partnership of Systweak India.

As Systweak is offering a Premium Support at their website and the customer complains about "Owes me a $400 refund but said I had to pay $200 to get it Put a startup password on my computer but told me I had to pay to get the password." makes all the surroundings of this company a little bit suspect. So I decided to search a little bit at Google and other sites.

WOT (Web Of Trust) is rating them based on user comments are from 100 ratings 92 complaints about scam, malware and scareware.

Scambook.com reports:

Information about Systweak Inc. was first submitted to Scambook on Sep 10, 2011. Since then the page has accumulated 4 consumer complaints. On average users reported $106.80 of damages. Scambook's investigation team reached out to this company a total of 1 times, Scambook Investigators last contacted them on Apr 23, 2013.

In a comment at downloads.cnet.com we find:

"STOP!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!"

March 25, 2014  |  By dwillpirate

 |  Version: Advanced System Optimizer 3.1.648.6846

Pros

Initially it seemed to be a great system to search my entire computer, find errors and fix them, but....

Cons

I installed the program after what I now know were fake "HP Help" guys from India recommended it. First off, it would install older versions of drivers that would end up causing more problems. My computer ran fine prior to the program and continued to slow down more and more over time. Eventually it got to the point where my computer would freeze after 5 minutes of use. I bought a new hard drive and loaded ASO first, and immediately my computer began to run extremely slow, using 100% of CPU space. I called the tech support number and got another guy from India who again tried to sell me the same "maintenance plan" as before that cost $350. It is an absolute scam to try to get people to pay for more unneeded service.

Summary

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. If you have any version of it on your computer, get it off, it will cause you nothing but problems. It is a Trojan Horse that actually introduces more problems to your computer, which Systweak will "fix" for hundreds more dollars. STAY AWAY!!!

Similar complaints are getting found at the site RipoffReport.

At Postseek, com is documented, that the software is not easy to get uninstalled and it is very hard to get rid of all the pop ups.

At the Microsoft community is the scam well documented too. There are 11 pages full of this topic

At the complaintsboard.com you'll also find their fraud described,

2-spyware.com: Lists an uninstall solution and a lot of user comments about the Systweak product RegClean Pro:

As you can see from our review, RegClean Pro is legitimate application, but we do not recommend using it. After testing it, we found that it fails to detect all registry errors and also displays exaggerated scan results that are filled with doubtful issues. If you have already purchased it, its owners offer a money guarantee. We would recommend you to use it. If you want to remove RegClean Pro from the system, you can do that by using  SpyHunter or STOPzilla, or by following these manual removal steps:

Bleeping Computer.com has a removal instruction for the people, which cannot get rid of the Systweak product regclean pro. It shows how difficult it is to uninstall the malware from India.

Spybot has published a removal instruction for this kind of malware too,

This list can get endless continued. A Google search of "systweak scam" returns around 285 000 results, a search about "systweak malware" returns around 343 000 results and a search about "systweak scareware" 74 100 resuilts.

Even a court order for a similar scam gets found at onguardonline.gov:

A U.S. District Court recently ordered the operators of several international tech support scams to pay more than $5.1 million for convincing people that their computers were riddled with viruses and then charging for bogus support services.

We’ve (onguardonline.gov) written before about tech support scammers. They call and claim to work for well-known companies like Microsoft, Norton or McAfee. They say your computer is infected with malware and then ask for remote access so they can “fix” it. Or they place ads in online search results to trick you into calling them.

So don't use their software. You'll get scammed. The calls for the provided numbers are getting traded in the call center industry in Asia. There will be even some others get found, which try to copy the system.
