Scammer: Vikram Pratap Singh - SCISOLUTIONS.US, ALDIABLOS.US, ALDIABLOS.COM and SHRSOLUTION.ORG

A member of LinkedIn informed me, that Aldiablos pvt ltd.and SCI Solutions pvt ltd. seems to be the same company. As I have listed Aldiablos already as a scammer (http://blog.wwpa.com/post/2015/03/05/aldiablos-infotech-pvt-ltd-aldiablos-com-proves-that-they-are-scammer.aspx), then the other company will do nothing different, if it is the same owner.

And really a first DNS check proved, that both domains are belonging to the same owner: Vikram Pratap Singh. Only the phone number is different.

At this time I started searching at LinkedIn for members of this both companies. I found some historical entries from SCI Solutions in Google. As the domain got new registered during August 2013, this results from the previous date could not get used. Interesting is, that there is nothing found about SCI Solutions. It seems that this domain is more or less on standby for the case that business could not get done under the name of Aldiablos. Only some campaigns are getting promoted under the name of SCI Solutions.

More suspect is the site SCIITSOLUTIONS.COM, which is registered to a person with the name Nari Vemuru from the SCI Group in Vienna, Virginia, US and at the website is written the address 1st & 2nd Floors, Plot No. 16 Krithika Layout, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500081 Indien. It seems that the US address is only a post box and the given phone number gets forwarded over the Internet. I'll take a closer look at this domain and the offers during the next days.

If someone is bragging like above, then you'll see that 55 additional clients for 340 employees is not a big growing. You need take into account, that there are a lot one time customers in every branch and with the time you lose some customers. He did not write something about the balance between existing customers and new ones. Maybe that is the reason why they try to make their money with fraud.

By looking at the incomplete staff list from LinkedIn, I get the opinion, that all this staff, which is acting with customers need to hide their identity or simple not exists. Only the back office staff is showing their pictures. Maybe the other ones are knowing their fraud job and need to hide themselves. Another possibility is that this staff not exists.

Watch out for this company, Alacris Infotech – Satish Satz, they are copying campaigns from others among other and charging up to $800.00 for a center to be connected and then never answer again, we have various centers contacting us that has lost money due to them.

As scammer don’t have any contract with client they cannot provide any work. Real campaign broker getting paid from their clients directly. For this they need not charge something for the center. Don’t forget that any upfront, however it gets called, is only SCAM. The same SCAM is asking for a security deposit without giving any physical value. 

Even their company logo is nothing else than a stolen font from http://stencilfont.org/Page-7.html.

Remember: Each scammer cannot show is face and are trying to hide themselves in the anonymity of the Internet, by using signs, symbols, pictures of celebrities or even no picture at their profile. Each scammer, which has no contract with the client, has only the possibility to get money through upfront fees!!!

Sperian Engergy - How call center marketing can go into the wrong direction

From a posting in the social network Sperian Engergy has been coming into my focus. I decided to ask for more info and got the following response:

Thank you for reaching out, sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. We are looking for centers that can commit more than 10 existing seats to selling electricity in our Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey, Maryland and/or New York markets. We pay a Cost per Acquisition commission and each center purchases their own leads. We consistently maintain competitive rate plans in all markets. If this is something you feel your center can assist in, let me know and I will send over commissions, agreements, etc. for your review. This year we are focusing on less partners and building up the production seats with the partners we choose to bring on. We want the best relationships with the best partners.

On the first view the offer does not look so bad and does not differ to the standard offers at LinkedIn. As they are searching for a few call centers, which need to buy their own leads, are the following questions open:

 

  • How are the centers coordinate their leads?
  • How the centers can exclude already existing customers from Sperian Energy from calling them?

 

I also have taken a look at the website of Sperian Engergy for getting some price information. There you'll find that you have enter the zip code for a price information. Ok, take it easy and revoke a few zip codes from the US. The site mapsofworld.com let you select the country, state and town/city. 

I have taken tried three cities from Illionois:

How a call center can offer in such a case a change of the energy provider, if the prices cannot get announced? To say only that we are the best and cheapest is not enough to convince people.

My summary: The same way like Sperian Engergy is searching for the best call center, the call centers are searching for the best partners. The problem is only that Sperian Engergy is at the moment even not a good partner for a call center as long as they are not doing their homework. Maybe they even don't have enough income to update their own database or they like to find customers, which like to change their energy provider first. In both cases is this not a good campaign for a call center. Call Centers can expect that they not getting paid for their work, because their referred customers are not living in the supported area from Sperian Energy. The referred customers are kept by them for a future expansion. As they don't expect to pay something, they even did not offer any amount per referred customer in their offer.

I think that the way Sperian Energy is making their offer, that they are only time waster or they are even not sure what they like. The information given in the email could be written in their posting at LinkedIn too. In such a case they would make some better impressions to their future partners. I expected to get more information then only marketing blah blah on my request.

The first impression a company makes is important for a business relationship. Sperian Energy made the impression of a time waster for me. Call centers have something better to do than to beg for more information.

I think too, that the same way they handle the call centers they are handling their customers, which does not lead them to a good reputation. Sperian Energy need to get more than a very good call center. They need to replace at least their marketing manager and the responsible staff, which has sent me such an email.

Yesterday Willpower Infotech Limited contacted me over Skype and he told me that he got scammed from Christine Wisner. He is missing a payment of $15 000 and he cannot contact her. I have tried to contact her by Skype, her phone number +63-2-371 1478 and her fax number +63-2-371 1479. Both numbers are not in service and no reaction on her Skype.

Both profiles get found in the attached pdf documents.

A search in the public phone directory about the company West Wood Pvt. Ltd. ended without any result. Even a reverse lookup has not given any result. A company, which is hidden, will not be able to make any business.

A Google search brought only a result of the Indian company West Wood Pvt Ltd, 15 Annamalai Nagar ,Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu ( East ) - 620018, which is trading with Plywood, Veneers & Laminates business and has nothing to do with a marketing company.

Each company, which is trading with something and each marketing company, have at least a website and a registered domain. Companies, which are having a land line are normally listed in the public phone directory.

I recommend to everbody to make a background check about your business partner before starting making business. Carry all the facts together and decide about making business on the base of that information what you could get proved. Don't believe only to the words of a salesperson.

Keep copies of all emails, contracts, chats etc. In such a case you will be able to warn others. If you are getting scammed then take the relevant copies and warn others by listing the scammer in all the call center groups and forums. Inform about the scam as much people as possible.

    Even the client knows that his product is hard to sell.  If the client has an easy selling product, than he would offer only an hourly rate for the sales people.Each business is done for making profit. Nobody likes to pay more than absolutely necessary.

  • High commission per sale
    As higher the promised commission per sale is as more difficult is it to sell the product. Nobody likes to pay more than it is absolutely necessary to find someone to doing the work.

  • Offer without a picture of a real person or of a celebrity
    The salesperson already cannot show his face in public.  Maybe he/she has scammed already some people and need to hide himself for this purpose. It is also possible that such a person gets searched already by the police or Interpol. They are browsing the social networks too.

  • Offers without an email address
    Such an offer is only a time waster. Such people even don’t know that the world has 24 time zones and are expecting that everybody is waiting for them.

  • Calling data (phone numbers with names) are not provided by the client
    Address agencies are already to expensive for the client. He expect that you are making with already heavy used data a big business. Hopefully the client will be able to pay the center for their work,

  • “genuine” offers
    Where is only written about a “genuine” campaign or product  than it is only scam. The person, who is offering something like that, does not even know what he is offering.

  • Email me for more details
    That is only a time waster. Such people are only collecting email addresses. Maybe they can sell It somewhere. A normal salesperson will describe his product very well, because he has less work with false requests in this case. Why he should make more work for himself than necessary.

  • Call me for more details
    That is even a larger time waster. Such a person is already afraid from the written words, which can get used against him. For this he likes to speak only. Such offers are in each case only a scam.

  • Act fast phrases like "Last Chance", "Limited Slots", "Limited Seats", "HURRY UP", etc.
    The best translation would be: Don’t prove the offer or make a background check. In such a case you’ll find the scam immediately.

  • Any upfront fees – however they are getting called
    That is the plumpest scam ever. If a client likes that you are using special software, than he has to pay for it. Maybe the client is already nearly bankrupt and cannot pay already the products, which you should use. In such a case he would even not be able to pay you for your work in the case it is not only a scam.

  • Royalty fees
    It proves only that the “broker” has no contract with the client. For this is it already scam.

  • Security deposit
    A security deposit is given normally to this one, which is working and has some investments to do. This is in the case the call center, because they are investing in staff and phone minutes. The broker gets paid from the client for whom he is working.

  • Exuberant praising a product or campaign
    You will not be able to sell such a product to normal people. Such products are normally overpriced and trash. The purpose of such a behavior is to find stupid people, which will buy it. With the exuberant praising of a product or campaign the salesperson likes to hide the known problems of the product.

  • MLM – Multi Level Marketing
    In such a system are getting low quality products for a very high price sold. The product price needs to pay your upline and need to be a winning for the company. You need to be happy if you are at least earning the costs you have with it.

  • Repeated posting of the same campaign
    Real campaigns need to get posted only once, they get very fast taken. If a campaign gest posted longer as a few days then is in any case something wrong with the campaign.

  • The offer sounds too good to be true
    In this case the offer is only a scam

 

As more from the above points are fitting to an offer as higher is the risk for running into a trap.
