If somebody gets an offer that he need not pay his debts for the case he lost his income for a low monthly fee, then this product will be a good selling product. On the other side insurance companies and their agents are promising you the heaven on earth to get your signature on the contract. The insurance business is like each other business a for-profit company. So the insurance companies are not enjoying in spending more money than they earn on a specific insurance. The profit need to get more and more without any regard to their customers.  For this they are inventing terms and conditions, which are for a normal person not understandable.  In this terms and conditions are the obligations of the customer very clear defined – he has to pay for the insurance. The rights of the customer are already not so clear defined. The cases where the insurance company has to pay are very restricted.  These restrictions are hidden very well in the terms and the conditions and written in a jargon, where even lawyers can have different opinions have about them.

Insurance companies and their agents are only salespeople. They are praising their products and mostly earning per sale. For this they are interested in a fast sale and not interested in giving a comprehensive customer consultation. 

Insurance is only functioning if a lot of people are paying for it and only a few cases will happen where the insurance need to make a payout. For this the insurance will find thousands of reasons why your case is not covered by the insurance.

With the economic downturn in Europe a lot of people lost their jobs and liked to use their PPI insurance. At this time a lot of them got it that they have paid for nothing because valid have been the written conditions and not the exaggerated promises of the insurance agents. The insurance companies acted like expected and rejected as much cases as possible. Their customers used all instances and options which they had to get for what they paid for. In a good shape are the call/contact centers, which have been selling PPI under the name of their client and with a client provided script which they still have. In this case the client is responsible for the refunds to their customer.

All the call/contact centers, which have been using their own name for selling PPI are in a bad shape. The insurance will ask back their paid commission for the bad sales and has a good chance to win in front of a possible law court. 

Remember:

  • The written word is counting in the case of a dispute more than the spoken one.
  • Confirm all phone calls by letter or email. 
  • Keep a copy of all documents and communications for at least 8 years on a save place. 

 

The truth about insurances

In Europe, only those terms and conditions of the insurance companies are good, which are compulsory required by law.  In this case, the insurance terms and conditions are governed by law. For all other classes of insurances the insurance companies are free in setting up their own terms and conditions.

The insurance companies are very creative in inventing new products. All this products have one thing in common: It should bring more earnings and in the best case no expenses.  For this they are inventing insurances against risks, which should never happen. The insurance policy itself is written in normal sized characters. The full terms and conditions are written in so small letters that you need a magnifying glass to read them. In front of the law court are only the written terms and conditions valid. If you analyze this terms and conditions you’ll get the result that all the possible requirements for a claim are excluded.

For example: You can make an insurance against fire of a potato field. You will only be able to file an insurance case if the potato field has been under water as the fire has started. A volcanic eruption is excluded as a natural disaster. If the unlikely case really happens, then the payment of the damages gets dismissed for the reason, that the potato field got destroyed first by the water and not by the fire.

safehavenleads.com - Thomas Tryon - is hiding his identity - this seems to be a scam

Thomas Tryon is using the identity (name and picture) of the author Thomas Tryon, which died already Sep 4, 1991. 

The risk to get scammed from such people is 99%. He even did not like to understand the warnings written in my comments under his postings. A "Director of Database Management" is reacting in another way than he. It seems that he is not mature enough to make serious business. So it looks like the full content of his profile is only a fake or a big lie.

Thanks so much for replying to my email address, I know this will come as a surprise to you but let me formally introduce myself to you.I am Ms Rose LEE Wai Mun Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive at the Hang Seng Bank Plc. I am contacting you concerning an abandoned sum of $22,500,000.00 USD. In June 2004, A customer called Fernando Faix foreign contractor with Royal Dutch Plc came to our bank for business discussions and investment, As the officer in charge of his transaction then, I encouraged him to consider various growth of funds with prime ratings. He died without leaving a Will and several efforts were made to find his extended family through your embassy without success. Because of the sensitive nature of private banking, most customers don't nominate next of kin in their investment, also usually in most cases leave their WILLS in our care, in this case; our now deceased client died in-testate.
 
It is quite clear now that our dear client died with no known or identifiable family member. According to practice, the Private banking sector will by the end of this year broadcast a request for statement of claim to Hang Seng Bank Ltd, failing to receive viable claims they will probably revert the deposit to the Management of Hang Seng Bank Ltd. This will result the money entering the Hang Seng accounting system and the portfolio will be out of my hands and out of the private banking division. What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my country at the expiration of Ten {10} years the funds will revert to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.
 
Now, I am prepared to give the necessary details to you as the closest surviving relation of our deceased customer (Fernando Faix). I am also proposing that after a successful execution of the business deal, the funds will be shared in the ratio 40/60. You will get 40% and I will be entitled to 60% as the initiator of the deal. You know that I must have done my home work already before contacting you. Although the project is capital intensive, I know I will be able to pull it through following proper banking and legal Channels with your assistance at your end. I will tidy up the legal aspect with the assistance of a lawyer who will prepare all the documents that will be needed to transfer the money from Hong Kong to your country. For the case that such a email would not be only scam, you would make yourself punishable and will end up in jail for helping in betraying the government, which gets in such case the heritage.
