The following list give you an overview how you can identify a scammer and bad selling products without making a background check - only by reading their offers with an open mind:
- Earnings in the spotlight
Every advertising, which puts the amount of earnings into the spotlight, is nothing else than scam. As higher the promoted earnings are, as less reachable they will be for the case it is not a scam.
- Pay per sale
Even the client knows that his product is hard to sell. If the client has an easy selling product, than he would offer only an hourly rate for the sales people.Each business is done for making profit. Nobody likes to pay more than absolutely necessary.
- High commission per sale
As higher the promised commission per sale is as more difficult is it to sell the product. Nobody likes to pay more than it is absolutely necessary to find someone to doing the work.
- Offer without a picture of a real person or of a celebrity
The salesperson already cannot show his face in public. Maybe he/she has scammed already some people and need to hide himself for this purpose. It is also possible that such a person gets searched already by the police or Interpol. They are browsing the social networks too.
- Offers without an email address
Such an offer is only a time waster. Such people even don’t know that the world has 24 time zones and are expecting that everybody is waiting for them.
- Calling data (phone numbers with names) are not provided by the client
Address agencies are already to expensive for the client. He expect that you are making with already heavy used data a big business. Hopefully the client will be able to pay the center for their work,
- “genuine” offers
Where is only written about a “genuine” campaign or product than it is only scam. The person, who is offering something like that, does not even know what he is offering.
- Email me for more details
That is only a time waster. Such people are only collecting email addresses. Maybe they can sell It somewhere. A normal salesperson will describe his product very well, because he has less work with false requests in this case. Why he should make more work for himself than necessary.
- Call me for more details
That is even a larger time waster. Such a person is already afraid from the written words, which can get used against him. For this he likes to speak only. Such offers are in each case only a scam.
- Act fast phrases like "Last Chance", "Limited Slots", "Limited Seats", "HURRY UP", etc.
The best translation would be: Don’t prove the offer or make a background check. In such a case you’ll find the scam immediately.
- Any upfront fees – however they are getting called
That is the plumpest scam ever. If a client likes that you are using special software, than he has to pay for it. Maybe the client is already nearly bankrupt and cannot pay already the products, which you should use. In such a case he would even not be able to pay you for your work in the case it is not only a scam.
- Royalty fees
It proves only that the “broker” has no contract with the client. For this is it already scam.
- Security deposit
A security deposit is given normally to this one, which is working and has some investments to do. This is in the case the call center, because they are investing in staff and phone minutes. The broker gets paid from the client for whom he is working.
- Exuberant praising a product or campaign
You will not be able to sell such a product to normal people. Such products are normally overpriced and trash. The purpose of such a behavior is to find stupid people, which will buy it. With the exuberant praising of a product or campaign the salesperson likes to hide the known problems of the product.
- MLM – Multi Level Marketing
In such a system are getting low quality products for a very high price sold. The product price needs to pay your upline and need to be a winning for the company. You need to be happy if you are at least earning the costs you have with it.
- Repeated posting of the same campaign
Real campaigns need to get posted only once, they get very fast taken. If a campaign gest posted longer as a few days then is in any case something wrong with the campaign.
- The offer sounds too good to be true
In this case the offer is only a scam
As more from the above points are fitting to an offer as higher is the risk for running into a trap.

Aldiablos infotech pvt ltd is totally Fraud Company based in Ahmedabad. We charge money from people and give projects from fake company like AZEE Group which is also based in Ahmedabad. They charged 4lac from us and azee group gave us project which we completed in given time after which they terminated the contract as saying sum fake clauses and also made the stopped payment of the cheque of Rs1320000. When contacted Azee group they said that Azee did not get any money from Aldiablos company and said they will help us to get the money back from them. Tiksha Patel is big liar and before taking the project her words were different and now she is not bother to pick up the calls also.
Please dont contact Aldiablos and Azee Group for any BPO projects as they only cheat people by taking money and such people must be arrested and company should be closed by taking off their domains.

This company's director Mr. vikrampratap shinh, Mrs priya golani, Mr. abhisek dube , Mr. faruque shaikh, Mr raja are not given a services propely and not return the money. And not do the job in this company. besause you are not growth youre future in this compnay.

Two days before my 1 lac cheque got cleared and amount credited to their account . When i searched on google then i came to know that this co. is fraud and cheat people . They just take money and do not give any process or project . Immediately i asked my money back but now they are saying they will not return my money . I normally don't believe everything what is written on other sites. Especially at complaintboard the information are not getting proved. Calumnies are the inevitable result. But in this case the poster has written his phone number into the post and the scam is matching the business.
I had given a check of 0000 to Aldiablos BPO LTD, to procure the business. But the information that was given to me before giving the check was different and after giving the check they turned back on their words. They were supposed to give me the reference centers but they did not provide me with the reference centers. When asked about it they were not able to provide me the same with no explanations. It was then when i came to know that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is the same company as Smart Consultancy. Both the companies are running in the same office. when questioned the Director Abhishek Dubey, he told me that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is no longer associated with Smart Consultancy. But the security check that i was given had Vikram Pratap Singh's signature on it. When confronted with the same, Dubey had no answers and he walked out. This is a complete fraud. Later on i receive an email from Bhoomi Jani. She sent an email to me with the details of the same process and the email was sent under Smart Consultancy's name but when spoke to her on the phone she said she was with Aldiablos BPO Ltd. They operate under various names, namely, Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd. They keep on cheating people of the money and do not deliver the promised project. They do not have any work with them and they create their own project to fool people. People like Vikram Singh, Sonal Chauhan, Abhishek Dubey, Imran Mallik, Siddharth Sharma, Bhoomi Jani are the once flooding the professional network sites with their useless projects and try to prey on to innocent center owners. Even the new employees for their company do not know the exact work. They show of their premises and plush offices to the people and con them. The reason i am writing this is so that others who are planning to work with Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd, do not get duped and are saved.

The dialing attempts are doing mostly displayed in the selection preview on the workplace of the agents. The first successful selection is presented. Other successful dialing attempts are distributed by chance on the next available agent. Predictive Dialer: Even with predictive dialing the telephone numbers of the contact list or database of the company or service provider get selected automatically. The Predictive dialing is thus a forward-looking, self-adjusting dial. The predictive dialer controls the number of dial attempts per agent, taking into account the current and historical accessibility of customers and on the basis of the derived prediction. This not only minimizes the waiting time between two contacts of the agent, but also provides the ideal case that as many calls as possible are made without call attempts must be canceled. Lost connections causing the called phone rings, after picking up is no caller on the other end available or it rings only for a very short time (dropped call). Consumers perceive this as harassing or threatening.
Regulations:
In the UK, Ofcom requires that predictive dialers abandon less than 3% of answered calls on a daily basis. Ofcom also requires that if an agent is not available within 2 seconds the call is considered "abandoned" and an automated message is played. The automated message must identify the company making the call, the purpose of the call, a free phone or basic rate phone number to call back on and must not contain any form of marketing. A phone call to the return number must not be treated by the company as an opportunity to market, but to be removed from the calling list. In the UK "abandoned" calls must not be called back within 72 hours unless there is a dedicated agent available.
In the USA, if someone answers but no agent is available within 2 seconds of the person's greeting, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations consider the call "abandoned" and require the dialer to play a recorded message. The FCC requires that predictive dialers abandon less than 3% of answered calls.
In Canada, the maximum abandon rate is 5%, and calls cannot be made to numbers registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, emergency or health care providers.

As there has been no contact address given and his profile did not have any contact address stored, I have dropped my email address in the comments. As a reply I got the invitation for a Skype conversation. The guy has been from UK and seemed to be a direct customer, but he even did not remember his own advertisement.
First he tried that we are using our own data for dialing. I explained him that we are only dialing with data provided by our customer and we are not reusing this data for other campaigns. It will not make us trustful using data from one customer for another customer’s campaign.
After an explanation about the difference in the quality of data coming from local agencies to these ones, which are getting traded between the centers and which are already heavy used, he dropped the message:
"We provide them profiled data and at the time of invoice we deduct the price of data that we provide center"
At this time i decided to drop the business and send him to other centers.
A call center is working for the customer. If the customer does not have data, then this data need to get bought by the customer. If a customer does not like to pay the data, which are getting used only for him, already, then the full business is it not worth to get done. The most good address broker are selling the data only inside their country. If a customer likes to bill this addresses and maybe his own stock of addresses to the call center, than he will find thousands of reasons too, for not paying his bills. I don't need such a kind of customer.
Call centers are service providers. They need to work with the material that they get provided by their customer. If the customer likes to get quality, than the customer has to provide quality too.
