Scam free campaigns - only 3 brokers got found during the last year

Not one outsourcing client takes the risk for searching and hiring a call center broker or consultant from abroad. If an outsourcing company is searching abroad then they are searching for a call center directly, which is able to run their campaign, have a high success rate and not for a man in the middle who only likes to earn money by an easy way. A real client goes offshore for saving money and not for entertaining man in the middle, scammers or brokers from low wage countries. If a client hires a broker than he hire one, which is for him all the time reachable to complain, hit and bite him for the case something is running wrong with his campaign.

Brokers and consultants are getting paid from the outsourcing client and not from the center. They are responsible for running the outsourced campaign successful as they have selected the center for the clients campaign. For these reason they are even not allowed to take some money from the centers - it could be construed as a bribe. Offering and taking bribes is in the civilized world a crime and the fines are high. Depending on the case both, the one who is offering and the one who is accepting bribes, can even end up in jail.

Not one broker or consultant allows other brokers, consultants or "middle men" of any kind redistributing their campaigns unless otherwise approved by themselves. Not one reputable businessman charges any start up or up-front fees what so ever to launch their campaign. Real campaign brokers required to make their contracts directly with the call center and call center owner and that they have direct access to the sales floor, managers and agents when requested. They also insist that the call center receives and keeps 100% of the commissions. No payment should ever be given to a third party by the contracted center.

99.99% of the outsourcing offers found in the social networks are nothing else than scam. These scams have already destroyed the main part of the offshore outsourcing industry as even outsourcing clients got scammed, leads and data got sold many times. For these reasons the data protection law got raised during the last 10 until 15 years. Until now are trying my special friends, the scammers, offering impossible and invented campaigns against a huge invention fee. Everywhere, where you get asked to pay something - however the fee gets called - you'll get only scammed. Real clients are not taking money from the centers and they are able to pay their hired staff. The scammers are only confirming their scam with their "consultancy fee", "security deposit", "royalty" or however the fee gets called. These fees are nothing else than inventions from the scammers, which are too lazy doing a normal work.

Since more than one year I'm active warning from the scammers found at the social networks. During this time I have only found three real campaign brokers, which I list here. Please don't waste your and their time by asking them for any non-voice campaigns, like form fillings, inbound campaigns etc. Such campaigns are only existing in the dreams from the scammers. Remember all data are protected by law and not one company has their data on paper or need to convert them manually. Already the question for such campaigns is disqualifying yourself, because it shows that you have no idea from call center work, law in the different countries and you are for this reason not a trustful partner for any outsourcing client.

Deepankar Sharma LinkedIn profile pictureThe scammer Deepankar Sharma (.pdf) has been crying to me like "please stop me scamming" or he has been so stupid to show me that he is really a scammer. Both is possible, because in earlier communications he had already shown that he is even too stupid to start a computer from a DVD. With other words the scammer Deepankar Sharma, which calls himself at his LinkedIn profile to be a BPO consultant, don't know which software he can use for call center (he asked me on Skype for it) and which VoIP provider is offering a good service (he asked me on Skype for it earlier) and seems to be in need to read instructions for going to the toilet. Such a guy is never a BPO consultant or a call center owner. He is even for scamming too stupid or too lazy.

In any case the scammer Deepankar Sharma has tried to verify his scam campaigns with my help. The problem is only that he got an unexpected result and a free promotion at my blog.

I think everybody believes that this is are too many failures that it can be a true information.

Not only the password has been very suspicious, there is more suspicious that the domain rxpaymaster.com got created  9 months ago (creation date May 17, 2015) and the "commission portal" domain bpo-system.com is only a few days older than one month (creation date January 21, 2016). Both domains are hidden by a privacy protection service, which does not make them really trustful.

That is not really a good idea. It shows that nobody from the company has any idea about making business and the business is only existing in a dream. An unbelievable offer from SYNTEL Pvt. Ltd. Australia - or to rent is more expensive than to buy

Amanjit SahotaSYNTEL Pvt. Ltd.An Australian company, with the name Syntel Pvt. Ltd. got registered on June 17, 2013. The "Founding Partner and Director at Syntel Pty Ltd" Amanjit Sahota writes by himself in his LinkedIn profile that he is since August 2014 Director of his own company, makes the company already very suspect. For me it shows that the company did not earn enough in the time from June 2013 until July 2014 for paying his salary and/or he got fired on his other job.

If I read additional in the year 2015 at http://syntel.com.au/why-syntel (2016-02-25: Link removed - Domain not exists): "We have spent the last 6 years perfecting VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone systems which means you can take advantage of the internet to make cheaper, often free calls." than I know that they are notorious liars or they are not able to calculate by using their brain and have not enough money for a pocket calculator. Both is in business worse.

If such a person even does not understand the difference between a LinkedIn company page and a LinkedIn personal profile, then it shows that the person seems have a real problem understanding any rules in business. If I read additional in his profile that his language is Punjabi then I think already about a post forwarding service and not about a local company in Australia.

I really cannot believe that one owner of a 5,000 seat call center can be so stupid to sign-up with such a suspicious company. Does such a call center owner not think about the risk what he has with only one business partner? Such a center needs to get divided into a few sections to reduce the risk of a fail. A serious consultant will warn such people and reject the job if the call center owner does not understand the risk. One example of the risk: If the Internet connection from the place of the center drops for an hour the damage would be 5,000 working hours of his agents! The same can happen with the power connection of the center - only the Internet connection drops normally more often than the power connection.

As the email address provided in the offer is from an Australian domain I think that the prices are in Australian Dollars. Based on the exchange rate from today the up-front fee of AU$ 50,000 has the value of US$ 35,499.51 and the offer the monthly payment from AU$ 24,975 has the value of US$ 17,732.

Nowhere is written what is all included in the "all inclusive" offer. It seems to be only important for Amanjit Sahota to make money instead of explaining his offer. I would kick out such a salesman from my company. VoIP minutes cannot be included because they are different from country to country, from provider to provider and if fixed or mobile phones are get called. The local computers from the centers and the Internet connection of the center cannot be included too because the price is depending on the region of the world. In this case in the "all inclusive" offer can be only be included can the basic hosting and the rental of a phone system. For this is the offered price nothing else than profiteering.

It seems to be his sales strategy. I don't think that he would be really successful with this strategy.

Let us make a simple calculation example: I would take for security reasons at 4 SQL server, which are storing the data, the configuration of the phone systems and the call detail records. The price for one sql server hardware is around US$ 1,000. In sum we spend US$ 4,000 for our datastorage system. Additonal I would use for 500 seats one phone system based on Linux and Asterisk (Asterisk itself, GoAutoDial or a similar product). The price for one of these phone systems is around US$ 500. As I need 10 from them I spend in sum US$ 5,000. As Linux, Asterisk, GoAutoDial is open source I don't need to pay something for the software and I have enough capacity for a failover in the case that one system dies. Each of the phone systems will get connected to different Internet providers. This will enhance the failover possibilities and reduces the risk of an Internet drop. As more different VoIP providers I'll use as higher would get my security in the case of an error. I even can make a least cost routing between the chosen VoIP providers.

If we take now the above calculation in sum then I have spent until now only US$ 9,000 for the hardware. If I like to use the MS SQL server instead of a Linux open source SQL server than I need to spend additional US$ 650 for the Windows Server Software and US$ 4000 for the MS SQL Server. As I'm using 4 SQL-Server I have to spend in this case US$ 18,600 for the software. Even if we are now counting everything together we spend in sum US$ 27,600. That is even less than the up-front fee from the offer from Syntel Pvt. Ltd. (US$ 35,499.51). I would even make personally the complete server setup for the center for less than the half of the remaining US$ 7,899.517, which this solution is cheaper then the up-front costs from Syntel Pvt. Ltd.

The savings of my suggestion are in this case the "very small" amount of US$ 24.975 each month for 36 months of the contract. That makes the "little" sum of US$ 899,100 during 3 years of operation.

Update November 23, 2015: Syntel sent a message that in the "all inclusive" Plan is VoIP included:

A call center is working 17 hours a day (call time between 8 am and 9 pm additional 4 time zones on the continent) and 6 days a week calling the U.S. If we take now the minutes generated from a single agent then we need to multiply 60 minutes per hour * 17 hours a day * 26 days per month to see the result of 26,520 minutes an agent is generating during one month. If we divide now the difference between the standard plan and the all inclusive plan (AU$ 34.95 = US$ 25.26) then we see that this sum got offered as flat rate from some VoIP providers for private users. These VoIP providers, which have offered such a flat rate, are getting found now at the VoIP cemetery. The reason is very simple found. We need only divide the US$ 25.26 by the generated minutes from one agent during one month - 26,520. The result is rounded US$ 0.00095249. This minute price is far under the value which are the telecom companies billing under each other for the minutes. Each minute will generate a loss in this case. Not one company will pay you for using their lines.

The all inclusive offer is even worse and the loss for the phone companies higher for the case that this offer is restricted to the Australian phone numbers. The Australian free phone numbers 1300/1800 are not getting called from call centers because call centers need to sell something and not speak with customer services. The interconnect exchange rate is for Australia even at least 10 times higher than from U.S. phone companies. The agent is only 1 hour less generating per day because Australia has only 3 time zones on the continent.

Ganesh Dhananjay GodseThis case shows what happens if people try to build up a business without having enough funds and not any knowledge about business. They are promising and making orders in the hope to earn. The result is a big fail. It seems to be in India usual to simple disappear after failing in business. In any case it is a big crime to escape in this way from the responsibility. Such a behavior results in other countries in a prison sentence.

As much as I understand the anger of the call center owner Amith D'Silva that he lost money by this process as much he is guilty by himself too. They started to sell a product in January, which has not been available at this time. In such a case they tried to sell dreams. At this time the alarm bells have to ring already.

If I read the following LinkedIn Pulse article found at https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/beware-arima-app-store-which-fraud-company-amith-d-silva?trk=hb_ntf_MEGAPHONE_ARTICLE_POST, then I get the impression that not one of the participating parties had any knowledge how to build up a business. Even I'm not able to classify them as amateurs. Amateurs have more knowledge about a business than all the participating people including the call center owner. How a call center can promote a product under their own phone numbers and email addresses without any knowledhe how the product is working? How they can handle in such a case complaints from the customers if they are running into failures? The customers are calling this number back from which they got called.

It seems that even the app-store got programmed cheap, quick, dirty and without any knowledge of international standards. Nobody has made any tests of the ready product. An European court would decide in each case to negligent bankruptcy offense and the CEO must be personally liable, since the commercial due diligence has been violated.

The Directors Mr. Pritesh Pradeep Saitwal and Ganesh Dhananjay Godse met Prachin Shirsat in the Train through a friend who were seeking a Call Center for their Project so known as Arima App Store around in September 2014. Prachin then introduces them to Mr. Amith D'Silva Proprietor Of Corona Borealis & Crux Services which is a Call Center based in Jesal Park, Bhayandar (East).

Mr. Ganesh Godse & Mr. Pritesh Saitwal from Arima App Store wanted the calling to be on $10 / Sale on which our company had disagreed since it was a new company and they wanted Leads to be generated and closed. We came upon an agreement on which $4 was decided per hour per seat upon which a mail was sent from Mr. Ganesh Godse on January 08, 2015. In the start Mr. Ganesh had promised the payment would be received within Net 7 days from the Invoice raising.

The process then started on January 15, 2015 and the website was first shown on February 18, 2015 upon which the website was very normal that no Software Developer would have put his application or software with a charge of INR 2000.00 for a lifetime. The script which was supposed to be given by Arima App Store where as it was not produced by Arima App Store. We prepared the Script for Arima App Store where no charges were charged to them and training was given from our end where as Information was only given by Mr. Ganesh Godse. Upon receiving complains from the clients who then told the agents working for Arima App Store that the website is not up to date. Please update the website and then give us a call. Complains were sent to Ganesh in Verbal as well as thru mails. Ganesh then informed us to stop the process on February 06, 2015 upon which we were informed that the first web designer has been changed and he is bringing into the picture a new web designer who will make the website up to date and one of the best. We had a meeting with the Web Designer upon which we discussed the pros and cons of the website. The Project was then put on hold. A call was made to Mr. Ganesh Godse on February 08,2015 to release the first payment. He then informed that he will arrange for the funds along with the February 2015 Payment. We never charged him for the days we kept our center closed due to his Website being updated. We helped him since he was new and was seeking support for his company to grow since he showed us decency.

The project then started on February 20, 2015 upon which the Website was satisfactory and the clients were ready to move ahead and invest but this time they wanted a mail explaining about the website and what are the features. We then informed Mr. Ganesh Godse to prepare the mails on which he prepared a mail with just these words as mentioned below

The clients then were getting irate on the agents who were calling and we also informed Mr. Ganesh Godse who used to come twice or thrice a week to the office that in this manner we cannot get business in this manner for his company. He then informed us that the web designer does not understand how to make the mail and for him he does not know since he is new and does not have a background about Marketing and Sales. He asked if we could help him and we did send him 6 different mail formats. But they were not published the way we had prepared them and the web designer who say they were professionals were engaged in different issues in the website they were facing due to the website for eg. the mobile number when saved in the database used to show us +1 and then the mobile number of India or some awkward numbers. When we asked Ganesh about the payment he said he will make arrangements on March 15, 2015 as he does not have the funds with him and he has put all the money in the website. The dates were then extended to March 22, 2015 then went to March 28, 2015. The reason he said was he had applied for a loan which was not sanctioned. Then Mr. Ganesh Godse from Arima App Stores came to the office on April 08, 2015 and informed us to stop the calling henceforth and he will try to make arrengements of the payments by April 22, 2015 but to be on a safer side he gave us Cheques Dated May 02, 2015. When asked him how he is making arrangements he said he has given a builder some 12 Lakhs as investment upon which the builder is giving him 9 Lakhs. When asked for the papers he said he will bring it and has never shown. He then called me on the April 30, 2015 requesting me that the funds have not been arranged and to inform all agents not to put the cheque. He said he will arrange the funds and has been giving us dates after dates. The final date was July 25, 2015 upon which he said he will transfer the amount by Saturday July 25, 2015 or Monday July 27, 2015. When I called him from my number he does not answer and when I called him from another number at 11am he picked up the phone and informed that he is on his way to transfer the funds. I informed him to answer the phone but neither he answers the phone neither does he call back. Then at 1pm I call him from another number and he answers the call when I ask him about the money he says give me 10mins and thereafter neither he picked up the calls neither reverted to the messages. A payment of nearly 7 Lakhs is pending. Mr. Ganesh Godse from Arima App Store is not trust worthy in dealing with. I am putting his cheques and also lodging a complain and have informed the same to the agents to do so. This is what we get in return for helping a person and supporting him setting up his company. I have Mails, Screenshots which after lodging a complain will pull him to court. I never wanted all this but since he is not reverting back to my messages, Phone Calls, Mails. The only option left is pull Arima App Store and specially Ganesh Godse to court. He will show you the grass in greener on the other side but when he takes you there it just a desert. Luckily no Investors or No Centers have taken his process otherwise they would have repented like how we are doing. Please be careful Of Arima App Store before investing a rupee. They give false commitments. If you want proofs I can submit.

Scammer: Miracle Consultancy India Private Limited - Aman Gupta & Puneet Wadhwa

Aman GuptaPuneet WadhwaIt seems that in India everybody is able to register a company. Even the minimum requirements like reading, writing, calculating, knowledge about basic rights, etc. are not getting checked. The stupidest people, which cannot read or write, are able to register a company. That such an economic cannot grow is clear understandable. Such useless companies, where the owners even don't know the meaning of the word copyright, the difference between scam and honest and/or some other business rights and duties, are only destroying the reputation from real and genuine companies of India – for the case that reputable companies are existing there.

In other countries you have to prove at least that you know what you are doing.

One of these companies like described above seems to be Miracle Consultancy India Private Limited, founded February 19, 2015 and since July 3, 2015 are the directors Aman Gupta and Puneet Wadhwa.

The fraud is starting now here, as he is hiding the consultancy agency by sending his request to Deep Blue Marketing. He tries to make the impression to be a call center owner. As he has written at his homepage "WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY UPFRONT FOR ANY PROCESS SO BEWARE OF SCAMMERS.." he is planning to be a man-in-the-middle. With other words Miracle Consultancy India Private Limited is warning from themselves:

The risk for the center in such a scenario is that the center does not get paid. A result is that the center does not continue to work on a campaign and the client is losing customers, the broker is losing the client and only the scammer has made fast a little bit money. Such a situation is not acceptable for any of the parties.

As we see in the next email the scammer declares that he has copied the campaigns from the website of callcenterpartner.com and he even not feel himself guilty for it. It seems to be for him normal to copy campaign offers and try to sell these copied campaigns. It does not matter for him that he does not have any contract with any client or with a broker. He likes to get paid for his copy and paste! If the center gets the campaign or not is not really important for him as long as he get paid:

In a civilized world such a company, which writes such a statement “…i have told you that all that has been copied from www.callcenterpartner.com website” is it the first action for the government to close this company immediately because the company owner proves that he is not trustful - he has already broken the copyright law. Everybody can see at the bottom of the website callcenterpartner.com the copyright notice: “© 2015 Call Center Partner All rights reserved.

The remaining sentences of his email seems like coming from a kindergarten child, which got caught by doing something bad and expects now to get a reward for doing it not again. That shows that Aman Gupta has never got any education. It is a pity that such people are able to open a company. Such people are bad for the reputation of the industry from a whole country. It would be time for the Indian government to stop such fraudsters and to stop people with the intelligence of a fresh born baby from doing business.

A company, which is breaking the law, is not trustful. In other countries the director of such a company gets banned for years for being a director. Nobody shall make business with such a company like Miracle Consultancy India Private Limited.
