It is every time funny if a scammer contacts me by Skype and does not seems to know why I call him to be a scammer. So has done it Sandeep Yadav too. He does not feel guilty for scamming others. For him is it nothing else than ecommerce and he does not feel himself guilty if the center gets nothing for their hard earned money. I call this kind of business understanding nothing else than scam, fraud, crime, etc.

That Sandeep Yadav is a chronic liar gets already shown at his profile in the section education. It seems that he is even too stupid to fake his own education. On December 18, 2015 I made a pdf-printout from the LinkedIn profile of Sandeep Yadav for my last scammer report ("Scammer: Sandeep Yadav - Viral Pithadiya - aceinfosysos.com - does even not know what legal services are"). While 2019 (we have now 2016) can get accepted as a type mismatch, I did not believe that someone can go working and make two different studies during the last semester of one of his studies. In his profile has been written that he has been working since January 2015 as project manager for the MNC group.

If we take now a look into the LinkedIn profile from Sandeep Yadav (.pdf), than we see there is written (Copy & Paste - it is not a type mismatch from me):

If we are comparing the data than we see that the Scammer does not know the dates he visited the University and he does not know which University he visited.

The scammer Sandeep Yadav seems to be so proud about his invented education, because this is the most important point in his Skype chat with me. First he complained that I have been calling him to be scammer and afterwards he immediately complained about my statement that he does not have any education. What can you expect from someone, which even don't know which University he visited?

Wow, a center, which is not able to run a campaign, can forward/resell this campaign from a big U.S. company, which lets make their contracts from their own attorneys. I think more that the center owner did not read his own contract for the case the campaign existed.

Only unsuspecting people let registering their domain in the name of some staff. Viral Pithadia is the owner of the domain. If ACE Infosys fires Viral Pithadia than they are losing their domain together with their staff.

Sure there are no data in this process. The data written on the cheques are public data and you can copy it everywhere. It does not matter if a few cheques are missing or someone gets access to the giro accounts as he knows already the account numbers and the names from the cheques. A bank, which offer such a work will run into bankruptcy before she can pay the outsourced center. Not one customer will have trust into such a system.

I see how the scammer Sandeep Yadav understands the travel business: Everybody knows that he does not need to provide personal details and credit card information when he is booking a flight. For this reason the airplanes are all empty because the passengers need not provide any payment at the time of booking. For this reason the travel agencies are overbooking the airplane by selling each seat 5 times. If more people are coming to the departure than have place in the airplane the airline simple takes another unused airplane out of the hangar, take the next free grew, make the pre-flight check (which is done within a few minutes), fill some kerosene and start without any flight registration with the remaining people to the same destination.

Sure we all know it. If it is written about themselves is it all only a defamation. As soon as something is gets written about someone other than it needs to be true! That shows that the education has stopped in the pre-kindergarten area of Sandeep Yadav and his partner in crime Chhaya Sharma:

whatever the projects they outsource it’s all fake projects, they charge money too much and they will rotate that money for payments by 10% in the amount what we paid and they won’t respond at all

This company has cheated me of 1, 50, 000 for three seats in freelance adposting job saying daily payments. its been over months n i have recieved just bits and pieces of payment, there is a problem while posting, no body is there to provide a solution.

Already these two messages are showing the kind of scam, which ACE Infosys is running. Additonal likes the scammer Sandeep Yadav making us to believe that ACE Infosys is playing man-in-the-middle. For the case that they are really reselling campaigns, what I don't believe, are they guilty by themselves for not verifying their source and are for this reason a partner in crime of the scammer. It does not make any difference if they are the partner in crime or the criminals by themselves. In any case they have broken their commercial duty of diligence. I know for this is again the University from Gujarat guilty, because they did not teach it to the scammer with the "Bachelor’s Degree, B.COM, A". Remains only the question how the University of Gujarat could teach him this business law as the scammer has never visited any University?

Not the centers are not able doing the work on the invented campaigns, the scammers are using a little bit from the upfront fee and let the centers doing something and make a statement that the work got done with too many failures. It is nothing else than a crime!

At this point the scammer Sandeep Yadav from ACE Infosys seems to have been running out of arguments because he did not reply me until now. It looks like that Sandeep Yadav believes that his scammer income will go down because he made the following posting for a new pyramid system:

The site cashpackets.com got registered 55 days ago (Creation Date: 2015-12-27T15:36:00.00Z), is using a privacy protection service and the most visitors are coming from Russia and Ukraine. The only work you need to do is to promote the site for getting new members. Conclusion: Nothing else than a new pyramid system, cheap, quick and dirty programmed as even the FAQ page is not working.

The scammer Himesh Rajput proves with his offer "Easy Work Of DATABASE OF CREDIT CARD By Usa Banking Form Filling" that:

• he has no credit card
• he has no idea how credit card companies are working
• how credit card payments getting processed
• how banks are working
• how banks are connected to credit card companies
• how banks are connected to payment processors
• how credit cards getting requested
• how credit cards getting issued
• he has no idea about the banking secrecy

It seems that the brain of the scammer Himesh Rajput got already destroyed from drugs, alcohol or he had never any education. In any case seems that his brain is so small that you need to blow it up for bringing it to a size of a pea. This fact gets shown already that the scammer likes his own posting at LinkedIn.

The entry "hi i am providing a buisness opportunity to the people" in the LinkedIn profile summary from the scammer Himesh Rajput should get replaced with the words "I'm scamming people because I'm too lazy for real work".

Center owners, which have liked the posting and which have requested more information about the process, are even more stupid than the scammer Himesh Rajput because they are proving that they have no idea about the business they like to do. Every business man needs to know what is possible and what not. If people are too lazy to inform themselves about the data protection law they are guilty by themselves if they are getting scammed. If people get more than one time scammed then they should think to consult a madhouse doctor instead of trying making business. Maybe a street cleaning job will fit better for them. Business is not a kindergarten game!

The only thing he knows that he needs to hide himself behind an anonymous profile that nobody can bring him to jail. You can be sure that you'll get only the experience how the feeling is by getting scammed if you are paying for getting this work. More stupid than the scammer are these people which are asking for more information on the posting from the scammer Himesh Rajput:

BA Communications hides themselves in absolutely anonymity and likes to process your payments. They are using only free services like a website from wix.com, gmail for their emails and even the chat on their website is one of a free service.

At their website they are writing that they are already “more than 10 years in business”. Maybe they are dreaming since more than 10 years about making a business. With their own promotion they are already proving that they did not even earn enough that they are able to pay the few dollars a year for an own domain. It seems that they even don’t have a valid credit card for registering an own domain, but they like to process your payments you'll receive.

For 10 years in business is even their Alexa ranking and status sheet of their subdomain from wix.com very poor:

With an actual Alexa ranking of 19,862,907 in the global Internet statistic they have maybe one visitor at their homepage during one year. This is a result of the facts that even no search engine is listing them and no other sites are linking to their homepage. With this fact they are proving only that they are not able to do any business and they are not understanding how to make any business.

If we take a look at the provided address on their website: 2722 North Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90031 and compare it with the provided phone number 206-222-7389 then we see in the prefix that the phone number has the area code from Seattle. There is a little distance of 1,135 miles or 1,827 km between this two points. So even if they are picking up the phone then you'll know that they are using a phone forwarding service and are not getting found at the provided address.

At the US Phone Directory we'll find already a few actual complaints and comments about the phone number 206-222-7389.

At LinkdedIn we'll find Edward Baptist as a multi talented staff, which is working at the same time for for Worldwide Data and Leads Producers Inc. and BA Communications Inc. I don't know which manager will accept such a double function. If someone is really working for two companies he will run one time in big conflicts.

To be a payment processor or offering a payment gateway the company needs to have a very good reputation and not hiding themselves in the anonymity of the Internet. I'll recommend everybody, which needs such a service to speak with his bank manager. He will provide you with contacts details of the major credit card companies for making a contract.

Everybody, who is getting scammed by taking such an offer, is guilty by himself if he get scammed. You should make in any case a background check about your future business partner. The scammer Richa Jain proves with her actual campaign offer that she got stupid born and did not learn something until now. The scammer is even too stupid to invent a believable campaign. Even that I called her in my last article: ”Scammer: Richa Jain from Facebook and BPO Friends” already to be a scammer did not impress her very much. Now we see some more unbelievable offers at Facebook from her:

Banks, wherever they are located, cannot give any outsourcing process where the center has access to the customer data. If a bank is doing this they will lose their customers because there is bank secrecy available. The same is valid for credit card companies. Every staff member of a bank or credit card company has to pass a very intensive background check before he is getting hired. Nobody from UK or USA will hire a scammer from India for their campaigns.

The scammer even doesn’t know that banks are not working 24 hours a day and the scammer even does not know the average income from call center staff in UK and USA. The offered hourly rates are already manager salaries. Why shall some company outsource a process if they are paying more as by hiring local staff for the same work?

A bank will not make a 24 hours service if the calls from late in the night until in the morning can get counted by using one hand. Bank transactions are mostly done by using the Internet, only some older people are going during the day directly to the front desk of their bank.

At credit card companies is during the night only the card blocking hotline working. This process cannot get outsourced because of the data protection law in the traditional outsourcing countries.

With other words the scammer Richa Jain needs urgently money and does not like to work for it. For this she is offering dreams instead of campaigns and hopes that some stupid one will pay her for these dreams. Like I told it already at the beginning the scammer Richa Jain got stupid born and learned nothing. I think she has never seen a school from inside.

jhagvi.com is sending out mass emails by using the list service from mcsv.net (USA) with a lot of suspicious campaigns for call centers. If we take a closer look at them, then we can see that they even don't know their own address.

What makes them suspicious:

• The given address in the email, 8369 NW 66 ST #8006, MIAMI, FL 33166, is a mail forwarding service in Florida - usabox.com.
• In their email they are calling themselves Jhagvi Limited
• At their website they are calling themselves JPL International with the add-on Advance Solutions for your business development

You can be sure that the place is not owned by JPL International. They some impression they like to make with another Facebook entry from April 8, 2012, where they are showing the data center of the company Global Switch in Australia. JPL has nothing to do with them. Maybe they try to be a reseller of the services there.

My opinion: We have here a a scammer, which likes to give the impression of a big company. This scammer is not able to finance his own life, because he seems not be able to pay the hosting and domain registration fees in time. Everybody, which likes to make business with him gets pulled over the table.
