This person does not know that a broker can only work for one site otherwise the broker can run in a conflict if he takes from both sites money. Like each business person in the service industry he has to support this party, which he pays him.

A broker in the service industry gets only paid if he provides success. This one, which has hired him, has given him an exact description what he is searching. For this reason all conditions have to get fulfilled.

In the following email from Sushma Gyani is shown that she likes to sell something. As this something has not really a description about the facts is the email nothing else then spam. Sushma Gyani shows in the email too that CustomLedSolutions - Innovative Tech Solutions has no right on the offered campaigns because there is no other income possibility than to ask for up-front fees from the center. Typical for a scammer is that he is starting with bragging how good they are and have "existence" in other countries like UK, Singapore, etc. Each person has an existence. I think that they are meaning something others but they are even not able to express themselves in English. Why should someone believe their lies?

Each scammer says that his campaigns are "genuine and risk free". You see how "genuine and risk free" the offered campaigns are if you have paid the up-front fee and you are not able to reach them because they are blocking you. Maybe they are meaning that the campaigns are for themselves "genuine and risk free" because they have the money already when you get it that you got scammed!

Interesting is too that in the email is no description about the campaign found. But we know that scammer are lazy and for this they are inventing the campaigns on the fly as soon as someone is replying to them.

Interesting in this case has been that the domain got created December 12, 2007. The name of the domain has nothing to do with outsourcing because LED is the short form of Light Emitting Diode and has nothing to do with leads.

Everybody, which pays for getting work, is guilty by himself if he gets scammed. The stupid scammer Gourav Jain from Vrogem Global Solutions is hoping that he finds some call center owners, which are more stupid then himself.

The scammer Avantika Nair seems to have no own ideas and is copying campaigns from others. She is doing that without thinking and it seems that she has never seen a school from inside.

Like all the other scammers she cannot show her face in her profile at Facebook because she does not like to provide a manhunt picture by herself.

You can see at the end of the campaign description that only contractors of Deep Blue Marketing will be allowed to offer their campaigns. You can be sure that you'll not get the campaign if you pay Avantika Nair and get forwarded from her to Deep Blue Marketing. You need to keep yourself on the rules, described inside the campaign offer, to get this or another campaign from Deep Blue Marketing. The next example shows that the egghead Avantika Nair did never go to school. She has copied the Italian Inbound process from another scammer without thinking. Maybe she does not have a brain or thinking hurt her too much. This campaign is already listed once in my blog under the title: "Scammer: Rohit Malhotra - Accent Technologies with missing geography knowledge". This example shows us that scammer are lazy and even don't like to inform themselves about their own offerings:

This campaign is scam because Italy is a member of the European Union and Italy has their own language. Italian is the main language spoken in Italy. If you take a look at Wikipedia then you find which additional languages get all spoken in Italy:

You see that English is not in the list. I know from my own experience, Italy is a neighbor country from Austria and the most of the tourism is coming from Germany, that you have a higher chance to find somebody which speaks German at the touristic areas as someone which speaks English.

Even if you find some agents, which are speaking the Italian language, what will you do with an inbound call if you have no access to the customer database? The European data protection law does not allow that consumer/customer data are given access to others then company members. The fine for the first time is between € 50,000 and € 58,000. You would not find any company, which takes such a risk!

The third process from Avantika Nair seems to be scam too, because I don't think that you'll find in India some company, which will outsource their telemarketing service to any company. Domestic means that the caller are from the own country. This example shows again that she does not have any brain. She even does not understand what she is offering. It will be much more cheaper for them to hire some agents for telemarketing - especially for an inbound process where you need less people than for an outbound process:

Summary: Avantika Nair is nothing else than a lazy scammer without any education. She only copies campaigns campaigns which are sounding good for her. With this method she likes to get your hard earned money without even using her own brain for the case she has one,

A scammer seems to be running out of money. For this he likes to sell a newly invented company with newly created domains (esourcenetwork.co.in is 76 days old and eskyway.co.in is 100 days old) in a franchise system.

For a "deposit" or "membership fee" between 1,00,000INR and 5,00,000INR you get nearly nothing:

In the email is written that the company got founded February 2011. Did the company not work until now, because the domains got created 3 and 4 month ago?

I see in this offer only an another kind of scam. So easy I like to get money too. The others are working and need to pay me!

jhagvi.com is sending out mass emails by using the list service from mcsv.net (USA) with a lot of suspicious campaigns for call centers. If we take a closer look at them, then we can see that they even don't know their own address.

What makes them suspicious:

• The given address in the email, 8369 NW 66 ST #8006, MIAMI, FL 33166, is a mail forwarding service in Florida - usabox.com.
• In their email they are calling themselves Jhagvi Limited
• At their website they are calling themselves JPL International with the add-on Advance Solutions for your business development
• At their website are provided the addresses UK OFFICE: 10 Rushcliffe Rise, Nottingham, NG5 3HJ, United Kingdom and USA OFFICE: 8369 NW 66 ST #8006, MIAMI, FL 33166, United States (the mail forwarding service of usabox.com).
  The history of the house given at UK address (picture at the right) can get found at rightmove.co.uk. If you are using the street-view provided from rightmove.co.uk and Google, you can see that there is no company and the area is a plain residential area.
• At their LinkedIn profile is one more address provided: Main office: 400 Minuteman Rd Andover, MA 01810, United States with a staff count of 501 - 1000 and founded 2001. At this address gets only found the professional division of The Weather Company wsi.com. The provided address is a FAKE!
• The domain jhagvi.com is registered to the private person MIyan Shafeeq with the address 9 billington road,London se14 5qh, GB.
• A company, which is located in Massachusetts, does not use a mail forwarding service for an address in Florida
• A company, which is located in USA, will not host their Website in Denmark
• A company, which is located in USA, will not use an registrar for their domain from Denmark
• A company, which got founded 2001 (LinkedIn), will not wait until July 25, 2010 for registering their domain, especially a company from USA.
• The last creation date of the domain jhagvi.com is from December 2, 2013
• Domaintools is reporting 21 historical whois record and 14 webhosting DNS events since Jul 25, 2010. It seems for me that they even did not have enough money to pay the hosting and domain registration fees or they had a problem with their addresses and did not get the bills. :)
• Their Facebook page got created on December 5, 2010
• Their first uploaded pictures are from an open house event from JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory), a subdivision from the NASA in Pasadena, uploaded December 6, 2010. That are private pictures and have nothing to do with a company JPL International.
• Their Facebook history shows that they even don't know what they are doing. For me it has the view that they a trying every business and fail in each case:

• They tried it even with bragging on their Facebook page:

  The same picture get found at 136 sites and shows The Wells Street Tower:701 S. Wells. A data center is there and places for servers can get rented. You can be sure that the place is not owned by JPL International. They some impression they like to make with another Facebook entry from April 8, 2012, where they are showing the data center of the company Global Switch in Australia. JPL has nothing to do with them. Maybe they try to be a reseller of the services there.
• Two more addresses are getting found at Facebook:

  JPL Abu Dhabi have moved to a new office, to accommodate expanding staff. The new office is conveniently located , near Abu Dhabi Mall.

• At the offered Home Security Campaign are leads provided. That is against the US law.
• The in the email offered campaigns don't get found at the site http://campaigns.jhagvi.com/
• Alexa says about the domain jhagvi.com: We don't have enough data to rank this website.
  That means the big international company is a big secret at the world wide web. Nobody is visiting the website.

My opinion: We have here a a scammer, which likes to give the impression of a big company. This scammer is not able to finance his own life, because he seems not be able to pay the hosting and domain registration fees in time. Everybody, which likes to make business with him gets pulled over the table.
