New Delhi - An uncomfortable officer has been placed in India for the 45th time. The NDTV Indian TV channel reported that Ashok Khemka got now moved to a simple job in the Department of Archaeology and Museums of the State of Haryana. Khemka is known all over India, because during his 23-years career he has uncovered numerous corruption scandals - and he was removed from his positions by various governments again and again.
Before Khemka has been transport officer in Haryana. He tweeted after the takeover of the position a few months ago: "We have to decide between road safety, protection of the public good and the environment on the one site and private profit on the other side". He said he wanted to tackle license purchase on the black market and make the names of all illegal profiteers public.
It never came. Now he tweeted: "I have taken great pains to fight corruption and enforce reforms in the transport sector, although my room was very limited and many stakeholders were involved deeply. That moment is now very painful."
What can we expect from a country where such a corruption and fraud is already public and nobody is doing something against it?
Why should in such a case the business to be honest?
India is a land of scam?
No! There are after all honest people there too. Don’t throw all into one pot. A good example for a honest person is Ashok Khemka. He leads by being a good example and I hope that many people will follow his example.
If somebody gets an offer that he need not pay his debts for the case he lost his income for a low monthly fee, then this product will be a good selling product. On the other side insurance companies and their agents are promising you the heaven on earth to get your signature on the contract. The insurance business is like each other business a for-profit company. So the insurance companies are not enjoying in spending more money than they earn on a specific insurance. The profit need to get more and more without any regard to their customers. For this they are inventing terms and conditions, which are for a normal person not understandable. In this terms and conditions are the obligations of the customer very clear defined – he has to pay for the insurance. The rights of the customer are already not so clear defined. The cases where the insurance company has to pay are very restricted. These restrictions are hidden very well in the terms and the conditions and written in a jargon, where even lawyers can have different opinions have about them.
Insurance companies and their agents are only salespeople. They are praising their products and mostly earning per sale. For this they are interested in a fast sale and not interested in giving a comprehensive customer consultation.
Insurance is only functioning if a lot of people are paying for it and only a few cases will happen where the insurance need to make a payout. For this the insurance will find thousands of reasons why your case is not covered by the insurance.
With the economic downturn in Europe a lot of people lost their jobs and liked to use their PPI insurance. At this time a lot of them got it that they have paid for nothing because valid have been the written conditions and not the exaggerated promises of the insurance agents. The insurance companies acted like expected and rejected as much cases as possible. Their customers used all instances and options which they had to get for what they paid for. As very much people have been victims of this practice they government installed the financial ombudsman service with this cases.
UK Financial Services Authority - What is payment protection insurance?
UK Financial Services Authority - How to claim for mis-sold PPI
UK Financial Ombudsman Service - how to complain - if you think you've been mis-sold PPI
UK Financial Ombudsman Service: PPI - your case with us:
Seven out of every ten complaints that people refer to us at the ombudsman are about payment protection insurance (PPI). And with a thousand new cases still arriving every working day, this is our biggest job ever.
With this volume of complaints, it’s probably going to take us years, not months, to sort out all the issues involved. This is why we have significantly scaled up our operation.
The Office of Fair Trading was responsible for protecting consumer interests throughout the UK. It closed on 01 April 2014, with its responsibilities passing to a number of different organisations including the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority.
For advice or help with a consumer problem, contact Citizens Advice.
In a good shape are the call/contact centers, which have been selling PPI under the name of their client and with a client provided script which they still have. In this case the client is responsible for the refunds to their customer.
All the call/contact centers, which have been using their own name for selling PPI are in a bad shape. The insurance will ask back their paid commission for the bad sales and has a good chance to win in front of a possible law court.

The scammer Aldiablos Infotech Pvt. Ltd. likes now to continue by sending out emails. Instead of showing that they are real people and are making real business they try to go another way.
Their only problem has been that scamadviser reports about aldiablos.com:
Alert Result: The owner of the website is using a service to hide their identity
Alert Result: The website expected life (365 days) is relatively short.
Others have made some more investigations and have found at http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/aldiablos-infotech-pvt-ltd-l325773.html:

I normally don't believe everything what is written on other sites. Especially at complaintboard the information are not getting proved. Calumnies are the inevitable result. But in this case the poster has written his phone number into the post and the scam is matching the business.
I had given a check of 0000 to Aldiablos BPO LTD, to procure the business. But the information that was given to me before giving the check was different and after giving the check they turned back on their words. They were supposed to give me the reference centers but they did not provide me with the reference centers. When asked about it they were not able to provide me the same with no explanations. It was then when i came to know that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is the same company as Smart Consultancy. Both the companies are running in the same office. when questioned the Director Abhishek Dubey, he told me that Aldiablos BPO Ltd is no longer associated with Smart Consultancy. But the security check that i was given had Vikram Pratap Singh's signature on it. When confronted with the same, Dubey had no answers and he walked out. This is a complete fraud. Later on i receive an email from Bhoomi Jani. She sent an email to me with the details of the same process and the email was sent under Smart Consultancy's name but when spoke to her on the phone she said she was with Aldiablos BPO Ltd. They operate under various names, namely, Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd. They keep on cheating people of the money and do not deliver the promised project. They do not have any work with them and they create their own project to fool people. People like Vikram Singh, Sonal Chauhan, Abhishek Dubey, Imran Mallik, Siddharth Sharma, Bhoomi Jani are the once flooding the professional network sites with their useless projects and try to prey on to innocent center owners. Even the new employees for their company do not know the exact work. They show of their premises and plush offices to the people and con them. The reason i am writing this is so that others who are planning to work with Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd, do not get duped and are saved.
My opinion about the site is the same like about the complaintboard. Only the different complaints make it more believable.
Together with this information the complaints against Smart Consultancy, Smart Human Resources, Euphoria Technologies, Aldiablos BPO Pvt Ltd, etc. are making sense and are showing that all this is an organized fraud.
For this we need to know first why companies like to outsource to offshore call center.
The answer is very simple. They like to maximize their earnings. The average income in the high wage countries for telemarketer is around $20 per hour (Source: indeed.com from February 2015). Depending on the country are here additional expenses for the staff necessary. The real costs of a staff will be up to 50% higher than the salary of the staff.
A good and usable product is getting sold automatically if you present it in shops. There are other products like insurances, mortgages, etc. which are getting offered from brokers. Most of the insurances are offering combined packages, which are offering a discount. If the customer takes out one package of this group the price for the remaining things in the package will rise.
If a company offers a new combined package, then it has to have better conditions for the customer. In this case the company needs to sell more of these packages to have the same winnings. No one gets money as a gift and the company needs to earn money too. This cannot be done by lowering the price for the customer without lowering the cost of sales too. The commission for the sales people will decrease for maximizing the profit of the company and their shareholders. Such a procedure results in a downward spiral in price and performance.
The costs for hiring offshore telemarketing centers are around at a quarter of the onshore prices. Mostly are their products simple not sellable or even the winnings not big enough for paying per hour. For this the most companies found here are offering only pay per sale.
This behavior is very short-sighted, because local people are losing their jobs. People, which have lost their job, have less or no money available. These peoples need to reduce their expenses too for having enough to survive until they find a new job. For this the companies are losing potential buyers. This is leading to the next downward spiral, where the products need to get cheaper and cheaper to get new customers. As nobody can offer the same performance for less money, the performance gets reduced too until the product is getting useless.
Such products shall get sold by using offshore call centers. In the most of the cases the companies are too greedy for supplying data (phone numbers and names) for the call center. The call center should even take the risk about the data. As the most serious data provider in the high wage country are selling data only locally, the international traded data are already heavily used and for this reason more or less useless. Nobody can perform with such kind of data.
The result is: SUCH COMPANIES ARE TO GREEDY AND DESTROY WITH THEIR GREEDINESS THEIR OWN BUSINESS!
You can use the following translation for the offers found here at LinkedIn or Facebook:
- Pay per Sale
The provider does not believe that his products can get sold or The provider does not believe that the call center can sell the products
Why in this case he likes to go offshore?
The reason is mostly that it is the last try before running into bankruptcy
- High commission rate
As higher the offered commission is as harder is it to sell the product.
As higher the offered commission is as more useless is the product
As higher the offered commission is as more financial problems the company has
- No data provided
The call center shall even take the risk and invest into the data for selling the product.
The company has not enough funds already to invest into good data
- Upfront payment, security deposit, etc.
The company has not enough funds to pay the broker or to survive with out the payment of the "rich" call center owner. It is already too much what they are offering for this service.
Resume: The more of the above points apply as more dangerous it is for call center owners to strike a deal with such a company. The company can even running into bankruptcy when the call center performs very much. Don’t forget: You cannot reach in the pocket of a naked one!
The greediness and struggle for survive ends each free service.
Maybe two month ago I found out that AdBlock does not block all advertisements and installed another free adblocker (AdGuard). Today I found an article, posted at Android App News with the explanation for this problem:
Web companies depend on ads for revenue, but most of us use AdBlock Plus or uBlock, or some other ad blocking software, to cut down on the ads that we see when we’re online. According to a report from Financial Times, AdBlock Plus is getting paid to let ads through their filters. More specifically the makers of AdBlock Plus, a company called Eyeo, has been accepting money in exchange for whitelisting ads from companies including Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. It kind of defeats the purpose of adblocking if ads can get through, don’t you think?
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about AdBlock letting ads through in exchange for payment. It was reported back in 2013 that Google had made a deal with Eyeo to let their ads through. Eyeo goes into some detail on their practice of allowing some ads on the adblock.org website. They call them “acceptable” ads. They talk about giving advertisers “the incentive to produce better ads” by blocking obnoxious ads and only letting through the ads that are unobtrusive. The program isn’t mandatory, and users can opt-out by changing some settings to block all ads. The acceptable ad policy doesn’t go into any detail about Eyeo getting paid to let ads slip through, however. It appears that big companies are paying to get their ads through the AdBlock Plus filters.
We don’t have a lot of details about Eyeo’s deals. We aren’t likely to get them. Companies like Google and Microsoft, and who knows who else, are bankrolling AdBlock Plus. Meanwhile, AdBlock Plus isn’t really doing the job that it claims to be doing. At least it’s not doing the job as well as the company would have you believe. This whole thing bugs me. Thankfully, there are other ad blocking options. uBlock is a great browser extension that I switched to months ago. It uses far less system resources and seems to block ads better than AdBlock Plus. This may be because it isn’t being paid off the way AdBlock Plus is.
