The scammer Himesh Rajput proves with his offer "Easy Work Of DATABASE OF CREDIT CARD By Usa Banking Form Filling" that:

  • he has no credit card
  • he has no idea how credit card companies are working
  • how credit card payments getting processed
  • how banks are working
  • how banks are connected to credit card companies
  • how banks are connected to payment processors
  • how credit cards getting requested
  • how credit cards getting issued
  • he has no idea about the banking secrecy

It seems that the brain of the scammer Himesh Rajput got already destroyed from drugs, alcohol or he had never any education. In any case seems that his brain is so small that you need to blow it up for bringing it to a size of a pea. This fact gets shown already that the scammer likes his own posting at LinkedIn.

The entry "hi i am providing a buisness opportunity to the people" in the LinkedIn profile summary from the scammer Himesh Rajput should get replaced with the words "I'm scamming people because I'm too lazy for real work".

Center owners, which have liked the posting and which have requested more information about the process, are even more stupid than the scammer Himesh Rajput because they are proving that they have no idea about the business they like to do. Every business man needs to know what is possible and what not. If people are too lazy to inform themselves about the data protection law they are guilty by themselves if they are getting scammed. If people get more than one time scammed then they should think to consult a madhouse doctor instead of trying making business. Maybe a street cleaning job will fit better for them. Business is not a kindergarten game!

The only thing he knows that he needs to hide himself behind an anonymous profile that nobody can bring him to jail. You can be sure that you'll get only the experience how the feeling is by getting scammed if you are paying for getting this work. Scammer can get easily identified because they don’t like to provide a manhunt picture in their profiles in the social networks by themselves and their offers are sounding too good to be true. Their problem is that they lie and each one which is lying needs a memory like an elephant. Scammer are not trained to use their brain so they even forget to use for each scam another profile, email address, skype address. It can be even too difficult for them because they are lazy and only interested to make money fast.

As intelligence is commercial not available, scammers are even not able to invest something into their own education. It seems that the scammers even don’t have enough brain to learn by their own mistakes or to inform themselves if their invented campaign is possible or not. Scammers are even thinking that a lot of requirements and providing a nice hourly rate is enough to get a huge upfront fee from the centers. It is already nice to find an hourly paid campaign. The problem is only that the campaign and all other campaigns from the scammer Angel Kashyap is only scam. The scammer is so stupid and seems that he does not know how call centers are working. The scammer even does not know that there is no U.S. timezone and already the United States has including Alaska and Hawai six time zones. At the continental United States we'll find the following time zones:

Break time is not a paid time and for this reason does it not matter if the break is 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour. It remains to the organization of the call center how breaks are getting handled. It will normally never happen that all agents from a call center are making break at the same time.

Microsoft Word is doing a better job for less money. Anyway the Call Center Partner profile from "Angel ztech" is linking to a Google+ profile of Angel ztech. The profile look empty. There get only found 4 friends and the profile itself is connected from 58 others. Nearly all connections at Google+ are not showing real people at their profile picture. The profile picture from the Google+ profile of Angel ztech gets found on 770 other websites too and you can be sure that it does not show owner of the profile.

The same project above got posted on LinkedIn Pulse at September 22, 2015 from a profile with the name "angel ztechsolutins". It seems that the Novel writing project is a never ending story. If the error correction needs only an accuracy of 60% it will never become a real story. Another campaign got posted on October 23, 2015 at LinkedIn Pulse from the same scammer with the title "Australia form filling process":

We can continue endless following up their phone numbers and email addresses. All profiles we'll find have in common that not one provides the picture of a real person, all have a free email address, not one remembers the correct writing of his company name and much more. Not one is for this reasons trustful. Centers which got scammed from them are guilty by themselves. Everybody which is sending some money to such scammers should consult a madhouse doctor for a check-up.

A funny chat with a scammer

ScamYesterday I got a friend request on Facebook from a person with the name Dalbaq Singh. Shortly after I accepted the friendship request I got the first chat message from him (the provided time is GMT+1):

I came across your profile and your company ! Wanted to know more about the type of process you can help to start ! Waiting for your reply ! Thanks !

A short check of his Facebook profile returned, that the profile is empty, he cannot show his face and he has only one friend - me. I know already which kind of person he is. As I'm not offering anywhere something I replied the same way like to everybody who is asking me for campaigns:

I'm sorry, but i'm already retired. I'm not offering anything. I list only the scammers for not getting bored

He tries to show that he understands it, but he tries to continue:

He likes to have from me a statement, which I cannot give to him as he is not declaring all the facts before. It seems to be that he tries to learn how to scam better. If you take a look at the scam campaigns that are listed on my site then you'll see that all these campaigns have a client in the English speaking countries. You have started about an Indian company which operates in India, So you need to know if they are operating against the law in India, I even cannot read and understand the Indian law.

G. P. SinghUpdate November 21, 2015: Maybe it is not clear enough in the original article, but it does not matter if the scammer is paying the centers or not in this case. The scam starts by generating the calls for the “Tech support”:

  • Offered installation calls for Mcafee, Norton, MS Office, Printer setup
    A customer, which buys a product and which is not working on his site, likes to get his money back. For this reason he will complain the seller or the hotline from the manufacturer of the product and will not call someone where he has even to spend more money than he has spent already. This is called guarantee for a product. The producer or seller of the product needs to get the chance to solve the problem before he has to give the money back to the customer. That is consumer law and for this reason are the offers of the “installation calls” nothing else than scam. Nobody will pay for something where he has a right to get it for free.

  • Blue screen calls
    For the case a blue screen happens is there nowhere shown a phone number to call. Real blue screen cases are happening during system malfunctions based on some hardware or memory defects, failures of drivers or by installing some suspicious software. A blue screen cannot get solved from remote and by using some remote desktop programs because these programs are not functioning during the time a blue screen happens. As you need to try to reproduce the problem will it be hard job to do such work from remote with a normal and technical not interested user on the other end.

  • Pop up calls
    If the pop-up is more than a simple promotion the offer is a scam. Even UK Financial Fraud Action is warning to give untrusted people remote access to their computer. Everybody knows how many people are using pop-up blocker and adblocker. The advertising industry is already crying about percentage of people can get reached. How will in this case a scammer generate enough calls which he likes to sell?

In any case call centers should be aware that participating in a fraud system is a criminal action and gets prosecuted. If you buy calls which are getting generated by malware you’ll be in the first line of investigation because of the money flow from the victim to you. Maybe the real criminal disappears in the meantime and you are the only remaining one which gets prosecuted. If the seller can get found is not so bad for you because in this case you’ll get prosecuted only for the dubious purchase but it can come worse too as everybody likes to protect himself in front of law.

The above facts cannot get discussed away. On the other site G. P. Singh tries to use the revenge postings from other scammers to use against me instead of trying to explain me where I’m wrong in my understanding his offer. The same way all other scammers are acting too. The problem is only that there are no evidences and the postings did not get proved from anyone. Richa Softwaresolution has even tried to fake an email from me but could even not provide mailheaders for it. At the LinkedIn profile from G. P. Singh gets shown how a formerly successful businessman has changed to be now a scammer. The statement from G. P. Singh in answer to a comment shows already the scam: "There are no details to send. Decice what you want, place an order, prepay and we deliver the calls. Simple!".

Maybe the scammer does not know that Microsoft, Symantec (Norton), Intel (McAffee) and the manufacturers like Canon, HP, Dell, etc. have their own support hotline where their customers can call free of charge and get support without paying for it. The calls to these support hotlines are even used for improving their products. But it seems that the scammer G. P. Singh has already lost his ability to think and is only interested in getting money for nothing.

For the case that a center owner pays for getting such a kind of calls and he gets really some calls then these calls are getting generated by malware and fake websites. That is a crime which gets prosecuted. In such a case the center owner needs to think how he gets paid for his fraud service. The money flow will make the center owner to a scammer and bring him into the first line of investigation. Here are some examples about tech support scam, which got already prosecuted:

Maybe he is right in this case, but it is his problem to use the same name of a fraud company. As Microsoft and the other companies are not publishing his phone numbers for their support services remains the question how the calls are generated. The offer includes "Blue Screen calls" and "Pop Up calls". As no phone number gets shown at a blue screen it will be very hard for a scammer to find any arguments why someone should call his number if there is no scareware or malware used for generating this kind of calls. Scareware and malware distribution is a crime!

Update November 21, 2015 - A personal message to me from a Facebook member:

I saw your post regarding Mr Singh. He has a lot of campaigns to offer. I am supposedly going to run his payday loan campaign but a supposed to be 1-2 minutes script to run by an agent he wanted the call to run for 15 minutes. Which is very impossible and the pay is $9 only per succesful transfer. Definitely all centers who gets campaigns from him lost. I have never seen an outbound campaign with a very short script to run on a call for 15 mins or more. I think too hes a scammer. You may check his zen blog page for diff campaigns

 

An unbelievable offer from SYNTEL Pvt. Ltd. Australia - or to rent is more expensive than to buy

Amanjit SahotaSYNTEL Pvt. Ltd.An Australian company, with the name Syntel Pvt. Ltd. got registered on June 17, 2013. The "Founding Partner and Director at Syntel Pty Ltd" Amanjit Sahota writes by himself in his LinkedIn profile that he is since August 2014 Director of his own company, makes the company already very suspect. For me it shows that the company did not earn enough in the time from June 2013 until July 2014 for paying his salary and/or he got fired on his other job.

If I read additional in the year 2015 at http://syntel.com.au/why-syntel (2016-02-25: Link removed - Domain not exists): "We have spent the last 6 years perfecting VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone systems which means you can take advantage of the internet to make cheaper, often free calls." than I know that they are notorious liars or they are not able to calculate by using their brain and have not enough money for a pocket calculator. Both is in business worse.

If such a person even does not understand the difference between a LinkedIn company page and a LinkedIn personal profile, then it shows that the person seems have a real problem understanding any rules in business. If I read additional in his profile that his language is Punjabi then I think already about a post forwarding service and not about a local company in Australia.

I really cannot believe that one owner of a 5,000 seat call center can be so stupid to sign-up with such a suspicious company. Does such a call center owner not think about the risk what he has with only one business partner? Such a center needs to get divided into a few sections to reduce the risk of a fail. A serious consultant will warn such people and reject the job if the call center owner does not understand the risk. One example of the risk: If the Internet connection from the place of the center drops for an hour the damage would be 5,000 working hours of his agents! The same can happen with the power connection of the center - only the Internet connection drops normally more often than the power connection.

As the email address provided in the offer is from an Australian domain I think that the prices are in Australian Dollars. Based on the exchange rate from today the up-front fee of AU$ 50,000 has the value of US$ 35,499.51 and the offer the monthly payment from AU$ 24,975 has the value of US$ 17,732.

Nowhere is written what is all included in the "all inclusive" offer. It seems to be only important for Amanjit Sahota to make money instead of explaining his offer. I would kick out such a salesman from my company. VoIP minutes cannot be included because they are different from country to country, from provider to provider and if fixed or mobile phones are get called. The local computers from the centers and the Internet connection of the center cannot be included too because the price is depending on the region of the world. In this case in the "all inclusive" offer can be only be included can the basic hosting and the rental of a phone system. For this is the offered price nothing else than profiteering.

It seems to be his sales strategy. I don't think that he would be really successful with this strategy.

Let us make a simple calculation example: I would take for security reasons at 4 SQL server, which are storing the data, the configuration of the phone systems and the call detail records. The price for one sql server hardware is around US$ 1,000. In sum we spend US$ 4,000 for our datastorage system. Additonal I would use for 500 seats one phone system based on Linux and Asterisk (Asterisk itself, GoAutoDial or a similar product). The price for one of these phone systems is around US$ 500. As I need 10 from them I spend in sum US$ 5,000. As Linux, Asterisk, GoAutoDial is open source I don't need to pay something for the software and I have enough capacity for a failover in the case that one system dies. Each of the phone systems will get connected to different Internet providers. This will enhance the failover possibilities and reduces the risk of an Internet drop. As more different VoIP providers I'll use as higher would get my security in the case of an error. I even can make a least cost routing between the chosen VoIP providers.

If we take now the above calculation in sum then I have spent until now only US$ 9,000 for the hardware. If I like to use the MS SQL server instead of a Linux open source SQL server than I need to spend additional US$ 650 for the Windows Server Software and US$ 4000 for the MS SQL Server. As I'm using 4 SQL-Server I have to spend in this case US$ 18,600 for the software. Even if we are now counting everything together we spend in sum US$ 27,600. That is even less than the up-front fee from the offer from Syntel Pvt. Ltd. (US$ 35,499.51). I would even make personally the complete server setup for the center for less than the half of the remaining US$ 7,899.517, which this solution is cheaper then the up-front costs from Syntel Pvt. Ltd.

The savings of my suggestion are in this case the "very small" amount of US$ 24.975 each month for 36 months of the contract. That makes the "little" sum of US$ 899,100 during 3 years of operation.

A call center is working 17 hours a day (call time between 8 am and 9 pm additional 4 time zones on the continent) and 6 days a week calling the U.S. If we take now the minutes generated from a single agent then we need to multiply 60 minutes per hour * 17 hours a day * 26 days per month to see the result of 26,520 minutes an agent is generating during one month. If we divide now the difference between the standard plan and the all inclusive plan (AU$ 34.95 = US$ 25.26) then we see that this sum got offered as flat rate from some VoIP providers for private users. These VoIP providers, which have offered such a flat rate, are getting found now at the VoIP cemetery. The reason is very simple found. We need only divide the US$ 25.26 by the generated minutes from one agent during one month - 26,520. The result is rounded US$ 0.00095249. This minute price is far under the value which are the telecom companies billing under each other for the minutes. Each minute will generate a loss in this case. Not one company will pay you for using their lines.

The all inclusive offer is even worse and the loss for the phone companies higher for the case that this offer is restricted to the Australian phone numbers. The Australian free phone numbers 1300/1800 are not getting called from call centers because call centers need to sell something and not speak with customer services. The interconnect exchange rate is for Australia even at least 10 times higher than from U.S. phone companies. The agent is only 1 hour less generating per day because Australia has only 3 time zones on the continent.
