In the offer from the scammer Peter Bragansa - petebrag@gmail.com - Tech Support Payment Gateway we'll should find some more information about some people participating in the scam. It should look like, that

... by and between and Midas Techs and its Group of Companies (together known as MTcorp at 511 Avenue Of The Americas, Suite 95 New York City, NY 10011 a USA company, ...

is nothing else than a group of scammers. For the case that someone likes to believe, that the scammer Peter Bragansa is misusing the name from Midas Techs, this one needs to remember, that one condition to enter into business with these shady types of business man is:

INSTRUCTIONS: SIGN ABOVE AND EMAIL SCANNED COPY OF CURRENT GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION TO centers@midastechs.com

Why shall someone ask you to send scanned copies to his email address at his domain?

What can get proved with scanned ids?
Already this fact shows that the scammer is never a real business man. Copies can even not get used in front of a law court. Cross border contracts have to get signed in front of a notary and the signatures need to get confirmed all levels up until the ministry of interiors and by the embassy of the other country. Otherwise the contract will even not have the value of the paper on which it gets printed.

For what purpose like this idiot to get copied id's? Is identity theft his his second source of income?

There is a small chance, that the scammer Peter Bragansa is the domain administrator from MidasTechs, located in 2017 Glenwood Way, Midlothian, TX 76065. The provided US phone number (707) 564-3275 from the homepage of MidasTechs has the prefix from Vacaville, California and seems to be a Google voice number. At least 411.com provides this information about the phone number (707) 564-3275. Why a company, which is offering PC support, located in Texas shall use a phone number from California? Google voice phone numbers with the prefix from Texas are also available.

Another suspicious point is, that MidasTechs is hiding their offer of support plans at their homepage behind a password:

More interesting is the UK freephone number provided at the homepage from midastechs.com. The UK phone number gets found at the homepages adsoclick.com and 247masters.com from the Tech Support Scammer - ADS O CLICK LIMITED - UK Company Number 10219203. Additional gets the same number found at the homepage informationkarma.com from the Tech Support Scammer: Seven Monies Services Ltd. - Geetika Dawer - Arora Ashish located in Canada.

It looks like that Peter Bragansa aka David Gordon needs someone who is making and paying the promotion for his phone numbers. Everybody knows that the tech support offers are scam. It even does not help him, writing into the contract what is all not allowed. He destroys by his own conditions the only one reason why someone would sign up such a contract.

Someone provided the following information to me:

They said that they were MidasTechs at PO Box 8734, Midlothian, TX 76065. This is not a valid mailing address, but it is the address listed on the web site www.midastechs.com.

Some states, like Texas, register fictitious business names or "doing business as" names, or sole proprietorships, etc., at the county level (every state has dozens of different counties within it).  Those are harder to search for because most counties don’t have online access to their records.

But anyone can do business as anything that they want. It is very unlikely that someone might get fined by the state for not registering his fictitious business name, but there is nothing to stop somebody from doing business with an unregistered name.

There are for me a lot of questions open:

• Why someone should give someone 20-30% from his own income for only getting a payment gateway?

• Why should a legal company pay for a service more than 10 times the price for what it can get cheaper?
  For a percentage between 1% and 3% is a contract with a real payment processor or a credit card corporator possible.

• The bounties for foreign transfers are not very low. So why shall someone make an additional cross border transfer and pay additional 20%-30% for the gateway provider?

• What a center gets really for letting another scammer participating on their work?

• By reading the contract at Google Docs (.pdf (234.25 kb)), I'll get the feeling that the scammer likes to make himself to the the boss of the center. Who enjoys it to hire a boss by himself?

The scammer Diya Mehta from India is not able to show her own face at her profile, but claims to be Business Development Manager at MNC. Already that her previous experience before MNC shows that she lies in her profile, because she liked to be a Business Development Manager at tradeindia.com for 4 months at the end of the year 2012. At her profile is also written that her education ended in the year 2006 (2005 - 2006). For me it looks like that Diya Mehta even don't know how long a real education will take or for the case that she have really visited the school she would got fired for any reason. Such a person would never get hired from an international company located in the Netherlands. I think that Diya Mehta has never seen any school from inside, because her intelligence gets already shown how different information got copied together at her profile. She has been even to lazy for verifying the information she has used.

Diya Mehta is still thinking that India is the first country where computers are getting used. Her missing education shows only the fact that she does not know that computers got used in the Western world already at the time as in India the people could even not spell their own name. She is still thinking that e-books are getting written by hand or by a typewriter and not one author is using a computer. She proves only her endless stupidity with it.

If we are following the link of the actual company, then we see the company page of the MNC group, which has been a Marketing and Promotion company located in the Netherlands, had a staff count between 1 and 10, but 6.375 members from LinkedIn are claiming to work there. That means at least 6.365 LinkedIn scammers are claiming to work for a company with a maximum headcount of 10.

In such a case you have a trusted source for finding scammers. But, wait, the bad joke is even getting better. If you like to follow the provided link to the webpage of the MNC Group (http://www.mncgroup.nl) then you are ending up with the error message "This site can’t be reached. http://www.mncgroup.nl's server DNS address could not be found.". Only for being sure that not only the DNS server for the domain mncgroup.nl is not down I have checked the Domain registry for the .nl domains for the existence of the domain mncgroup.nl and got the following result:

Isn't it like a big joke if a company forgets to extend their domain or has shut down their operation where more than 6,000 people are claiming working for them? I think more about the fact that the scammers have been to greedy or to lazy collecting the few Euros for extending their own domain. If each of the more than 6,000 scammers would have given one Euro Cent, they would have been able to extend their domain registration for at least 3 more years. LOL

A very seldom stupid scammer is Anjali Sharma with her offers found at LinkedIn Pulse, Google+ and BPO Friends. She is offering $Non-Voice for Event Publishing From Big Company$ ** Indiamart** by providing the clients name and with the sentence Direct Sign up with Indiamart (In Head Office) she likes to underline the unadulterated campaign and likes to give a reason why she is asking for Consultancy Charges: INR Process Charges: INR 3,00,000.

Not one company in the civilized world would allow someone offering their projects against any consultancy fee. In such a case the company would confirm that they have not enough funds for paying their hired consultants. How the company would be able to pay the hired workforce in this case? Don't forget that companies are even using their job postings for making promotion for their own brand. Such a promotion like Anjali Sharma is making for indiamart.com would be a commercial self-shot for every company.

A search at the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs for a company with the name TRIOLOGY returns no matching result which sounds similar to TRIOLOGY MANAGAMENT SERVICE. Please observe the type mismatch in the word MANAGAMENT. I have only copied & pasted the name from the advertisements of Anjali Sharma found at BPO Friends.

I have contacted indiamart on all possible ways, but did not get any reply until now. The contact form and the complaint form found at their website is not functioning. That shows how such companies are working for avoiding work and complaints. Maybe they are financing their own company with such campaign offers?

For the case they'll find an answer to my questions, I'll update this article here. My questions to them have been:

• Is indiamart.com is supporting scammers?
• Has indiamart.com not enough money to pay their hired consultants?
• Is it not a bad reputation for indiamart.com to see such advertisements?

It is not necessary for indiamart answering my questions. They have the right to ignore it, but they should do at least some action against the scammer offering the campaign or they will be a suspected in supporting scammers or hiring scammers.

Anyway if I'll get some response from them, I'll update my article with their response.

I have described at my article Scammer: Apostotlebpo.In - Kshitij Tripathi - Gaurav Sharma how the centers are getting scammed. Here I describe now the way how a scammer tries to get campaigns which he can sell to others without doing some work by himself. A lot of people are dreaming about such an income possibility.

His standard answer "Nobody is paying for shit leads" is nothing else than a self protection. If he would run a real business he would provide a list of the leads together with the reason why the lead is a bad one. As scammers are lazy and everybody can see it in the Skype conversations, which I had with Kshitij Tripathi during one year where he is even too lazy to forward any proofs. He even don't try to get his money back by using the authorities, which he says that he got scammed for. This fact shows that he has only invented the stories and is not able to provide any proof for anything.

After publishing this article Kshitij Tripathi tried to defend himself at LinkedIn. By commenting he has forgotten that he declared himself in the Skype communication with me to be nothing else than a liar:

For the case that the above statement is not a lie for protecting himself (each proof is missing), then Kshitij Tripathi has lied in the following Skype communication with me, where he tried to make the impression of having a call center. In any case has Kshitij Tripathi confirmed that he is nothing else than a liar. A liar can never be a trusted business partner.

The following Skype communication with Kshitij Tripathi aka KT Robby (Skype: kt.robby) shows the way how he likes to get campaigns for his man-in-the-middle "business". The problem is only that he even don't know how a call center business is functioning and he repeats the same invented story again and again. He thinks that he can even sell some scammer stories to me. It seems that he even don't know that I need only to open the website from LinkedIn or Facebook and pick any random offer to get a source for a new article about a scammer. He has been even too lazy or not able to send me any proof for his stories, which he repeated every time he contacted me on Skype.

In this case it seems that he has trusted only to the explanations from Omar and Italo Solari. Not one real millionaire will tell you that he is a millionaire. If he would have made a simple Google search he would have found at least one red flag about them in the Call Centers Forum:

I want to spread this info: Blacklist Mako Marketing LLC operated by Italo Solari and Omar Solari. These guys are fraud. They will not honor their payment obligations to call centers. Spread the word. The international call center community should be warned against them. Do not trust them. I will not waste my time with this if we were not defrauded by these persons. It seems that Kshitij Tripathi has been too lazy to make a simple Google search or too credulous.

I have counted during a Google search in the year 2016 9 complaints from different centers posted on different platforms against the Scammer: apostotlebpo.in - Kshitij Tripathi - Gaurav Sharma in the year 2016. This fact shows us that the scammer is Kshitij Tripathi and not someone else.

The seldom stupid scammer Govindaraj Hariharan brought himself to my attention. He has been thinking that he needs to send me an email about a scam and I'll immediately write an article about his maybe even not existing enemy or the better way that I make some promotion for his not existing sham campaigns.

How intelligent the scammer Govindaraj Hariharan is get's shown by the fact that he does not provide a manhunt picture at his LinkedIn profile, is using a wrong name for his domain registration record from bernicebpo.com, but is providing the real name and CIN number from his company in the signature of his emails.

Govindaraj Hariharan seems to use a defect keyboard where the caps lock or shift lock key seems to be not working or he likes to gain more attention by writing everything in uppercase letters. A rogue who thinks of evil about it.

Attached to the email above have been a few screenshots, which shall proof his accusations. The problem is only that they are proofing that such a campaign cannot exist, like it is shown in his screenshot Joshua Fraud 6.png:

Everybody can see clearly in the above screenshot that the attachments are a computer printed text, which got maybe scanned later. Such a work offer does not make any sense, because the owner from the text has it stored on his computer and another one is not allowed to copy it (copyright law). Additional gets shown in the above email by the text "kindly type the test files in notepad and revert it back" that the offered work is a image to notepad conversation.

I agree with his own words, written in his initial email to me "I AM NOT BROKER OR CONSULTANT", because Govindaraj Hariharan has proofed with the above screenshot that he is only a scammer.

He replied to my email where I have mentioned the the offer seems to be nothing else than a scam and he should prove first that his offer is legal before he is entering into any business:

He is only a scammer, which is not intelligent enough for a real scam. He likes only to underline his own credibility by calling other people, who seems even not to exists, to be a scammer. Even his company got registered less than 2 months ago.
