Deep Blue Marketing is offering campaigns for call centers without any upfront fees. This tries to use the scammer Prabhat Goel for reselling the campaigns from Deep Blue Marketing by asking for Consultancy Fees: 1 lakh – (50 k advance & rest on signup with client) as written in his word attachment.

As Deep Blue Marketing has an exclusive contract with the client and Prabhat Goel does not have any contract with Deep Blue Marketing, you’ll never get something for your upfront fee! In such a case you’ll only finance a scammer.

It does not matter if he is promoting the campaign for himself or someone else. Fact is that he is promoting the campaign and for this is he responsible. In this case is it like in the proverb: “The devil takes the hindmost”.

If he has really the campaign from another consultant, then he has failed by making a background check about the credibility about his “fellow consultant”. Such a fail make him not trustworthy, responsible for the promotion and to a partner in crime with his “fellow consultant”. In my opinion is nothing else than a protection assertion. In any case it could the funny situation that one scammer is scamming his fellows.

To answer this question we take the service from Alexa, an Amazon company, which got founded 1996. This is the true pioneer in the world of web analytics and got the necessary experience over the years. How their data are collected and have to get interpreted is declared under the menu About Us on the Alexa website:

Alexa's traffic estimates are based on data from our global traffic panel, which is a sample of millions of Internet users using one of over 25,000 different browser extensions. In addition, we gather much of our traffic data from direct sources in the form of sites that have chosen to install the Alexa script on their site and certify their metrics. However, site owners can always choose to keep their certified metrics private.

Our global traffic rank is a measure of how a website is doing relative to all other sites on the web over the past 3 months. If you take a look at all this sites, then you see that all this sites have a lot of content. The content is bringing the visitors and the site metrics are getting considered in the search results of the search engines. It does not help you if you make a site, optimize it for a few keywords and think that you get now a lot of traffic. If you have no content on your site, which is interesting for your readers, then they are faster away then they have been coming.

SEO helps you only in starting a website. If you are not bringing new information and make your readers interested, then your website will not perform. In such a case you can create back-links optimize for keywords and result will be that nobody will visit or revisit your site.That gives you a bad ranking and you can start from the beginning again, because you'll lose your ranking in the search engines.

We can see an example about such a result from a Skype communication, which I had today in the morning:

He: Yes, we use to get lot of duplicate leads looks like the vendor sale the same data to multiple centers. Just know somebody suggested us to generate our own data with by developing websites and taking SEO Help.

Me: You'll not get enough data from a website to run a call center. There are so many websites, which are never getting visited by someone. Promotion at the good websites will be very expensive. It will be only profitable if the payout very high, but there is another rule: "As higher the offered payout is as less sales will be done."

Yesterday I have started a free service from geovisites.com, which is listing the unique visitors per country. The geovisites are running since yesterday morning. On the right site of geovistes is listed the full day.:

Do you thing that one from the 38 US visitors will drop his phone number? If you are lucky then 1 from 1000 will do it. You'll see at Alexa that 18 millions of domains, which are having fewer visitors.

He: yes.. now I understood the equation, it's difficult to achieve. We are currently running a Online Campaign for Drug and alcohol rehab which went online a month ago, and the SEO work was done by a professional still it didn't gave us any inbound call: www.dictionbreakfree.com

Me: Alexa says about dictionbreakfree.com: We don't have enough data to rank this website. You see, the seo work alone brings nothing.

That it is not necessary to register your site at Alexa is showing the example from one of my customer. He made only a website for having one. His customers are property management companies, with he has contracts. For this he made never a SEO or registered his site somewhere. The site weber-haustechnik.at exists already around 20 years. Even this site has a better traffic ranking then the above one with SEO:

Me: Seo is only search engine optimization. That alone does not bring visitors.

He: Sir i have found that when i look for process in Google search your blog is listed mostly on first page or second page ... so i think the quality of the articles also plays an important role in driving the traffic.

Me: Sure, the content makes the search engine optimization. Google is using similar data or the data from Alexa too.

He: I was not aware of that. We try to outsource SEO work to freelancers who were taking fewer fees. May be next time we should try with an expert who is good in SEO and content writing

Resume: Forget everything about SEO and tricking the search engines. If you like to get visitors coming to your site, then you have to write quality content about the topic of your website. Everything else is not more than a cat, which is hunting her own tail!.

If you are not permanently adding content to your website, then your website will be soon only a hidden secret in the World Wide Web. If you think you need to add only a few pictures and that is it, then you are wrong. Nobody is searching for pictures and pictures are not getting indexed by the search engines.

Tricking the search engines with optimizing the content for them, bring you only for a short time in front of the result list for the used keywords, but there is no guarantee that it brings you some visitors. As soon as they are changing their indexing algorithm you can get found as the last entry of a search result. Only quality content keeps you permanently in front and brings visitors to your site.

A website is like a store window - if the content does not change it will not attract customers.

Like every scammer has been Paul Rowe unhappy about my results. After my last article "Scammer: Castle Pension Solutions - castlepensionsolutions.co.uk - Paul Rowe - Nick Danks", Paul Rowe has sent me an email about his ideas. The content is similar like I'm receiving it from every other scammer. Even in the email is his full name missing and does not really represent a company or what someone can expect from a correspondence with a serious company.

Payments where to be made on qualified packs back of which if they are questioning about the funds they actually now owe us money due to claw backs for the clients that don't have the facility on there cases. 

 

I have stated a number of times to deal with us through the correct procedure.

 

But I can clearly see that there work ethic is this way.

 

I will certainly be taking advice in the morning and all that are involved will be dealt with accordingly this is harassment and slander.

 

People should obtain the facts and do things correctly.

 

Also nick danks if you had looked in to things properly he is just a Web creater.

In business life is only that real, which is written down. Every spoken promises need to get into a written form that they are provable. It is true, that I don't know him and I'm glad that I have never done some business with Castle Pension Solutions. I have taken only the written words for showing that he is a scammer.

Before I go into the quality of work, which he is complaining, I list the facts, which are given from the UK government sites.

The UK Companies House warns on her website about the scamming methods, which Castle Penison Solutions is using.:

Scams are promoted using terms such as an offer of unique investment opportunities, free pension review, legal loophole, cash bonus or as a government endorsed scheme and victims are being approached via cold calling, text message or in person door to door. You should treat all approaches about your pension with caution if it is not from a source that you recognise and trust.

If you are approached, do not share your personal information or sign any paperwork. You are able to check whether the offer of service is genuine and the Pension Advisory Service website can help.

A search for Castle Pension Solutions and Paul Rowe at Companies House, the Fincancial Service Register and the Interim Permission Consumer Credit Register remains without result. It can be possible that he is self-employed / sole trader. In this case he need to include his own name and his business name (Castle Pension Solutions) on any official paperwork, like invoices, letters, promotion, etc. This information is missing on the website http://www.castlepensionsolutions.co.uk/. As there is no responsible person and no address information listed, is the owner of the domain for everything on the sites responsible.

That have been the facts and this facts did not get invented by myself - they are written down in the UK law and can get confirmed by following the provided government links. According the above information is Nick Danks not only a web creator. He is the owner of the website and the "company". For the case Nick Danks has been working for Paul Rowe for creating the website, Nick Danks made a terrible failure by registering the domain on his own name instead of registering the domain under the name of Paul Rowe. Such failures are normally not done from absolutely beginners. Additional is written at the website: "Designed by The Duo Group" and not by Nick Danks.

As Paul Rowe and Nick Danks are ignoring already the basic law about naming companies and don't know about their own responsibilities and duties, I think that they have even not registered their "company" at the tax office.

The remaining complaints in the email are nothing else than self protection. Each SCAMMER thinks that he only need to complaint the quality of the delivered work that he need not pay something. I read the same justification in each email from a scammer. They use the same arguments like Paul Rowe and are thinking that they need to write something and it is enough. Proves are like every time missing.

Paul Rowe contradicts himself with his argumentation of the quality from the leads. If the leads are not in the expected quality then he does not need to find excuses for paying later, telling lies and giving unreasonable excuses. Such a behavior is only done to keep the call center working and taking advantage of their unpaid work!

Even now he promised to pay if the negative comments will get deleted from the social networks. The only problem is that nobody will believe someone, which has lies permanently!

Each Scammer makes mistakes. Even if they invest a little bit into their scam they are making mistakes. So Gaby Anderson with stanfordonlinecourses.com is making mistakes.

His first mistake is his profile picture. He uses the profile picture of a photo model, which gets found at Google on 436 search pages. The original picture gets found at questmarketing.org. He has used this profile picture on his profile at LinkedIn and Facebook [2016-02-25: Link removed as the Facebook profile under https://www.facebook.com/ganderson84?fref=nf already not exists]. He deleted already the picture from his LinkedIn profile.

The Stanford University has no reason to hide their domain registration by using a proxy service, They are proud about their name and they are even hosting their servers and services by themselves. Their online courses are hosted at http://online.stanford.edu/ This gets shown if we take a look at the domain registry data for stanford.edu:

You can expect, that nobody from USA will outsource for $20/hour/agent. Nobody likes to pay more then absolute necessary. In the campaign detail description is even written: $20.00/hour with $3.00/hour increase after 3 months of service. For this money nobody will hire an offshore call center. He can have it for the same price in the USA too.

As written in the announcement the scammer is preferring call centers from the Philippines. I got forwarded a Skype communication from Gaby Anderson:

Exactly here is the scam. A safety deposit has to receive the center and not the broker. The center is doing the work. The broker or the client has no risk especially if the provide the phone system and VoIP minutes. In this case they are able to stop a center even without any notice. For this the safety deposit is nothing else than a big SCAM.

A IP-check of his Skype connection locates him today at 10:15am Philippines time with the IP address 49.145.213.188. The geolocation shows that he is operating with his fraud from Manila and is using the provider PLDT.

Conclusion: The scammer Gaby Anderson with his domain stanfordonlinecourses.com is misusing the good name of the Stanford University for his fraud action. He does everything to hide his identity. I hope the police will catch him soon and stop his fraud.

As most the scammer escaped they are trying now to get in contact with centers by sending out mass emails. I can only warn from making business on this way. Let us take the example from star-technologies.webstarts.com:

I don't know which forms should get filled and from where the data should come. You can only be sure that the date are not coming from the traditional outsourcing countries, because there are the consumer data protected by law and are not allowed to get exported. The low wage countries will not outsource some of their work. For this the offer is nothing else then SCAM!!!
