Raylon Technologies is thinking that AT&T is leaving now the digital stone age. They are offering an "Offline Telecom (Mobile) Insurance Form Filling" (.pdf (2.08 mb)) process. It seems that they have never seen a mobile phone in the original packaging. There are all the information about the phone printed in readable and as barcode. During the sale process the data are getting scanned with a barcode reader and stored in the database of the provider. Additional are getting the SIM card data processed the same way. A possible optional insurance is getting provided for the one or two years. Mobile phones have a value of zero after three years. The reason for this is the fast technical development. If we take a look at the provided sample data then we see that there should be data collected from the year 2002 (Year of Manufacture) - 13 years ago. Not one insurance will insure such a device!!!

I don't know what others are recognizing, but i see the logo from AT&T in the blurred part.

You can be sure that AT&T is using computers since it get founded at October 5, 1983. That means that they have all data electronically available and they have some staff, which is able to convert data into other systems without an manual interaction and 100% accuracy. Such a conversion takes only a few minutes for the full database. For this they will not pay some agents for years.

In the form you see that it is a computer generated list, which even can get processed by OCR (optical character recognition). Such programs are available for less then $500 and give 98% accuracy.

For the case that the client is not AT&T you are helping in data theft. This is a criminal act for which you can get prosecuted by law,

The data "Residence Type", "Years at Residence" and "Employment" are personal data and for this protected by law. If AT&T will export them, they will break the Australian law.

Additional I got the information forwarded "The quotation sheet as well the people whom I spoke to say that only Data Preservation is chargeable which is 17000 rupees to start the project( quite less ) and rest all services are optional.". This proves already the SCAM. The client likes to get their work done cheaper, for this he has to provide the necessary instruments that the work could be done.

For me it looks like that Raylon Technologies has invented the campaign for selling their software and they are hoping that each center is taking a lot of their options.

A client will provide for data security reasons the software on their own servers and not offshore where the data can get traded!

It seems that the last email scam described at "Spammer & Scammer: star-technologies.webstarts.com - contactstartechnologies@gmail.com" has not brought any success. For this Star Technologies has sent out a new spam/scam email with a little bit more information. The campaign description seems too good to be true.

Even mathematics is not the strongest site of this scammer. 10 agents :* $1100/per month = $11000 and not $10500 like the offered bank guarantee.

As the working hours are given as Indian hours, which should not matter for a form filling process, can the client be only in India or up to 2 hours in front. This makes the offer even more suspect, because in this area is no traditional outsourcing country available, where wages of $1100/agent per month are getting paid.

Anyway if we take a look at the forwarded email, we see already that the provided links in the signature are not fitting to the description, While the provided sender email address priyeshrao@live.com is fitting with the description in the signature is the link of the email address leading to aniket@vertualpchelp.us. The written homepage in the signature is www.vertualpchelp.us and the link leads to www.virtualpchelp.com.

More interesting is where the calls come from? The calls are not coming from the sites www.vertualpchelp.us or www.vertualpchelp.com. Both sites are a big secret in the World Wide Web. No links are leading to these sites. Alexa has even not enough data for give a ranking for the site www.vertualpchelp.com. www.vertualpchelp.us has a Alexa ranking of 3,360,215. If I compare the site with my blog, then I have a much better ranking (actual ranking: 236,696). My blog has only around 300 unique visitors per day. From where the calls which are getting sold can come in this case?

His first mistake is his profile picture. He uses the profile picture of a photo model, which gets found at Google on 436 search pages. The original picture gets found at questmarketing.org. He has used this profile picture on his profile at LinkedIn and Facebook [2016-02-25: Link removed as the Facebook profile under https://www.facebook.com/ganderson84?fref=nf already not exists]. He deleted already the picture from his LinkedIn profile.

The Stanford University has no reason to hide their domain registration by using a proxy service, They are proud about their name and they are even hosting their servers and services by themselves. You can expect, that nobody from USA will outsource for $20/hour/agent. Nobody likes to pay more then absolute necessary. In the campaign detail description is even written: $20.00/hour with $3.00/hour increase after 3 months of service. For this money nobody will hire an offshore call center. He can have it for the same price in the USA too.

Exactly here is the scam. A safety deposit has to receive the center and not the broker. The center is doing the work. The broker or the client has no risk especially if the provide the phone system and VoIP minutes. In this case they are able to stop a center even without any notice. For this the safety deposit is nothing else than a big SCAM.

A IP-check of his Skype connection locates him today at 10:15am Philippines time with the IP address 49.145.213.188. The geolocation shows that he is operating with his fraud from Manila and is using the provider PLDT.

Such subdomains and free services are normally used only from private people for their hobby websites. In business are they only an alert of scam.

I don't know which forms should get filled and from where the data should come. You can only be sure that the date are not coming from the traditional outsourcing countries, because there are the consumer data protected by law and are not allowed to get exported. The low wage countries will not outsource some of their work. For this the offer is nothing else then SCAM!!!
