Offshore Outsourcing & Scammer

Blog about offshore outsourcing and scammer in the outsourcing industry

High risk for getting scammed: Larry Halili - laxmunbusinesssolutions.com

LaxMun Business SolutionsLinkedIn profile from Larry HaliliIt is never a good idea trying to fool others with lies. Every experienced call center manager in the offshore outsourcing industry knows that not one client from the traditional outsourcing countries is searching for a broker or consultant abroad. If a client is searching abroad then he is searching for a center directly for the reason to save the broker or consultancy fees. One of the basic business rules is that this one, which has hired a broker or consultant has to pay his salary and not this one which got hired from the broker or consultant. A company or client, which tries to reverse this rule proves that he is even not able to pay his duties. How he will be able to pay the hired center?

Companies, which like to outsource some campaigns or like to hire an consultant are not dealing with shell companies, because they like to meet the broker or consultant a few times in person before signing a contract.

One of such shell companies is LaxMun Business Solutions -laxmunbusinesssolutions.com. The domain laxmunbusinesssolutions.com is registered by using a privacy protection service. At their website are getting found the following addresses:

Philippines: Yangtze St. Riverside Subd., Angeles City 2009

USA: 9655 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92123

Office Number: 209-257-4772

A simple search at Google for the address "9655 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92123" returns as second search result:

Virtual offices available now at Stonecrest IV in San Diego, California ...
www.regus.com › ... › United States › California › San Diego

And at http://www.regus.com/virtual-office/united-states/san-diego/california-san-diego-stonecrest-iv gets shown:

Stonecrest IV
9655 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92123

In an out of town business park that’s popular with companies of all sizes, our Stonecrest IV virtual office puts you in surroundings that look great - and work hard, too. From the building, you will see a central water feature and stunning modern architecture, home to useful amenities from an on-site deli to a fitness center. The site is also home to other businesses, including many in technology and energy, with additional retailers just around the corner at a popular shopping park.

The provided office number "209-257-4772" can only be from the U.S. or from Philippines and does not fit to both of the provided addresses. Angeles City has 455 as area code. The area code from Manila and Quezon City is 2 and the distance between Manila and Angeles City is around 85 km. A subdivision (subd. in the address) is at the Philippines only a living area. You can find some times home based business in a subdivision, but it is not a real business address from a company, which likes to have an affiliate at the U.S. too. Entries to subdivisions are normally protected by security guards.

For the case that the provided phone number is from the United States then you'll find the phone number by using the Online White Pages in Jackson, CA. The only problem is that Jackson, CA, located southeast from Sacramento - around 1,000 miles (1,600 km) north from San Diego.

For the above reason is the provided U.S. address only a mail forwarding service. U.S. clients cannot get cheated with such fake addresses because they know such situations. LaxMun Business Solutions will not have any direct clients from the U.S. and in Europe are cold calls only possible if you have the written and signed agreement from the called one in original. Say thanks for this law to the previous telemarketers for their sales tactics.

Larry Halili has posted a nice story at LinkedIN:

Help us to spread the news! Our Company was robbed by this Scammer Company from Banglore India. This Company is operating in the Philippines 3 months ago without Business License. They promise us such campaigns with Upfront Fees amounting to $23,913, They are "providing" campaigns such as AutoParts (genuineautospares.com), Tech Support, Chat Support, Lead Generation and etc.. We filed a case, but unfortunately these Nepalese went out of the country. They are hiding in India and Singapore. Currently they are still operating in India and Singapore

Larry Halili is contradicting himself as he is offering with the words "Do you need campaign? let's have a business talk at Skype. Here is my Skype: larry.halili1987" at LinkedIn by himself. That proves only that he is a broker or consultant by himself and not a call center. From where the campaigns are coming from? Not one client will contact him by his U.S. address and not one client is searching at the Philippines for a broker or consultant. If he has really lost some money, then would be the only way to compensate the loss to run the campaign in his own call center and not forward it to others where he cannot get some money for it.

Who would try to get some call center campaigns from a person or company, which is running an own call center and a broker company by themselves? The own call center will get the best campaigns and these ones, where the own call center has failed will get forwarded!

What are you thinking about somebodies business abilities, who's got scammed by himself because he has been too lazy for making a background check and trusted the promises given by a scammer without any verification? Such people are only interested in making money fast and not in making good business. Would you take any offer from such business owners? Can you have trust into offers made by such people?

Maybe Larry Halili likes to sell now the campaign, where he already did not got paid?

All together is showing that Larry Halili with his company LaxMun Business Solutions is not really a trusted business partner. For me is Larry Halili with his company LaxMun Business Solutions nothing else than a partner in crime of the Scammer: Ayush Baruwal - Rakesh Shendge Dwarkanath - Cybersygns Network Private Limited. It looks for me more like a team work then a fight. They try it with the idea to show a fight between them and during this fight one is selling the scam campaigns from the other one. So be aware that you are not get scammed from such a teamwork!

Update May 17, 2016 6:32pm: Larry has deleted his posting with the starting content: "Help us to spread the news! Our Company was robbed by this Scammer Company from Banglore India...." as it has developed into a self-shot.

The allegations have been coming already unbelievable at the time as I have confronted him with the email answer from Ayush Baruwal:

Sorry, but if I got scammed for the amount of US$ 23,913 I would not have a family day if someone tries to help me to get it back. In such case I would do everything what is possible to get my money back. More than EUR 20,000 are for me a lot of money and PHP 1,110,000 are for the most Filipinos a higher value than for me the EUR 20,000. I hope that I need not explain that until now, Tuesday, I did not receive any proves from Larry Halili. Maybe he has forgotten to send it or he does not have some. Everybody will understand that it is not so important taking care for missing more than US$ 20,000 and it is more important to like postings on LinkedIn during the whole day.

The only response I got from him until now has been a LinkedIn message and an email to this posting with the following content:

Before concluding you better be sure on what your are posting. Laxmun Business Solutions Inc. is a registered company in the Philippines. All allegations from Cyber Sygns are all true and we have a complete records and affidavit. We never partnered with this company. We have a strong reputation in the Philippines. Your report shows only that your are in their side and being bias. We have a strong partnership with our direct client in the US which we are currently running in our center, and we have the right to outsource the project to expand the business.

With the statement "All allegations from Cyber Sygns are all true and we have a complete records and affidavit." confirms Larry Halili, for the case that it is not really a type mismatch or a language problem, that all the allegations from CyberSygns are true. Maybe it is the reason why he has removed his posting at LinkedIn too.

I know only that building up a reputation takes normally years. How a start-up can have already a good reputation?

The domain laxmunbusinesssolutions.com got created on February 11, 2016 and is a little bit older than 3 months. Alexa lists that not one site is linking in and has even not enough data for calculate a ranking.

Alexa summary for the domain laxmunbusinesssolutions.com

A registered company in any country is not any guarantee that the owner is a trustful business partner. You'll find formerly business men in jail too.

Scammer: Nisha choubey declares himself and the Mantra Group to be a scammer

With the comment "Lars Christiansen sir we are official consultant so we do charge consultancy fee...so kindly do your work and let me do my work...." declared the scammer Nisha Choubey, that he/she even don't understand anything from consultancy or any other business. The comment can get translated to "... we are a official scammer and for this we don't have any other income then fee paid by our victims our invention ...".

You can be sure that the LinkedIn profile of Nisha Choubey is a fake like the profile picture shown above. It is typical for scammers that they are not able to show their own face and use their real name. If you make a Google picture search from the scammers profile picture you'll get 7,940 results. One of these search results brings you to the page of Cute Japanese Girls images. Does anybody believe that a Japanese girl has relocated to India? So why shall be the LinkedIn profile from Nisha Choubey contain any true information? The only true information in the profile is that the profile has it's source in India because the link to the profile has the country code from India included: https://in.linkedin.com/in/nisha-choubey-584b04112.

A Google search of the provided phone number returns the first usage in advertising from December 2015. Voicetrading, an European VoIP provider, lists the phone number +91-7573037289 as India Mobile Vodafone Jammu and Kashmir. The phone number gets used in olx.in, jobz.in, ahmedabad.locanto.in and in.tixuz.com for advertising for the area of Ahmedabad. Why should a company or a group of company use a prepaid mobile phone number from an area which is around 1,200 km away?

Further gets only a free email address from gmail and a Skype contact provided. Does anyone believe that a real company likes to destroy their own reputation by not providing any real and verifiable information about themselves? Does anyone think that any company from Australia, Europe or U.S. will hire such a kind of company, which provides nothing else than fake offers like the following one from LinkedIn:

Start your own Center....!!!
USA TECH SUPPORT INBOUND CAMPAIGN
Fixed Payout:- 8$/hour/agent
Working Days:- 5 Days
Direct sign up with end client.
Reference Center provided.
Consultancy:- Applicable
Note:- ITS NOT A JOB OPENING.
+91-7573037289 For more:-nisha.mantragroup@gmail.com Skype:- nisha.choubey29

The scam from the above offer gets already found in the sentence "Consultancy:- Applicable". An outsourcing client, which cannot pay their hired consultants will not be able to pay their other staff too. For this reason already will not one company from the traditional outsourcing countries hire such a scammer ("consultant"). The reputation of the outsourcing company will get ruined by hiring any consultant from abroad - especially from a low wage country.

The whole advertisement above is showing that the scammer see no chance to earns something from center owners with experience and is searching for this reason for newcomers without any experience. This fact is only an additional warning signal. If there would be some possibility to earn something than the scammer will do the job by himself or creating fast a center and hire some call center agents like he has done it by the advertising at olx.in with the advertisement "Required Telecaller in Matra group of Comapny".

If you take a look at the, I think invented, profile from Nisha Choubey at LinkedIn (.pdf), then you can get it by yourself that Nisha Choubey is never a HR (Human Resource) manager, because he make the big mistakes in his profile which are showing that he has been even too stupid for cleaning the floors at some companies during the time he has been working at Absotherm Facility Management or Satva Healthcare. The profile has exact the failures at which real human resource managers are looking at.

Such fake profiles where you even don't know if your communication partner is a female or a male are mostly found from India. Scammers need to hide their identity as much as possible. For this reason they cannot provide any real information about themselves. Scammers are even too lazy to use their own brain. I think we have here the same scammer like I have reported already at Scammer: BlessMantra Infotech Pvt. Ltd. - mantragroups.co - Ambuj Mehta.

All these, which are not doing some action against such scammers, are tolerating their sham business and are not better than the scammer itself. For the case that some real business exists in India these business people let throw their own reputation down from the scammer. It is a pity for them, but they are guilty by themselves.

Tech Support Scammer - Pashin Infotech Pvt. Ltd. - Pintu Singh - likes to get rich quick by scamming

Facebook logo from Pashin Infotech Private LimitedPashin Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is an in Liulah, India registered company. Pashin Infotech Private Limited seems to be not successful in their business and for this reason they are trying to make money with fraud. They are offering a Tech Support campaign which is a plain scam and full of lies. The provided domain mscorp-payment.com at their Facebook page got already deleted. The scammer, director Pintu Singh seems have to been so stupid to use the name of Microsoft (mscorp) in his domain name. Such domains have a very short expiration time. As soon the first complaints are coming up and that happens by Tech Support Scam very fast, the domain gets deleted from the authorities.

It seems that Pashin Infotech failed with their own Tech Support strategy at the beginning of the year 2014 because their last entry at their Facebook page is from February 18, 2014. It seems to be easier for their director Pintu Singh to scam others than to work on their own campaign. Everybody can get it how difficult it is to sell Tech Support by cold calls. Nobody gives up a business where he is earning good! For this reason the scammer Pintu Singh got the idea that others should pay to him for getting his scam campaign. The worst case that can happen is that the center owner pays for going to jail.

That scammer are even too lazy to type a email message can get shown in the from a call center forwarded email with the attached script:

Tech-Support Script.doc

I have copied the content of the script here, but you can download the word document from the link Tech-Support Script.doc too. The campaign requires three different agents. The one agent which is cold calling, a supervisor and an agent which makes the verification with the victim. This campaign can get started from everybody and he even don't need to pay the scammer Pintu Singh from Pashin Infotech because Pintu Singh or Pashin Infotech is not providing anything. By taking a look at the following script you'll see that this campaign is nothing else than an outbound scam system. Why do you need to pay a scammer?

The agent's script shows that this campaign is a plain outbound campaign. You can even not be sure that the called one owns a computer or a device with Internet connection:

Agent’s Script:

Hi! This is ……………. And I am calling you from the computer technical department ‘FOR ‘Universal Pc Care’

How r u doing today?

This call is in regards to your computer as we have been receiving some errors report and warning messages from your computer to our centralized server and its indicating that your computer has some harmful malicious files with malwares and spywares. Are you aware of that?

Yes or No (Customer).

You are not aware of these harmful viruses and malware which is getting downloaded in your computer just because of those infections are hidden in nature, which is why your Antivirus is also not able to detect that.

And they keep getting into your computer and corrupt the hard drive and mother board of your computer and taking your computer to the verge of getting crashed, and also you are not getting update of these infections just because the security system of your computer has also been compromised.

So is your computer on right now, so that I can show you the problems which are there in your computer and you would be able to see them right now.

Look at the left -hand side bottom corner of your keyboard you would find a CTRL key and just beside that there would be a 4 flagged windows key / start key. Press the windows key and the alphabet R key (R as in roger) both at the same time (simultaneously) and you will find a small dialog box appearing at the extreme left-hand side of your computer screen named “Run”. Then you will find a ‘white bar’ beside ‘open’. Now in that white bar type in ‘eventvwr’ (explain using phonetics) and then click on ‘Ok’ or press ENTER. Can you see a new window as ‘EVENT VIEWER’? And at the left hand side of the box you will find event viewer local and there would be a sub option of windows log/ application, security, system. If it comes as window log so double click on windows log you would be getting an option as application security, setup, system just below windows log, now double click on ‘application’ and then you would find list of events which will have blue “I” as information, Red circled errors and yellow triangular icon as a warnings. Now slowly, just scroll down the page and give me a rough count how many errors and warnings are there?

Now again on the left hand side of the page you will find an option ‘system’ under windows log.

This is the system log of the computer Just give a double left click on system and again you would find a list of information, errors and warnings. So just scroll down the page and let me know how many red errors and yellow warnings are there?

Now do you have an idea what these errors and warning are? And how come these get into your computer….

Whenever you are going to Google and when you click on any search suggestions by google or when you surf any social networking sites like YouTube and face book by mistake or accidently your computer tends to download unwanted and harmful files and once these files gets into your computer they keep multiplying them and thereby harming your computers motherboard and slowly corrupts it, thereby it acts like a slow poison for it.

Your Computer then sends Error reports and messages to our centralized server which is specially developed by our technical team as a receptor so that we can retrieve them and find out from it is coming, with the help of the IP address we can figure out the Geographical location of the computer or laptop and then with the help of the geographical location we derive the street address and then we figure out the phone numbers associated with it and then we give a call, only when we see that the issue requires your immediate attention.

Okay, so right now what I will transfer this call to one of our senior technician who will explain you further about this problem of your computer.

We can see that the scam starts already in the third sentence. For such calls you don't need a scammer like Pintu Singh from Pashin Infotech. As this guy is a notorious scammer he will scam you too and not only the called computer users. You cannot trust such a criminal for this reason you need to have your own payment processor. Please remember that nobody will give you money as a gift. Everybody is hard working for his money and does not have more than he needs to survive.

A scammer, which is making such stupid calls need to put into jail and the key to his cell needs to get thrown away. In such a case are the call centers the scammers and creatures like Pintu Singh the instigator or ringleader. In any case as long as the Indian authorities are only interested in making money from their own corruption the reputation of the whole country will go down to a country of scammers. Isn't it a nice outlook for the future? As longer it takes until every real businessman does not take action against the scammers as harder it will be it for him to make a real, legit and genuine business in the future. It does not help anybody if the CEO from Google is an Indian. One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel!

Let's come back to the Technical Support Scam offered from Pintu Singh - Pashin Infotech. As next we read how the supervisor needs to continue the scam:

Senior Supervisor’s Script:-

Hi my name is _________and I am the senior technician. How are you doing today? I believe my agent has shown you the errors and the warnings in the application and system logs of your computer? Do you have any idea what these errors and warnings are? Well they are just a sign that your computer has been badly corrupted and it is full malware and spyware that requires your immediate action. I believe that you know that whenever you buy a computer you get a warranty. And you know that warranty comes with a limited time period of one year. So as you have using this computer from the past ‘X’ no. of years. So the software maintenance warranty of your computer has expired. That’s the reason all the software’s present in your computer and the anti-virus is not working properly and not protecting your computer from these malicious files. These malicious files are so small and hidden in nature that in spite of having anti-virus on your computer, your computer is still getting infected by these malicious files which you yourself can see with your eyes. These malicious files keep on multiplying in numbers and corrupt the boot sector and the hard-drive of your computer. And once it completely gets blocked then your computer might crash down. And I believe that you don’t want your computer to crash down. Right?

So what I will do right now is that I will get you connected to one of our certified technician who will fix up all your problems and will also install all the required software’s to protect your computer so that in the coming future your computer will be absolutely safe and secure and your computer will not crash down. The service provided by the technician and the software’s that out technician will be installing on your computer will be absolutely free but in order to activate the software maintenance service on your computer you need to pay only a one- time payment of _________dollars/pounds for _________no. of years. And in that coming long________ no. of years if you do face any problems with your computer or if you require any software’s for your computer it will be provided to you free of cost within this extended warranty period. You don’t have to pay for that again and again.

Now close down everything and come down to the main screen of the computer and click o n to the internet explorer so that I can connect yourself to one of our certified technician, now once you get the internet page on the screen in the address bar you just need to type in www.logmein123.com and hit enter, now you will see in the next page support connection enter your six digit code so just bare with me I’ll be generating a trail code for you so that connect yourself to the technician…and your six digit code would be 123456 now click on connect to technician…now you will get an option RUN so click on that and again you need to click on RUN so click on again…now you just need to click on every positive options like allow, ok, continue…now you have been successfully connected to one of our certified technician.

Just hold on now I will ask my technician to send you the registration form on your computer screen which you need to fill from your side. You don’t have to provide me any of your personal information or the card numbers to me over the phone. If you have printer in your home then you can take the print out of the receipt after making the payment and you will also get the invoice ant the order no. in your e-mail as well.

LogMeIn is a service and has is not responsible for the scam itself, only their service is getting used for the scam. LogMeIn Inc. gets traded at the NASDAQ. At the Better Business Bureau Boston we can find during the last three years 88 complaints and 31 customer reviews from which is only one positive. I wonder why the CEO from LogMeIn Inc. does not give an oder to make their product more secure? Are they afraid that they would lose some customers, which are only scammer? Is he an Indian too and does he like to help his compatriots in scamming innocent computer users?

After the scam action from the supervisor the victim shall confirm that everything is OK. The only problem is that even if the answer from the victim is that he does not have some problems now that the recording will not help in front of the law court. I think this action should only soothe the conscience of the agents for the case they have something what normal people are calling conscience:

VERIFICATION SCRIPT

Hi this is …….. And I m from the verification department, how are you doing today?

Well, the purpose of this transfer is to check or confirm that you were not pressurized or misled at any point of time.

  1. So can you confirm to me “Was the agent polite and courteous with you?”
  2. Did he explain you what exactly the issues were in your computer or was he just rushing through with what he had to say?
  3. Did you at any point of time hand over any of your card information or your Banking details over the phone?
  4. Please be aware that we are not a part of Microsoft and that we are an independent service provider for windows and MAC operating computers
  5. Now you can let the computer be on and leave the controls and once the work of the technician will be completed you will be informed about the same with a message on the computer screen.
  6. Do you have any more questions for me?
  7. So it was pleasure talking to you, thank you for your time and patience and take care of yourself.
  8. Bye Bye.

Not only these ones, which are participating at the scam system, are making themselves guilty, these ones, which are knowing about the scam and do nothing against it, are the same way guilty like the scammers itself!

Everybody should think about an old prophecy from the Cree (native Americans): "When the last tree is cut down, the last fish eaten, and the last stream poisoned, you will realize that you cannot eat money."

Tech Support Scam - Scamming the Scammers

Tech Support ScamTechnical support tricks are, sadly, a to a great degree regular scourge. Most such tricks are what might as well be called rebel antivirus assaults, which attempt to terrify shoppers into buying useless security software. Both sorts of tricks attempt to make the shopper trust that the guest is by one means or another connected with Microsoft or with a security organization, and every guest tries to persuade or alarm the buyer into surrendering control over his or her PC.

At YouTube are getting already more than 18,000 videos and recordings of tech support scams found. Google also provides 445,000 hits for the exact phrase "Tech Support Scam". For this reason is my sympathy on behalf of defrauded Call Centers in very limited - pity is from my site not available in this case.

An very good example is given by the video "Scamming the Scammers - How to Handle Fake Tech Support Calls" from the user CareyHolzman with more than 360,000 views:

Another nice video with the title "SCAMMER CALLS PRANKSTER - Microsoft Tech Support Scam" from PettyPranks has already more than 825,000 views:

In the video "Microsoft or tech support scam - Locating the scammers" from Jim Browning with more than 440,000 views is the scammer the Ariba Call Center Private Limited from Kolkota, India calling:

By the large count of videos found at YouTube and search results in Google everybody can see how risky the tech support scam is. With small and easy tools can get the source of the call and the remote access to the victims computer located.

On the other site is the problem that with the amount of scam is India losing their remaining reputation. I think that it would not last long until an example is set for this amount of scam coming from there. Real companies are already not able to make some legal business because nobody trust them for the amount of scammers coming from their country.

Opposite round is everybody guilty by himself if he get scammed from someone located in India. A simple Google search and everybody can find out from where the most of the scam is coming from.

A funny chat with a scammer

ScamYesterday I got a friend request on Facebook from a person with the name Dalbaq Singh. Shortly after I accepted the friendship request I got the first chat message from him (the provided time is GMT+1):

10:53pm Dalbaq Singh:

Hey Rudolf !

I came across your profile and your company ! Wanted to know more about the type of process you can help to start ! Waiting for your reply ! Thanks !

A short check of his Facebook profile returned, that the profile is empty, he cannot show his face and he has only one friend - me. I know already which kind of person he is. As I'm not offering anywhere something I replied the same way like to everybody who is asking me for campaigns:

11:04pm Rudolf Faix:

I'm sorry, but i'm already retired. I'm not offering anything. I list only the scammers for not getting bored

He tries to show that he understands it, but he tries to continue:

11:06pm Dalbaq Singh:

Ok !

But do you have any contacts or anybody who could help me with the process !

Ok, let's continue the game:

11:07pm Rudolf Faix:

I have not really some contacts for this. Each campaign needs to get checked for being a scam campaign

He is already losing his patience:

11:08pm Dalbaq Sing:

I have started a new centre and want a process !

Such words are already a big alarm sign for me. As he is thinking that he has the right to get a process even from someone who does not offer any process, I explained him:

11:08pm Rudolf Faix:

Normally you need to search for a process before you start a new center.

The outsourcing industry is already dead.

With the next message he tries to show that he knows more about me, my work and my past then I'm knowing about myself:

11:09pm Dalbaq Singh:

But I hope since you were in this industry you must have some contacts who are already working in this industrry !

I have a process of SEO and website development for a company in UK !

I want to get core BPO process now !

What has a SEO (Search Engine Optimizing) process to do with a call center work? At the time I have been young I liked to have so many things too and I did not get it. Now I'm happy with the things I have. For this reason I replied:

11:11pm Rudolf Faix:

Be happy that you had a SEO process. They are very seldom too

His answer has been surprising me. Search engine optimizing is a work where you need to observe how your changes are accepted from the search engines. It is a process which is running for a few months and maybe less than one hour work per month:

11:12pm Dalbaq Singh:

Yes I am happy but I only have it for 25 seats !

Is he trying to sell a SEO process over the phone? Does he really think that he can get in contact with someone, which gives him the access to his homepage to make some search engine optimization? The most of the companies have hired somebody who made their homepage. As I'm really not offering some campaigns I replied:

11:13pm Rudolf Faix:

In this case you'll need to search for a core process. Some brokers are working longer than 8-9 months for getting a process. This broker I'll write about has been Rob O'Malley from UK. He retired already

It seems that he is ignoring everything what I'm writing. How someone would ever give him any work? He is even not able to listen or to read:

11:13pm Dalbaq Singh:

I want to expand more 75 seats !

As he does not read my messages and seems to be on drugs or drunk, I replied:

11:14pm Rudolf Faix:

I cannot keep you back if you like to trash money

He even tries it that he likes to pay for getting work. That is the genuine way for getting scammed.

11:14pm Dalbaq Singh:

I am ok to invest but if only the person is genuine !

Each scammer would interpret the above message as he has found a new victim. As I'm even not enjoy to scam a scammer I replied:

11:15pm Rudolf Faix:

If you invest into a campaign from a broker you'll get scammed

Even this warning he is ignoring and continues like he likes to get really scammed:

11:15pm Dalbaq Singh

Come'on Rudolf ! I know you can help me !

Please help me to get a genuine Process !

As the chat is getting boring me already I'm trying to tell it to him more directly:

11:16pm Rudolf Faix:

OK, I'll invent now a campaign only for you for the reason that you'll stop.

As you cannot accept the truth you are on the best way to get scammed

Even this message does not stop him and he continues:

11:16pm Dalbaq Singh:

I didn't understand really !

You were in this industry and you know that we can get genuine processes !

He still tries to show me that he knows more about my life than I know about it by myself. He seems to be stupid too, that he tries to continue it on this way. Why I shall tell him about my contacts? If he contacts them on the same way I'll lose some friends. For this reason I replied:

11:18pm Rudolf Faix:

As I have not one contact offering real campaigns I cannot give you some information about campaigns. On this kind of campaigns you are working I have never been working

Maybe he got it now?

11:18pm Dalbaq Singh:

So what was your area of expertise !

Wow, it seems he got it that I'm not offering some campaigns. For this reason I listed him some points about my work I have done:

11:20pm Rudolf Faix:

I have been working on computer networks, VoIP, security systems, data bases and call centers. But this centers have been working in another kind of campaigns like dating over the phone

The process dating over the phone has been working good in the German speaking area of Europe and is in U.S. not possible, because there are some requirements missing. He tries to get more information about it:

11:21pm Dalbaq Singh:

SO that is something like a voice process rather !

Where can I look for these types of campaings !

Now I need to explain him why this kind of campaign is in the U.S. not available:

11:22pm Rudolf Faix:

You even need not think about to copy such a campaign because premium phone numbers are in the U.S. already not available.

He shows again that he even did not read my answer. How someone can hire such a "call center owner"? He is not able to read and not able to accept some facts or instruction as get shown in the next messages:

11:22pm Dalbaq Singh:

Or can you help me with this !

I have a number already !

He ignored the word "premium" from premium phone numbers. So I replied again with the facts:

11:23pm Rudolf Faix:

That has been our own process. It is still working in the German speaking area of Europe, but not in the English speaking area of the world.

You have a number where you get paid if someone calls you?

Now he starts to lie to me. The U.S. have stopped this kind of phone numbers for the reason of too much scam by using this kind of phone numbers:

11:25pm Dalbaq Singh:

I have a friend in NY, he owns it and gets paid for that !

I try it again to explain him the kind of phone number to be sure that he get's it about what I'm writing:

11:25pm Rudolf Faix:

I have written about premium phone numbers. The caller pays a high price per call or per minute. You'll get paid for taking the call

Has he understood it now?

11:25pm Dalbaq Singh:

Rudolf i have a very good idea about all that !

I show him that he has no idea about any call center work and he does even not know about what has happened in the world:

11:26pm Rudolf Faix:

Then you only need to announce the phone number with any service and you can make money. The problem is only that such numbers got stopped already 2 or 3 years ago

That got stopped in the U.S, by law

It seems that he is now understanding that he cannot win this kind of discussion:

11:27pm Dalbaq Singh:

I want to rather get a process outsourced to my centre than creating or copying any process !

For this I tried to explain him:

11:28pm Rudolf Faix:

There are no processes which are getting outsourced. All offers from the low wage countries are nothing else than scam

With his next message he is confirming that he is stupid and evven cannot differ between a site of a call center and a broker:

11:28pm Dalbaq Singh:

I thought you have a website which says that you get processes outsourced to centres !

As the site is nothing else than a description of services of a call center and he seems not be able to understand English, I wrote:

11:28pm Rudolf Faix:

Not one company is searching abroad for a broker or consultant

I have nowhere any offers for call centers

It seems that he even ignore this message and continues:

11:29pm Dalbaq Singh:

But if we get a process outsourced in US !

http://wwpa.com/page/inbound-call-center-services

The content from this site is only a description about inbound call center services. It is from the time as inbound calls could get outsourced. I don't have any outsourcing offers there. So this guy has really a problem with the English language. How he can get any client if he is not able to understand anything?

11:29pm Rudolf Faix:

The only service I give to centers is free of charge, That is that I'm listing the scams

That has been an offer to get clients for my center at the Philippines. This center is already shut down

11:31 Dalbaq Singh:

SO why the website still active ?

It looks that he even thinks that a call center is giving him her campaign only to makre him happy. Does it not show how stupid he is? As it is my problem what I'm doing with my website I replied:

11:31pm Rudolf Faix:

Because I did not remove it until now. I don't know with what I shall replace it

As no requests are coming from it, it does not matter if the website is up or not

It seems that he accepts this explaination. So he likes to know now something new:

11:32pm Dalbaq Singh:

You said that you list scam companies !

so how do you differentiate between genuine and fraud companies !

As it is really easy to identify scam campaigns I have descroibed it in a simple sentence:

11:34pm Rudolf Faix

I'm reading the offer from the scammer and compare it with the law in the country of the client. The most scams are getting identified by these facts

you can read about the reasons at each scammer I have listed in my blog

It seems that he even does not believe it that he needs to use for this purpose his brain. For this he asks again:

11:36pm Dalbaq Singh:

How do you differentiate genuine vioce processes from fraud ones !

I know that a scammer is too lazy to use his brain. For this I replied again:

11:36pm Rudolf Faix

If you read my last message then you'll know it

I'm reading the offer from the scammer and compare it with the law in the country of the client. The most scams are getting identified by these facts

Now he tries to bring it to the technical support offers:

11:38pm Dalbaq Singh:

How do you know that if someone offering an inbound technical support campaign is fraud or not !

My reply is very simple:

11:42pm Rudolf Faix:

Technical support is in general a scam. Technical support gets paid from the vendor and not from the caller

11:43pm Dalbaq Singh:

yes that is what i meant !

It seems that he even does not understand how the technical support calls are getting offered at the social networks. For this I'm explaining it for im more detailed:

11:43pm Rudolf Faix:

Calls to Microsoft, Symantec, etc, are free of charge, The caller even not need to pay for the phone minutes

Now he tries it with the method "I know someone, which .....". Please remember from the begin of the conversation that he has been searching for campaigns:

11:44pm Dalbaq Singh:

I know someone who is offering an inbound technical support process and is paid by the vendor and not the caller !

The vendor would be paying to the centre and there are no sales required !

As he does not get it that he is contradicting himself already I replied:

11:45pm Rudolf Faix:

Then try to get calls from the same source

11:46pm Dalbaq Singh:

Yes I have spoken to them and even checked with other centres who are already running those processes !

taken from them

But they do charge a fee ! And gives valid legal papers against them !

So i don't find any point to see any fraud in them !

If there are already legal papers existing against them what can it be other than fraud or scam?

11:51pm Rudolf Faix:

The fee is already the fraud.

The centers you have spoken get paid for giving you the correct answer

We have in German a proverb "Wem nicht zu raten ist, dem ist nicht zu helfen" translated "This one which cannot get counseled cannot get helped":

11:51pm Dalbaq Singh:

But 3 centres are already paid and have got a the process running for the past 6 months !

I have visited 2 centres on my own and have seen the work going on !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As he tries to convince me about the legality of the campaign I'm suggesting him like everybody else would do:

11:51pm Rudolf Faix:

If you know the vendor you only need to show that your agents are certified technicians and make a them an offer which is a little bit better than your competitors. If you are lucky you'll get hired from the vendor

In the next message we can see that the vendor seems to be stupid too:

11:53pm Dalbaq Singh

The vendor has an exclusive contract with the consultant !!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the vendor made even an exclusive contract with an broker from India. That would be the crown of the scam.

11:54 Rudolf Faix:

Not one vendor from the U.S. makes any exclusive contract.

Not one vendor from the U.S. is searching for consultant abroad

Oh, it comes better, the scammer is searching for a campaign from India abroad - in this case his search will not have some success:

11:55 Dalbaq Singh:

But when did I mention US !

Rudolf I never mentioned US vendor, DID I ????

What does he like really from me. I'm Austrian citizen and living at the Philippines. So let us continue the game:

11.56 Rudolf Faix:

There are only small software companies available in Europe. This kind of companies from Europe have not more than 3 seats for their tech support hotline

The same is valid for Australia.

The hotline from Microsoft has a head count from less than 50!!! So why you lie me?

Now he has no other possibility as to say that the client is from India:

11:58pm Dalbaq Singh:

I was taking about an Indian Client, Rudolf !

My reply has been already waiting to get entered before he has written this message:

11:59 Rudolf Faix:

Ok now I understand. Indian software companies need to have more technical support than Microsoft because their products are so bad

He tries to make now the best out of the situation he brought himself. For this he tries even to use the name of a famous person:

12:00am Dalbaq Singh:

I said that recently I heard from a centre and then got the reference about this consultant !

We are taking about e-commerce companies here !

The CEO of Microsoft is also an Indian NOW !!!!!!!!

Even a CEO of Microsoft has to follow the instructions what he gets from the owner. And this CEO did not make Microsoft to the company which is it now. There are even better examples about famous people from India available:

12:01am Rudolf Faix:

As the CEO from Microsoft has an Indian source or not does not make anything. Ghandi has been from India too

I have taken Ghandi only as an better example. His reaction shows only what he likes in reality from me:

12:02am Dalbaq Singh:

SO, what do you mean to say !

12:02am Rudolf Faix:

That does not make anybody better or worse

12:03am Dalbaq Singh:

I did not make anybody worse rather you said that indian softwares are bad !

And what do you know about ghandi ????

12:04am Rudolf Faix

It does not make India better or worse if one has a good job. There are a lot of good people available on the world

12:04 Dalbaq Singh

I asked for your suggestion and you went on a wrong line rather !

12:05am Rudolf Faix:

Buddha has its source in India too

It seems that this answer has satisfied him and he is changing the topic back to the beginning:

12:05am Dalbaq Singh:

I just asked how can someone identify if there is something fishy in these offeres !

He still does not believe it that the most of the scammers are getting identified by their own scam offers. I repeated it for him again:

12:05am Rudolf Faix:

And I have given you an answer

Did you not read it until now?

12:06am Dalbaq Singh:

Because i did not find any point which shows that there is something wrong !

As the "And gives valid legal papers against them" and the fee for the work are not already enough proof for the scam, he tries even to change the countries and the conditions how he likes. He likes to have from me a statement, which I cannot give to him as he is not declaring all the facts before. It seems to be that he tries to learn how to scam better. For the purpose to teach scammers I'm not available.

12:07am Rudolf Faix

I had written about how to identify scammer: I'm reading the offer from the scammer and compare it with the law in the country of the client. The most scams are getting identified by these facts

If you take a look at the scam campaigns that are listed on my site then you'll see that all these campaigns have a client in the English speaking countries. You have started about an Indian company which operates in India, So you need to know if they are operating against the law in India, I even cannot read and understand the Indian law.
