Offshore Outsourcing & Scammer

Blog about offshore outsourcing and scammer in the outsourcing industry

Scammer: Arexo BPO Solutions - Aman Kumar - Raj Kumar - likes to have a copyright on his scam

Not one outsourcing client is searching for a consultant or broker abroad. For this reason you'll find only scam offers with source from low wage countries in the social networks.

Arexo BPO Solutions is offering in their spam emails a "Direct Client Signup ( UK ) + NO Upfront INBOUND UK HOLIDAY PACKAGE Booking / Customer Care PROCESS". The problem is only that such a campaign does not exist because travel data are personal data and these data are protected in the European Union by law. The law cannot get excluded by any contract like some scammers like to make us to believe. Fined get's the company which is storing the data, in this case the company in the UK, and not this one which get's access to the data (the call center). Not one company from the United Kingdom will take the risk for getting fined with € 58,000 per case. Companies, which are outsourcing some work offshore, like to lower their costs and not take any risk for getting fined. Think about it which kind of customer care you can give to a caller if you don't have access to his data? Do you think that someone will pay you for making small talk with the callers?

Already for the above reasons is the following offer too good to be true:

The scam gets already found in the sentence: "Fix 100% Advance payout Every Month Performance based". How can get a performance based payout calculated in advance? Do they have a glass ball? Are the rolling the dice for calculating your future performance? Everybody can see already how stupid the scammers are. The scammers are even too lazy to think by inventing their offers. The same you can say about the clients from the scammers, because they are even too lazy to think if an offer can be possible or not.

A search in Google shows that Arexo BPO Solutions even does not have a homepage or a domain. Does anybody really think that Arexo BPO Solutions is an existing company? How they can get an outsourcing client from the UK in such a case? All what get found at Google are their LinkedIn profiles for the scammers nikhil verma (2 connections), ankush kumar (2 connections), sumit kumar (0 connections) and a link to Pissed Consumer, where someone is asking without using his own brain if "Zappos is The FAKE Company or Genuine company ... let me know", because he provides the answer by himself at the copied email. There is written:

The Call center or M/s Arexo BPO Solutions needs to deposit a sum of USD $ 1261 ( 2.5 % of Payable amount) as refundable security deposit which is for the Taxation amount as per USA Govt. LAWs for initiate transfer from USA to Call Center.

Already the above sentence shows the stupidity of the scammer and the questioner. Taxes are never refundable and there is not such a law in the USA, that you have to pay something upfront or any kind of security deposit. Taxes have only to get paid in the country where you have your company registered. If a client is not able to pay his own taxes, how he can pay a call center for their work? That example shows already how brainless both parties are.

In any case the stupidity of the scammer gets shown at the requirements in the campaign description (.pdf) too:

Type Description
Process Type Query Handling Calls
Seats 10 Seats (minimum)
Payout Circle Monthly
Payout Per Seat £ 6 per Agent per Hour
Daily Payout £ 6 * 10 Seats * 24 Hours (3 shifts of 8 Hors ) = £ 1440
Monthly Payout £ 1440 * 30 Days = £ 43,200
Converted in INR £ 43,200 * 100 INR = 43,20,000 INR
Technical Requirements 4 MBPS Leased Line + Server ( Min 8 GB RAM IBM X360 with Xeon Processor )
Selection Criteria Priority to experienced Call Center
Fresher may also apply

UK is only located in one time zone. Is someone thinking that any customer will call during sleeping time? Why one company shall hire for 24 hours a call center in this case if nobody will call during night hours? Only for trashing money? This case shows that the scammer Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar has no education and is not trained to use his brain.

The next fact showing the scam are the technical requirements. These technical requirements are showing that the scammer Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar has never seen the real requirements for a call center. VoIP calls are generating only network traffic. For which purpose he likes to use a computer with Xeon processor? VoIP systems are mostly running on Linux systems, which are optimized for AMD processors. VoIP systems have not really some extensive requirements to the hardware. A processor from a simple old PDA is able to handle more 200 calls at the same time. On a 4Mbps leased line you can handle without any problems more than 100 concurrent calls. How are 10 agents able to handle 100 concurrent calls? The scammer demonstrates with his technical requirements only his own technical incompetence.

The laziness from the scammer Arexo BPO Solutions - Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar gets found in the procedure description (.pdf) and in the Letter of Approval (.pdf), which everybody gets who is applying for the scam offer. The letter of approval has at the first page written:

© 2009–2016 "lastminute.com", "lastminute", "Top Secret Hotels", and "Top Secret" and the colour magenta are all trade marks owned by LMnext UK Ltd.

APPROVAL/INVITATION/NDA LETTER For
LASTMINUTE.COM (LMNEXT UK LTD) Customer Care

(Approved by the Board of Directors on 14 Mar 2016)

The first line shows already the fake of the "letter of approval". lastminute.com is a domain name and nobody can use it as long the domain is registered. "lastminute", "Top Secret Hotels" and "Top Secret" are words, which are normally used in the language and cannot get protected as a trademark. The same situation is with the color magenta.

The big words "Approved by the Board of Directors on 14 Mar 2016" have no value, because they are not written on any company note paper. Everybody could have written the content and there is not one manual signature found on the approval letter. Does anybody think that a real company make their contracts on this way, written in a poor form with empty pages between, pages with a half sentence and half filled pages? Such an idea can have only an uneducated, stupid scammer like Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar from Arexo BPO Solutions.

We find the scam inside the fake "Letter of Approval (.pdf)". There is written:

Lastminute.com Is charging 500 £ GBP from Call Center as Documentation Preparation charges for SLA which includes advocate fee for Govt. authorization in UK and preparation of SLA Agreement.

In the above statement likes the scammer Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar make us to believe that lastminute.com even does not have £ 500 for the fees or their own contracts. This shows the advance fee scam from a campaign offer "without any upfront".

That the "Letter of Approval" got written from a dirty scammer like Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar gets shown that not one company is using the expression "GBP" and "£" together and the letter has even not the value of the traffic for getting transmitted as an email attachment. The scammer Raj Kumar - Aman Kumar even likes to get they payment for lastminute.com on his own bank account:

Aman Kumar
State Bank Of India
A/c No: 20209504480
IFSC CODE: sbin0001859
LUDHIANA

For the case someone believes that one company will accept or suggest such payments to bank accounts of strangers, this one should go immediately to the next madhouse for a complete check-up. Cleaning the streets would be a better job for such a person than trying to make business by himself.

All the facts together are showing that Aman Kumar alias Raj Kumar is nothing else than an uneducated, stupid, lazy and idiotic scammer which is even not able to use an word processing software. He like to impress only with big words.

Advance Fee Scammer: earoaltechnologies.com - Earoal Technologies - has even not enough money for a privacy protection service

Logo of the scammer Earoal TechnologiesThe scammer Earoal Technologies even does not know that Mumbai has streets with names. The scammer has registered his domain with “Registrant City: Mumbai” and “Registration Street: Mumbai”. It seems that the scammer even did not have enough money for using a privacy protection service for his domain registration data.

In his stupidity the scammer tries to offer a form filling process by email where the form is so complex that one agent needs in average 24 minutes for filling it. The scammer seems to be living in the digital Stone Age and does not know that the personal computer is already 40 years old. Additional got the SQL database system already in the early 1970s developed. A WikiPedia article shows the history of the development:

SQL was initially developed at IBM by Donald D. Chamberlin and Raymond F. Boyce in the early 1970s. This version, initially called SEQUEL (Structured English QUEry Language), was designed to manipulate and retrieve data stored in IBM's original quasi-relational database management system, System R, which a group at IBM San Jose Research Laboratory had developed during the 1970s. The acronym SEQUEL was later changed to SQL because "SEQUEL" was a trademark of the UK-based Hawker Siddeley aircraft company.

In the late 1970s, Relational Software, Inc. (now Oracle Corporation) saw the potential of the concepts described by Codd, Chamberlin, and Boyce, and developed their own SQL-based RDBMS with aspirations of selling it to the U.S. Navy, Central Intelligence Agency, and other U.S. government agencies. In June 1979, Relational Software, Inc. introduced the first commercially available implementation of SQL, Oracle V2 (Version2) for VAX computers.

After testing SQL at customer test sites to determine the usefulness and practicality of the system, IBM began developing commercial products based on their System R prototype including System/38, SQL/DS, and DB2, which were commercially available in 1979, 1981, and 1983, respectively

As we can see above is the database system already around 35 years old. If we add for a market launch and market penetration a timeframe of around 10 – 15 years then are still 20 years remaining since database systems are getting common used. Another time table found at Wikipedia shows us the develpment of the Microsoft SQL Server:

For these ones which don’t think that the technical aspect is not enough and are dreaming about form filling projects comes now the legal aspect.  Data which apply to the extent of a Form Filling Project are customer related data. The problem is that such customer related data are protected by law in the traditional outsourcing countries. Take a look at the data protection law from AustraliaEuropean Union and the USA. It does not make any difference if the data are getting provided to onshore or offshore companies during an outsourcing process. Consumer and customer data are protected by law and are not allowed to leave the company. An example about the law: AT&T had outsourced some voice processes and during this outsourcing process got 280,000 datasets from customers copied from the agents. AT&T got fined with US$ 25,000,000 in this case. Only stupid ones believe that some companies are taking such a risk to get fined with such amounts.

Already the email shows the missing intelligence of the scammer. Not one company is searching for an outsourcing broker from abroad. You can be sure that not one company is trashing money. For the case that some company likes to outsource some project, they'll search in such a case for a center directly instead for a broker. They like to save money and if they are searching abroad then they are searching for a direct center and not for scam broker. The reputation from India is already destroyed from the scammers and every business man in the traditional outsourcing countries knows this fact.

The missing intelligience of the scammer gets shown in the sentence "Bank Guarantee / Letter of credit (The Client will be providing a Bank Guarantee of $10500 USD from their Respective Bank and would be confirmed payable at any Nationalized / Regional Bank. The Bank Guarantee is provided for Center Security)". Here the "buiness scammer" prooves already that he even does not know the difference between a "Letter of Credit" and a "Bank Gurantee".

Finally gets the scam already in the ofer email with the words "One-Time Consultancy Fees" confirmed. Here is the scammer not knowing that he can get only paid from the site which hired him - it is not the center which hired him! He can only bill the One-Time Consultancy Fee to the not existing outsourcing client!

Typical for each scammer is that he cannot show his face at his LinkedIn profile. The scammer is even so stupid that he made a personal profile under the name of his scam company - for the case that the company exists.

The domain registration data from earoaltechnologies.com are showing that the scammer even does not know the difference between a street name and the name of a city:

We know from previous cases that scammer don't have any education, are not trained to use their brain, are too lazy to do some real work and like to get only your hard earned money. The same is it with Manoj Kumar Devisetty and his domains microsoftcertifiedtechnician.com and cognialtechnologies.net.

  6. weekly target and monthly target enabled. (*Conditions applied)

  7. Payout cycle 15-20 Working days

  8. Center must have static Ip’s to monitor agents/access call recordings

Until now the scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty does not know that real technical support is done only by inbound calls. If this inbound calls are getting generated from malware or are based on wrong information given from websites then is it a criminal action which can result in high fines and jail.

The scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty confirms in his email that he does even not know how a phone system (dialer) is working and likes to provide the phone system to the center. If he provides the phone system for the center, then he has to provide the data and VoIP too or he has to provide one phone system seperately for each center. The center have otherwise no control about the usage of their VoIP connection and their own data.

He likes even to sell the training to the centers. Manoj Kumar Devisetty is so stupid that he does not know for whom the centers are working. If he likes to get the work done, then he has to give a training to the centers free of charge!

The way how he likes to get rich quick is shown in the point 4 of his scam offer. There he likes to get dollar fines in the name of United Kingdom and India. That shows that he even did not get any education, because otherwise he would know that the currency in the United Kingdom is the Pound and in India is it the Indian Rupie (INR). Not one country declares fines in a foreign currency.

At the point 4a the scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty declares that each fraud sales will get fined between $50 and $100. The only problem is that each sale in technical support is a fraud sale and the complete campain is nothing else than a big fraud or a big scam.

The scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty shows his missing technical knowledge of the Internet in the point 4c. There he likes to provide IP addresses to the centers. If he does not setup a VPN system then he will not be able to provide IP addresses to the centers. Even that the center has to start to dial with a given IP address contradicts the point 1 where he says that the phone system (dialer) gets provided. Dialer are normally building up the phone connection and connect the call to the agents which are in duty.

At point 8 he contradicts himself that the center has to have a static ip address and at point 4c he likes to provide an IP address to the center. Here get it shown that he has no technical understanding and even does not know about what he is writing. It seems to me that the complete offer is nothing else than a copy of phrases from other offers,

The scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty is even using the name and trademark from Microsoft for his scam domain. That is at least misusage of a trademark and can get prosecuted. In his case does it even not help to hide the domain registry data behind a privacy service - he has forgotten that there is a domain registration history services available too:

Maybe it is too hard for him to remeber different user names and passwords. In such a case he need to use a little bit of his brain, which seems to be too hard for him.

Anyway he promotes a system called Intelliweb at the website http://cognialtechnologies.net/about with the following words:

Intelliweb is the highest ranked and award winning company for business service in the world.

We use the most intelligent and efficient technologies servicing business.

The contracdiction for the above sentence gets very fast found if we take a look at the Alexa global ranking of the domain cognialtechnologies.net:

Alexa ranking of cognialtechnologies.net

Additional like the scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty to live in the same house like Barak Obama - the White House - like it is shown at the contact us page of cognialtechnologies.net:

White House - 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC, 20500

Update November 2, 2015:

To show you how the scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty is working I show you the first message, which he sent to me on July 24, 2015 on LinkedIn. With this message he declares that he has no ideas how offshore centers are working and how to identify scammer. It can also be that he likes to get some information about in which kind of campaigns I would invest:

Hi,

Need a help from you that to start an voice process or non voice process asap I have already tried some consultant people and paid money to them and lost lakhs of rupees... Will you please advice me how can I process further and what type of works to take do you had one let me know

Regards
Manoj

Yesterday, a few hours after he has taken a look at my LinkedIn profile, he has contacted me again. The content of his message shows that he has even not been following the link and has been too lazy to read my full article about his scam:

Hi saw you post that I'm doing scams and earn a lot of money.

1. I'm not taking any money from centers and all
2. I do have a proof that we are paying regular payments and happy customers
3. And this is the not they to use... And it also mention in the site it is the form of cognialtechnogies

I do respect you comment and updates bit I don't know why you kept me like this.... Will you please let me know where the situation arises from your side. So that we can rectify the errors

The facts are:

  • There is nowhere written that he is earning a lot of money. I cannot know how many stupid people have tried to make some business with the scammer and for this reason I cannot know his income from the scam

  • That he does not take some money from the center is a big lie, because in his offer is written that he likes to get $200 for an online training of the center. Maybe in his scammer dreams are $200 no money or only a tip.

  • With his point 2 "I have a proof that we are paying regular payments ..." he confirms that he likes to play man-in-the-middle. How he can have a proof about regular paymenta if he even did not know two months before which kind of campaigns are legit and which are scam?

  • He even has even forgotten that he is the owner of the domain cognialtechnologies.com. He tries to play even here man-in-the-middle. The statement "... it is the form of cognialtechnogies" shows only that he has a bad memory!

  • I think that even he does not recognize already his own lies and is living in a dream world. Another possibility is that some drugs or alcohol have already destroyed his brain and he is not able to think logically

To say that he is not using any scam is not enough. I understand it like this that he is producing scam instead of using an existing one:

That you can ask me directly and I'm not using any scam according this I'll be happy that you are delete the post of that. And that's

Based on the information he provided until now I see not any failure or error in my opinion that Manoj Kumar Devisetty with his sites microsoftcertifiedtechnician.com and cognialtechnologies.net is nothing else than a scammer! So there is no reason to delete or to correct something.

With his next statement the scammer is already thinking that a phone number from an UK VoIP provider is already a company registration:

My company is n UK also you can check in records sir, as we are moving with good reputation and don't spoil that post

Where is the reputation coming from? I did not find any reputation about one of his domains, which are only 7 and 8 months old. It takes years to build up a good reputation. I know he is a super businessman, which has confirmed three months before that he even don't know how to identify scam offers. Is such a businessman able to build up a good reputation within a few days?

This lie about the UK company can get very easily identified. Each company, which is working B2B needs to have in the European Union a VAT ID. The VAT number is not a secret and has to get provided on each bill. Valid VAT numbers can get verified on a central website. For this reason I asked the scammer Manoj Kumar Devisetty to tell me his VAT number, which he could not provide:

I'm Mr. Rudolf in not working wih you and I doest want to show all the details and you can check in Google search

On this statement I tried to explain him the EU tax and billing rules with the words: "Google is not relevant for this purpose. You have just confirmed that you have even no idea from the billing laws inside the European Union. For this you have no company in the UK. You are nothing else than a scammer. VAT ID's of both parties have to get written on each bill! They are not a secret, they are against tax fraud available!!!"

Bull shit..!! I need not to be get fraud from you and I'm not gaining anything from you and mostly you are not even my clinet to show the proofs and all.... I had just informed you that. With having any relevant kind of information how could you put all by its own way. I don't want to share everyone everything to all to prove my self OK. Thanks Mr.Rudolf please to meet you again this is not personal don't take to the heart everything. And you had a Cline that we had fraud and all if yes, let me know

I know that a scammer cannot provide any proves for this I replied this way: "I know you need not fraud because you make the fraud by yourself. Your lies don't help you and the law is not interested in it what you like or not. Here some information and links about VAT-ID's: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VAT_identification_number"

Mr.Rudolf its own thing to share... if you please dont mine please delete that and i dont want to get a call from all the people.... i had given the basic details about that and more thing i'm not the slave for you to prove the records from all or else leave it

no one intimated that i'm a scammer and non raise a complete on me and took your own decision to make your self Great work

It does not matter or makes any difference if Manoj Kumar Devisetty has already scammed some people or not. He has at least tried to scam somebody. That fact shows the charcter of Manoj Kumar Devisetty and makes him to a scammer instead of a trustful business partner.

I don't know how other people are calling someone which is

  • misusing the name of a trademark
  • thinking that he has his office inside the residence of the U.S. president - the White House
  • registering at least one domain with an incomplete address (street address of cognialtechnologies.com is missing or wrong)
  • offering at least one offshore call center campaign which is nothing else than a big scam (outgoing tech support)
  • and lies as soon as he starts typing or open his mouth

For me are such people only SCAMMER, FRAUDSTER and CRIMINALS!!!

As we know that scammer are lazy gets the website http://www.stanfordonlinecourses.com [2016-02-25: Link removed as the domain standfordonlinecourses.com already not exists] forwarded to https://lagunita.stanford.edu.

Let's take a look at Gaby Andersons offer in Facebook:

Facebook offer from Gaby Anderson

-Inbound / Outbound EDU Campaign-
Hourly Rate: $20/hour/agent
Payment Cycle: Weekly
Program Description: Take a call from students who's interested enrolling in college
Leads: Included
Dialer: Included
Voip: Included
We prefer centers in Philippines!
For more info you can contact me at:
Email : ganderson@stanfordonlinecourses.com
Skype : stanford.ganderson

You can expect, that nobody from USA will outsource for $20/hour/agent. Nobody likes to pay more then absolute necessary. In the campaign detail description is even written: $20.00/hour with $3.00/hour increase after 3 months of service. For this money nobody will hire an offshore call center. He can have it for the same price in the USA too.

As written in the announcement the scammer is preferring call centers from the Philippines. I got forwarded a Skype communication from Gaby Anderson:

Hello Mr.Anderson
[5/21/2015 10:55:34 PM] Hamza Ali Khan: Do you still have that inbound campaign?
[4:01:02 AM] Gaby Anderson: Yes
[4:01:30 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: Can you send me the details to my email please?
[4:01:40 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: hamzaalikhan7@gmail.com
[4:01:47 AM] ***  ***
[4:08:27 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: Great!
[4:09:29 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: So are you hiring on individual basis or call centers only?
[4:09:51 AM] Gaby Anderson: CAllCenter
[4:09:58 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: Wonderful!
[4:10:14 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: Please visit our site for the company profile smile emoticon
[4:10:26 AM] Hamza Ali Khan:
[4:12:05 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: we have been working with a number of overseas clients for last 8 years.
[4:15:03 AM] Hamza Ali Khan: Let me know what will be the process moving forward.
[4:16:44 AM] Gaby Anderson: Let me Tell you Directly before i pass you to my campaign manager CALLCENTER IN INDIA BANGLADESH PAKISTAN we require them to have a safety deposit with us justy to be sure they would comply to the job

Exactly here is the scam. A safety deposit has to receive the center and not the broker. The center is doing the work. The broker or the client has no risk especially if the provide the phone system and VoIP minutes. In this case they are able to stop a center even without any notice. For this the safety deposit is nothing else than a big SCAM.

A IP-check of his Skype connection locates him today at 10:15am Philippines time with the IP address 49.145.213.188. The geolocation shows that he is operating with his fraud from Manila and is using the provider PLDT.

Avoiding getting scammed - make a background check

Where ever business is done, fraudsters are not far away. You’ll get scammed if you have to trust to someone met over the internet.  Make in each case a background check of your future business partner.

If you get the offer by using a professional membership site like LinkedIn and the profile has no picture from a real person uploaded then forget the offer. You even need not continue using this script. The possibility that you got the offer from a scammer is in this case already 99%. Only scammers are in need to hide themselves in the anonymity of the Internet.

Start with the picture search if a picture of your business partner is provided. It is easy if you are using Google Chrome for browsing.  Put your mouse pointer over their profile picture and by doing a right click chose “Search Google for this image”.  If you don’t have this option then you can save the image at your local hard disk (right click at the image and chose “Save image as..” from the context menu). Afterwards you go open http://images.google.com, click at the camera symbol and upload your picture. Google is able to take a picture from an url too, but it has no access to some membership sites.

Don’t let yourself get fooled from the result set, because you will also get the same picture with the name from their followers on the social networks and even from similar pictures (googles computers are thinking that the picture is looking similar).

Try to find negative comments and the use of different names in the profile on other sites used for the person shown at the picture.  Most of the scammers are using pictures found at the internet, which are showing important persons or celebrities.

If your search has been negative until now, then continue with the real domain name of your business partner. Use the email domain or the link, which they have sent you. Use http://www.scamadviser.com for checking their domain reputation.  If the given postal contact address is not matching with the registered domain name or they are using an anonymizing service for the domain name, then your business partner has something to hide. Real companies are proud about their products and their name is their trademark. For this they will not hide themselves in the anonymity of the Internet. Only scammers are hiding themselves.

Locate the place or the area of the world from where they have sent you an email. For this you need to consult the documentation of your email client or you use Google to find out the way how to get the Internet email headers for your email client. In the Internet email headers is the way described which the email has taken. Simple copy the Internet email headers into the form shown at the free online tool found at http://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders. You get a route list, which the email has taken on it way with the ip addresses.

You can check the location of this ip addresses by using the free site http://www.iplocation.net/. The location shall match the promoted location and country of your communication partner. Be aware, that the location can be the next larger city next to the address of your communication partner.

If you have did not find something negative about your new business partner, then you should continue with using Google search.

Google has few search options, which can help you to find something out about your new business partner. This search will take a lot more time. Search for the name of your business partner, the name of his company in all possible combinations.

Search with an exact phrase:
Put quotation marks around words "[any word]" to search for an exact phrase in an exact order. Keep in mind that searching with quotes might exclude relevant results. For instance, a search for "Alexander Bell" will miss pages that refer to Alexander G. Bell.

I use this function for searching names and domain names of my business partner. Especially by searching a specific domain name is it very helpful. Scammer sites are getting very fast documented by others and you are able to review their comments.

Search within a specific site:
Precede your query with site: if you know you want your answer from within a specific site or type of site (.org, .edu). For example: site:edu or site:nytimes.com.

As you can search inside a specific site, you can exclude specific sites, by excluding them. To exclude them from the result set you need only put a dash in front. Example -site:linkedin.com for not listing all the contacts from LinkedIn

Find related pages:

Use the related: operator to find pages that have similar content by typing related: followed by the website address. For instance, if you find a website you like, try using related:[insert URL] to locate similar websites.

In any case, even if you did not find out something bad about your new business partner, you should take the lowest possible risk for making business. Sorry, but a perfect instruction for not getting scammed is not available. Think every time that even companies cannot give you money for doing nothing. Every offer, which seems too good to be true, is only scam. So don't turn off your brain if you get a very good offer. Don’t get greedy. One side wins in each in each business, which is done. It is the seller - otherwise he would not sell it.
