Offshore Outsourcing & Scammer

Blog about offshore outsourcing and scammer in the outsourcing industry

Chandra Gupta - Kreation Next - kreationnext.com - likes to make money from scammers

kreationnext.com social network logoIf I would take some money to removing some entries from my blog, than I would not be better than the scammer. Making money on this way would lead with the time to scam others or into blackmailing of innocent small business owners. That is not my idea for making money. Before I'll go down to this level I would prefer to be a beggar.

Anyway even such an offer shows that this one, which makes the offer, does not understand the nature and structure of the Internet. In the Internet are a lot of services available which like to archive the content of the web and the authors from websites have no influence on it. Examples are Googles Web Cache, WayBack Machine, etc. It is nearly impossible to remove some content from the Internet as the content gets distributed viral. To get something removed from Google you need to get a court order and in this case it will only get removed from the search result in that country from where the court order is coming from. Google is not the only search engine on the web.

If you get under these conditions an invitation for an offer from a company, which seems to be an Internet service provider and is offering at their website "Professional Web Designing", "SEO Expert Solution", "Online Store in no time", dedicated servers and more, for removing content from your own site under the title "Managing Web Reputation", than you think first about a bad joke, a faked sender or some other fraud instead of a real business. How someone can handle your online reputation if he does not know the basics of the Internet?

Under the above condition I got the following invitation for an offer from Chandra Gupta (19 contacts at LinkedIn) - kreationnext.com (LinkedIn profile [14 contacts], Facebook page [83 likes]) by using my web contact form:

Hello

This is Chandra Gupta from Kreation Next. We have a few clients who would like to remove their complaints from your website and wants us to manage their web reputation. Before getting them into our contract, we would like a quotation from your end for removal of each link / topic from your website, and also a
contact person/number where we can contact you on it.

Also, if possible please provide quotation on bulk & single link basis. The time required for removal of a link/multiple links (say 50 or more links).

Awaiting your reply.
Thanks in advance

As the provided email address is from his domain and the name has been fitting to the domain registry data I have answered the request without offering something. To get an answer back I have invented the wrong information that his company is registered in Dehli and his posting has been done from Kolkata:

Hello Chandra Gupta

I think by reading of the attached mail more on a bad joke than a real offer. The IP address is from Kolkata and your company is registered in Dehli - a distance of 2 hours by airplane.

The message got entered at my website at January 20, 2016 09:36am (GMT+1) into the mail form with the following informations:

As expected I got a reply from Chandra Gupta as expected with a confirmation that he has sent the offer request, but the request is not from a real business man, which likes to make some business - it is more the email from someone which did not get what he has expected in his hope:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I think you have got confused somewhere. I mailed you from kolkata, that's true, and also we are from kolkata.

Please refer to the following links for more details:

https://maps.google.co.in/maps?hl=en&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&q=kreation+next&fb=1&gl=in&hq=kreation+next&hnear=0x39f882db4908f667:0x43e330

https://secure.kreationnext.com/iso/verify-iso.html

There are a few things I need to clear about:
1. It doesn't take me a two hours journey to reach my office
2. We are based at kolkata
3. I make jokes with friends and family. And I don't make friends at business or make any joke (good or bad) at business.
4. The research you made on our company is a massive failure.
5. Your spellings are disastrous on the mail.

Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.

Regards,

My answer to the above email is that I'm not commercial available and my opinions are not for sale. Maybe it is hard to believe for some people without any beliefs as some are thinking that everything is commercial available and the big question is only for which price. I don't belong to this kind of people. I don't like to let me pull down to the same level like scammers. I like to be able to look into the mirror without shame.

Why shall I remove a scammer from my blog? Why shall I make it easier for a scammer to continue with his sham business? Why shall I try to make the online reputation work from Chandra Gupta for a scammer easier? As we are here in real life and not in the kindergarten I see no reason to help some scammers as long as they don't change their own life by coming honest. Small scammers don't have the money for hiring someone to improve their online reputation and these scammers which have enough money for this purpose have gotten it from cheating their hard working victims and not from their own hard work. Would it be fair for a first time scammer, which has no money for getting removed, to prefer the serial and organized scammers only for the reason that they have been successful and are paying some money? That would be like carrying water to the sea for making the sea less salty.

How much the owner of the site understands from SEO and Internet marketing gets shown at his own site. The Alexa ranking from kreationnext.com shows not really impressing values after the site has been 5 years and 56 Days online. The same quality can expected from his new service "Online Reputation Management" too:

The Alexa daily pageviews are interesting too:

Alexa: How engaged are visitors to kreationnext.com?

What can you expect more from people, which are using phrases like "Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.". Only stupid people are calling pressing a simple "unpublish" or "delete" button "work"! That Chandra Gupta has not invented the work by himself gets shown on his own website and his social networks entries. He likes to earn money only from the work of others.

Update January 24, 2016: Chandra Gupta has submitted an email to me and asked for publishing it as add-on to this article. Here is his email:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I found your article on me and my company from your website. I have to agree you are a good writer and your spellings have improved a lot. Still you are missing the spelling of the city "Delhi" & "too"(its not 'Dehli', and you pronounce it as 'Dilli').

I thank you for showing interest in me and my company. I haven't seen a stranger in my entire life who has taken such interest and given so much time and effort to research on my profile and background. I should have given you a hug if you were near.

Some of my clients requested for removal of negative links/comments from other websites. Since I am not in the business of SEO or Reputation Management, I asked them to hold the offer while I complete the cost analysis. Before I get them in a contract I wanted to make sure that I can do it and provide them the best price for their request. As such I requested for a quotation from your side as well as other websites owners & staff. I am not at all interested in what business they do or who are they in their personal life. It takes too much effort and time to do so. And after working(Well by work I include my studies too) for 16 hours a day and 365 days a year, I don't get that much energy to do so.

A simple and small event of "request for a quotation for removal of links from your website" can lead to so much issue that you would take me under the microscope and start making wrong assumptions and portray a different image to the world. I didn't think that such a minute little thing can turn out to be an iceberg, that you will start researching on my website and me and turn me out into a parasite.

Well let me tell you what I exactly do:
1. I sell and configure dedicated servers, VPS servers, proxy servers, email gateways, system monitoring system, etc so that it can perform at an optimum level, safely without any unauthorized access attempts from hackers and spammers.
2. Design customized desktop applications and web applications for my customers.

And this is what I do all by myself with a lot of assistance from Google search. I have a small family and I am satisfied with my small earnings and a happy family.

And it takes a lot of hard work and research to take care of each and every minute detail. And I am really sorry to my business as I haven't taken good care of my website and SEO. I have just completed my website a few days back, but still a few tweaks are pending. Well about SEO, I am not an expert. I need to learn on it a bit before I proceed.

I am still a black dot on a black board and I frankly am not such an important guy that you need to spend so much of your valuable time on me and my life. Though its a wrongly assumed small biography, but still, I haven't grown that big yet.

Though I checked your blog too, it is mostly based on scammers and scams, and some info about some good campaigns from Deep Blue Marketing. I think you are a part of the Deep Blue Marketing Team though (Its only my personal view). And you have been blogging for about a year now on the wwpa.com( check your last post). As I assumed your work, you are good with seo and your domain is 20 years old. Don't you think you should be within the top 1000 in alexa, with so much of seo experience?

You have spent so much time and effort on writing blogs on spammers, I fear that you may turn out to be a spammer in future if not already. You know, "We are what we do".

Keep yourself safe and happy.

I am a bit rude sometimes, sorry if I have hurt you in anyway.

Finally, a request though, you may or may not do, its your choice. Add this mail to your blog too and don't forget to comment. And also if possible send me an email when done with the link so that I can check it out.

The risk that I'm start to scam is very low, because I'm not active in business. That means that I'm not offering or selling something. I have been hard working in business for more than 35 years and everything comes one time an end. Now I enjoy my life and take it how it comes.

As I have started in the late 70ths to work in the IT industry in Austria I made the experience that everybody helped each other without any restrictions and without asking for something. It has been a simple helping each other. I have continued this kind of working together during all my active time.

Two years ago I have relocated from Austria to the Philippines. Here I found a friend, which needed to close his call center for the reason of getting scammed. For this reason I have taken a look into the offshore outsourcing industry again and found that nearly all the offers are nothing else than scam. I started December 2014 by commenting and writing against the scammers found at the social networks. Since December 2014 I have found only three campaign brokers, which are offering in a serious way campaigns. The three companies are Kathy Sisk Enterprises (USA), Ian Haines Consulting (UK) and Deep Blue Marketing (DBM) - Lars Christiansen (Denmark, Spain, USA, Dominican Republic). All three are offering campaigns without any upfront payments. They are getting paid from the client for searching call centers which are able to fulfill the requirements of the client and not for centers which are able to pay for getting work. That is that what I understand in making a serious business. I'm publishing available campaigns as soon as I get updates from these companies. I'm publishing the campaign offers for free of charge as they help me to show that not all the offers found in the social networks are scam and how real offshore outsourcing business is working.

That I'm independent from the named campaign brokers gets already shown that DBM is the exclusive broker for the Caribbean Cruise Line campaign. That is a real campaign with very tight margins and it is hard for the centers to make some earnings with this campaign. I'm not promoting this campaign. I have even written some negative articles about this campaign. These articles are getting found at:

If you are working for a company you will not have the chance to write negative about a customer of this company. At least you would not long working after such an article for this company.

Don't worry I have been thinking if there is a possibility to monetize my blogs. By showing banner ads will nobody click on it. The most people are already using AdBlocker (I'm using an AdBlocker too). I have been even thinking about placing a donate button on my site, but what will I do if a scammer will donate something and I need to write later on an article about this scammer? I think it is better to let it like it is and stay independent.

About the writing of the capital from India I can say only that in the early 70ths has been written in the Austrian schoolbooks the name as Dehli and that is the way how the city gets pronounced in the German speaking countries. I'm not searching Google for the correct writing of city names. Even in the German version of Wikipedia is written about Delhi/Delhi:

Daneben existiert die Variante Dehlī [ˈd̪eːhlːi], die ursprünglich vor allem von den Muslimen benutzt wurde. Der Name leitet sich vermutlich vom alten Hindustani-Wort dil für „Hügel“ ab.

Translated to English is it:

In addition the variant Dehli [ˈd̪eːhlːi] exists, which was originally used mainly by Muslims. The name properly derives from the ancient Hindustani-word dil for "hill".

I think that there are much bigger problems found in the offshore outsourcing industry than the correct writing of the name from the capital of India where even two versions are existing or to discuss about possible type mismatches.

It is hardly possible to hurt me. We have in German language a proverb: "Wer austeilen kann muss auch einstecken können", translated to English has it the meaning of "Who could kick and punch must be able to stand answers in return".

Scammer: Angel Kashyap - angel.ztechsolutions@gmail.com - angel.kashyap2 - angel ztechsolutins

Scammer can get easily identified because they don’t like to provide a manhunt picture in their profiles in the social networks by themselves and their offers are sounding too good to be true. Their problem is that they lie and each one which is lying needs a memory like an elephant. Scammer are not trained to use their brain so they even forget to use for each scam another profile, email address, skype address. It can be even too difficult for them because they are lazy and only interested to make money fast.

As intelligence is commercial not available, scammers are even not able to invest something into their own education. It seems that the scammers even don’t have enough brain to learn by their own mistakes or to inform themselves if their invented campaign is possible or not. Scammers are even thinking that a lot of requirements and providing a nice hourly rate is enough to get a huge upfront fee from the centers. The same way is thinking the scammer Angel Kashyap (email: angel.ztechsolutions@gmail.com, Skype: angel.kashyap2) from India. Not one outsourcing client is searching for a broker abroad and already for this reason are the offers from Angel Kashyap already scam. If we take a look at the offer which Angel Kashyap sent out by email we’ll find a lot reasons why the offer is scam:

Required Agents : 15

Required Lead Supervisor    : 01

Payout Per Agent per Hour    : $8 USD (Fixed For 1 Year contract)

Payout per Hour of Lead Supervisor : $10 USD (Fixed For 1 Year contract)

Deduction of Leave    : $ 26.92 USD

Bonus On Full Attendance : $ 50 USD

For Call Quality Purpose : 10 Calls will be Checked in a Month

100% Call Quality Bonus    : $ 50 USD

0% Call Quality Deduction    : $ 50 USD

Off Days    : Only Sunday

Login Hours    : 9 AM to 6 PM US Time

AUX (Break) Time    : 45 Minutes

Training Period    : 5 Days

Initially contract Period : 1 Year

Email:- angel.ztechsolutions@gmail.com
Skype:- angel.kashyap2

It is already nice to find an hourly paid campaign. The problem is only that the campaign and all other campaigns from the scammer Angel Kashyap is only scam. The scammer is so stupid and seems that he does not know how call centers are working. The scammer even does not know that there is no U.S. timezone and already the United States has including Alaska and Hawai six time zones. At the continental United States we'll find the following time zones:

United States time zones map

Break time is not a paid time and for this reason does it not matter if the break is 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour. It remains to the organization of the call center how breaks are getting handled. It will normally never happen that all agents from a call center are making break at the same time.

Anyway with the provided email and Skype data we are able to find the social profiles of the scammer. Google finds at:

At Call Centers Forum got the user with the email address angel.ztechsolutions@gmail.com after 4 postings already banned:

Call Center Forum: angel.ztechsolutions@gmail.com got banned

More lucky has been the scammer Angel Kashyap at Call Center Partner posted December 2013:

Angel ztechThis project shows already how stupid the scammer Angel Kashyap is. With accuracy of 60% can get each 3rd word written wrong and the work of a profreading gets accepted. Microsoft Word is doing a better job for less money. Anyway the Call Center Partner profile from "Angel ztech" is linking to a Google+ profile of Angel ztech. The profile look empty. There get only found 4 friends and the profile itself is connected from 58 others. Nearly all connections at Google+ are not showing real people at their profile picture. The profile picture from the Google+ profile of Angel ztech gets found on 770 other websites too and you can be sure that it does not show owner of the profile.

The same project above got posted on LinkedIn Pulse at September 22, 2015 from a profile with the name "angel ztechsolutins". It seems that the Novel writing project is a never ending story. If the error correction needs only an accuracy of 60% it will never become a real story. Another campaign got posted on October 23, 2015 at LinkedIn Pulse from the same scammer with the title "Australia form filling process":

A big problem for the campaign offer above is the Australian data protection law - Australian Privacy Principles (APPS). The fines breaking the law are for the client very high and for this not one company will risk getting fined. On the other site is the personal computer already 40 years old and all data are already digital stored. There is no need for any form filling work. Forms are getting filled automatically and with 100% accurancy from the computer. Why someone should hire manual work in this case?

I don't like to list now all the scam campaigns from Angel Kashyap, because all the campaigns listed from this profile are scam. I like to show you now some interesting connections found in the campaigns. At Call Centers Forum we'll find a posting from November 2013 at http://www.callcentersforum.com/tag-bpo.html?page=5 with the following content:

We can continue endless following up their phone numbers and email addresses. All profiles we'll find have in common that not one provides the picture of a real person, all have a free email address, not one remembers the correct writing of his company name and much more. Not one is for this reasons trustful. Centers which got scammed from them are guilty by themselves. Everybody which is sending some money to such scammers should consult a madhouse doctor for a check-up.

Here you can see the Skype profile from Angel Kashyap. The person is even here not able to show his real face and is dreaming from live in Dubai instead of India. Maybe the jails in Dubai are more comfortable than in India:

Scammer: 9FRAMES INFO SERVICES LLP - 9frramez.com - 9frames.org

Logo 9frramez Info Service LLPProfile picture of safiya begumRecently I got forwarded a form filling project "US LOAN CUSTOMERS DATA DIGITALIZATION PROCESS". Already the title told me that the project is nothing else than scam. U.S. consumer date are protected by law. Banking data and loan data are high sensible data and are for this reason to get special protected. Public available are normally not more than data found in a phone directory.

The offer is from 9frramez Info Service LLP, which should be an ISO 9001-2008 certified company for the case even the the ISO certification is not a fake too. Their staff member can even not show her own face at her LinkedIn profile. It seems that Safiya Begum (for the case it is her true name) does not like to provide a manhunt picture by herself. The same is valid for their director, which is using at LinkedIn the name "9 frramez" and a graphic instead of a profile picture. The Facebook profile of 9frramez does not look in a better way.

It seems that both are believing that it is enough to promote dream campaigns and get for their inventions huge advanced fees. In any case is the comment interesting with which I got the campaign description forwarded:

Greetings of the day.

please find the attachments of the campaign.

These guys have Diwali offer for me in the payment which ill send you in another mail.

To talk about work, when i visited their registered office they showed me the work in the software they going to provide me for the work. I have seen the the software, seen them working on it.

I had searched for their companies master data in mca21.com an Indian government website. I will send those details too.

when i visited one of their vendor(center which is working on their project like other centers) he told me that he paid some amount while getting the project, though there is a delay in the payback, client is paying the bills without fail. He is running a home based BPO where he is living with his family. He showed me the mails of work he's been allotted. his employees are working through team viewer. I had observed everything and didn't find anything to doubt him.

Coming to 9frames they were a bit rude when i asked them for another center details. Previously they used to call me of their own, but now when i called them about the center details they were rude. I just said them "fine then....thank you".

Please go through all of them.

Attached has been the project description as pdf-file and the following screenshot:

The above screenshot shows that the data are computer generated and for this reason already stored in a digital way. There is no need for any manually action to convert the data into another format or storage ares. This can be done by converting data on the direct way. Such a data conversion is faster (depending on the system itself will take such a export/import procedure a few minutes and not 11 months like described in the pdf-file) and is 100% error free. In any case is a dataconversion cheaper than any manual workforce.

For this free invented project the scammer likes to get  "SERVICE FEE Rs.2.00 Lakh + (14% Service Tax) for Each 5 Seats or Rs.3.75 Lakh + (14% Service Tax) for Each 10 Seats". I know that scammer don't like to use their brain and they are thinking if they invent a campaign then it needs to be very expensive. But they are even to stupid to invent a campaign for a scam which can hardly get identified, because their brain is not in training.

That they even ar too stupid to remember their own company name gets shown if we take a look at their company registration data:

It seems that Neelesh is even too lazy to look into the full legal disclaimer of this website or into the domain registration data. There he would find my address he is asking for.

Sure, each scammer does not recognize his own fail. The problem is only that 9frames Info Services LLP does not have any client for the offered campaign because loan data are in the U.S. protected by law and the outsourcing client would get fined with US$ 16,000 per record. If we are calculating how many records a center with 5 or 10 seats can enter during one day then we see that the client would pay millions of dollars for each day as a fine. For this reason the complete offshore outsourcing campaign will not make any sense because the client will pay in sum more than to let it typing by the most expensive staff of his own company.

So Neelesh, please file a law court case and bring the evidence that I'm wrong in my opinion. I'll bring you the victims, which got already scammed from from 9framez Info Services LLP.

An unbelievable offer from SYNTEL Pvt. Ltd. Australia - or to rent is more expensive than to buy

Amanjit SahotaSYNTEL Pvt. Ltd.An Australian company, with the name Syntel Pvt. Ltd. got registered on June 17, 2013. The "Founding Partner and Director at Syntel Pty Ltd" Amanjit Sahota writes by himself in his LinkedIn profile that he is since August 2014 Director of his own company, makes the company already very suspect. For me it shows that the company did not earn enough in the time from June 2013 until July 2014 for paying his salary and/or he got fired on his other job.

If I read additional in the year 2015 at http://syntel.com.au/why-syntel (2016-02-25: Link removed - Domain not exists): "We have spent the last 6 years perfecting VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone systems which means you can take advantage of the internet to make cheaper, often free calls." than I know that they are notorious liars or they are not able to calculate by using their brain and have not enough money for a pocket calculator. Both is in business worse.

If such a person even does not understand the difference between a LinkedIn company page and a LinkedIn personal profile, then it shows that the person seems have a real problem understanding any rules in business. If I read additional in his profile that his language is Punjabi then I think already about a post forwarding service and not about a local company in Australia.

Anyway the business amateur Amajit Sohota has sent me from his "personal company" profile at LinkedIn the following offer:

G`day Rudolf,

How are ya?

Many thanks for accepting my invite.

The reason I am getting in touch is that we have large presence in Manila and we are growing fast. We have a couple of ex-pats, from Australia, who are recommending our Hosted VPBX Services to customers in Manila. This is going great and I was wondering if this would be something we could partner up with?

The Dealer Agreement is a pretty straight forward arrangement whereby you locate possible opportunities, scope them out and then recommend us to them. We then take care of the rest. If they sign up we are happy to pay the following, which to date is the largest number of seats we have had come on board through a referral in one go:

5,000 Seat Opportunity.
5000 x $10 = $50,000 Up Front Fee

This particular customer went for the $49.95 All inclusive plan.
Therefore the trail is as follows: 5000 x $49.95 = $249,750.00 10% Trail = $24,975.00 Per Month for the 36 Months of the contract.

Most customers opt for either the $15 plan or the $49.95, depending on their needs. There are plans in between, they do not get much take up. We can be bespoke, if the opportunity requires, just let us know and we can amend accordingly. We pride ourselves on being proactive and dynamic.

As you can see the figures are inviting, for the right opportunity. This is, to date, the largest opportunity we have had in Manila.

Please do get back to me on: amanjit@syntel.com.au if this of interest.

My Director of Support will be in Manila in early December and would be happy to meet up, to discuss further. I will be up in early February, so happy to meet then, if that suits.

Enjoy your day and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks!

I really cannot believe that one owner of a 5,000 seat call center can be so stupid to sign-up with such a suspicious company. Does such a call center owner not think about the risk what he has with only one business partner? Such a center needs to get divided into a few sections to reduce the risk of a fail. A serious consultant will warn such people and reject the job if the call center owner does not understand the risk. One example of the risk: If the Internet connection from the place of the center drops for an hour the damage would be 5,000 working hours of his agents! The same can happen with the power connection of the center - only the Internet connection drops normally more often than the power connection.

As the email address provided in the offer is from an Australian domain I think that the prices are in Australian Dollars. Based on the exchange rate from today the up-front fee of AU$ 50,000 has the value of US$ 35,499.51 and the offer the monthly payment from AU$ 24,975 has the value of US$ 17,732.

Nowhere is written what is all included in the "all inclusive" offer. It seems to be only important for Amanjit Sahota to make money instead of explaining his offer. I would kick out such a salesman from my company. VoIP minutes cannot be included because they are different from country to country, from provider to provider and if fixed or mobile phones are get called. The local computers from the centers and the Internet connection of the center cannot be included too because the price is depending on the region of the world. In this case in the "all inclusive" offer can be only be included can the basic hosting and the rental of a phone system. For this is the offered price nothing else than profiteering.

To my reply "Maybe you need to rethink your offer and compare your prices with others on the international market", I got the answer:

G`day Rudolf,

How are ya?

Thanks for the message. We have Call Centres which are primarily for Overseas Clients, so our rates are good for them. Happy to discuss what would work with you.

Thanks!

Ammo

It seems to be his sales strategy. I don't think that he would be really successful with this strategy.

Let us make a simple calculation example: I would take for security reasons at 4 SQL server, which are storing the data, the configuration of the phone systems and the call detail records. The price for one sql server hardware is around US$ 1,000. In sum we spend US$ 4,000 for our datastorage system. Additonal I would use for 500 seats one phone system based on Linux and Asterisk (Asterisk itself, GoAutoDial or a similar product). The price for one of these phone systems is around US$ 500. As I need 10 from them I spend in sum US$ 5,000. As Linux, Asterisk, GoAutoDial is open source I don't need to pay something for the software and I have enough capacity for a failover in the case that one system dies. Each of the phone systems will get connected to different Internet providers. This will enhance the failover possibilities and reduces the risk of an Internet drop. As more different VoIP providers I'll use as higher would get my security in the case of an error. I even can make a least cost routing between the chosen VoIP providers.

If we take now the above calculation in sum then I have spent until now only US$ 9,000 for the hardware. If I like to use the MS SQL server instead of a Linux open source SQL server than I need to spend additional US$ 650 for the Windows Server Software and US$ 4000 for the MS SQL Server. As I'm using 4 SQL-Server I have to spend in this case US$ 18,600 for the software. Even if we are now counting everything together we spend in sum US$ 27,600. That is even less than the up-front fee from the offer from Syntel Pvt. Ltd. (US$ 35,499.51). I would even make personally the complete server setup for the center for less than the half of the remaining US$ 7,899.517, which this solution is cheaper then the up-front costs from Syntel Pvt. Ltd.

The savings of my suggestion are in this case the "very small" amount of US$ 24.975 each month for 36 months of the contract. That makes the "little" sum of US$ 899,100 during 3 years of operation.

Update November 23, 2015: Syntel sent a message that in the "all inclusive" Plan is VoIP included:

G`day Rudolf,

How are ya? Hope you had a great weekend.

The All Inclusive Plans included All Local/National Calls All 1300/1800 Numbers and All Mobile calls.

Hope that assist. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Thanks!

A call center is working 17 hours a day (call time between 8 am and 9 pm additional 4 time zones on the continent) and 6 days a week calling the U.S. If we take now the minutes generated from a single agent then we need to multiply 60 minutes per hour * 17 hours a day * 26 days per month to see the result of 26,520 minutes an agent is generating during one month. If we divide now the difference between the standard plan and the all inclusive plan (AU$ 34.95 = US$ 25.26) then we see that this sum got offered as flat rate from some VoIP providers for private users. These VoIP providers, which have offered such a flat rate, are getting found now at the VoIP cemetery. The reason is very simple found. We need only divide the US$ 25.26 by the generated minutes from one agent during one month - 26,520. The result is rounded US$ 0.00095249. This minute price is far under the value which are the telecom companies billing under each other for the minutes. Each minute will generate a loss in this case. Not one company will pay you for using their lines.

The all inclusive offer is even worse and the loss for the phone companies higher for the case that this offer is restricted to the Australian phone numbers. The Australian free phone numbers 1300/1800 are not getting called from call centers because call centers need to sell something and not speak with customer services. The interconnect exchange rate is for Australia even at least 10 times higher than from U.S. phone companies. The agent is only 1 hour less generating per day because Australia has only 3 time zones on the continent.

Scammer: Deepak Parmar is misusing the company documents from INFOCL Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The criminal Deepak Parmar is misusing the copies of the company documents INFOCL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. A verification email with the company owner shows the scam.

Such a behavior destroys the reputation of the real company and needs to get prosecuted in front of the law court. I hope that this scammer ends up in jail and the key to the jail gets thrown away. Responsible for this are the authorities from India. As nobody has done something against this scam the whole country will get implausible. I can understand all these people which are already rejecting making business with Indian companies. If the few real business owners will not defend their own reputation in their own country by starting their own war against the scammer then they will lose a lot or all of their international opportunities!
