Fake News from India: Email Was Invented By A 14 Year Old Indian Boy 32 Years Ago.....

Shiva Ayyadurai the fake inventor of the emailEverybody seems to know already that India is not really a trustful country and everybody needs to be very carefully not get scammed doing business on the Internet. Now these people likes even to change the history of the email.

On the site from mensxp.com - which is calling themselves in their caption "MensXP.com - India's largest Online lifestyle magazine for Men. Offering tips & advice on relationships, fashion, office, health & grooming" - is publishing a very lazy author with the name Ankush Bahuguna the article: "Email Was Invented By A 14 Year Old Indian Boy 32 Years Ago. But Sadly, Nobody Remembers Him"

The article got published on July 18, 2015 and has been now showing up at Facebook. The article has only the problem that not one word of the story is true. The author Ankush Bahuguna belongs to the storytellers.

Let me show you the facts why this article is nothing else than a fairy tale. Let's go 32 years back in time starting from the year 2015 and we will be arrive in the year 1983. The computers have been at this time Mainframes. IBM presented their first personal computer - the base of the technology we are still using today - the Model 5160, better known as IBM Personal Computer XT on March 8, 1983 coming with with 128 KB of RAM, a 360 KB double-sided 5¼ inch floppy disk drive, a 10 MB Seagate ST-412 hard drive with Xebec 1210 Modified Frequency Modulation (MFM) controller, an Asynchronous Adapter (serial card with 8250 UART), and a 130-watt power supply. The motherboard had an Intel 8088 microprocessor running at 4.77 MHz, with a socket for an optional 8087 math coprocessor. PC DOS 2.0 has been the operating system. Older systems have been using 8-bit processors from Intel or Zylog, not more than 64 KB of RAM and have been running CP/M from Digital Research. Access to other computers, mailboxes and networks got done by using modems for dial up access.

The history of modern, global Internet email services reaches back to the early ARPANET, with standards for encoding email messages proposed as early as 1973 (RFC 561). An email message sent in the early 1970s looks quite similar to a basic text message sent on the Internet today. Email played an important part in creating the Internet and the conversion from ARPANET to the Internet in the early 1980s produced the core of the current services. The ARPANET initially used extensions to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to exchange network email, but changed to the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), first published as Internet standard 10 (RFC 821) in 1982.

1982 and 1983 is near together and the boy has been 1983 14 years old. How it comes that the protocol got declared already 1982 to a standard? Before something is becoming to be a standard it needs to get used from many people and SMTP is only a transport protocol and not the email itself. How it comes that Gary Turk from DEC (Digital Equipment Corporation) could send out 1978 already the first spam email in the ARPANET. 1978 has been Shiva Ayyadurai 9 years old. Does the author likes to explain us that Shiva Ayyadurai developed already computer programs before he learned to read and write in school? Don't forget that libraries, which we know from the actual time in programming, has not been available. Commercial programs got programmed in the language Cobol, which could not get used to program an UART. The only language to program an UART for the serial communication has been Assembler.

The article from the author Ankush Bahuguna shows only that the people from India likes even to change the history. What else can you expect from such a nation?

As nobody can win something from such a lie why such an article got published? Making someone famous for something which he did not do? Nationalism? The history teaches what is the result of nationalism. One bad example of nationalism can get found in the European history: Hitler.

Update May 29, 2016: The discussion and further research shows that the article at mensxp.com is full from failures. One of the easiest failures to recognize is that the author even has not been able to calculate the count of years in the headline. The article got published July 18, 2015. 2015 - 32 years equals 1983.

Shiva Ayyadurai got born December 2, 1963 in Bombay. 1963 + 14 years equals 1977. The difference to the result above is only a failure from 6 years, a very long time in the IT industry.

In the WikiPedia article about Shiva Ayyadurai we find:

As a high school student in 1979, he developed an electronic version of an interoffice mail system, which he called "EMAIL" and copyrighted in 1982. That name's resemblance to the generic term "email" and the claims he later made for the program have led to controversy over Ayyadurai's place in the history of computer technology. Mass media interest in his work has been followed by public retractions or removals of claims that he invented email by organizations such as The Washington Post and The Huffington Post, as well as the Smithsonian Institution.

The above part of the WikiPedia article shows now that we in an exact time frame where an mail system has been possible. The only problem is that Shiva Ayyadurai has been 1979 already 15 years old for the case that the provided date he started programming is true.

As he has copyrighted it 1982 the program, which he has been calling by himself "EMAIL", he has been already 19 years old. To have a copyright on a program is something different than an invention. An interoffice message storing program is not something what can get called to be an email and you cannot have invent something, which already exists.

Gary Turk from DEC sent out the first spam email on May 3, 1978:

First spam email sent out by Gary Turk from DEC

How can Shiva Ayyadurai have invented something 1979, which has been used already before 1978?

That shows the quality of journalism coming from India and how they like to change the history into their own favor. The problem is only with such a behavior they are pulling the reputation from their own country down. Instead of accepting the facts they are still living in their nationalistic dreams, which can get show in the comments found at the social media to this article. The problem is only that the history teaches us the big fails in the nationalistic dreams. Negative results from the past: Hitler, Napoleon.

Nationalism is every time dangerous. It starts by low level people which can try to impress with big words which don't have any value. The poor people, which don't have any education, believe into such words because they are not able to verify them. The low level from the nationalists get shown in the discussion at LinkedIn to this article. One of the worse comments are from Farukh Shah (Screenshot):

Farukh Shah

Do you see the point or I have to come personally and dig a hole in your head to allow this point to enter in your thick skulllllllllll

and (Screenshot)

Yes I can try finding what I am scared of is what If you are found in donkeys arse I am not showing my hand there to get u out u belong there mate or come out shut lol man

I don't think that someone likes to make any business with such low level people using such words like Farukh Shah who is calling himself to be a "Business Development Manager". Such people have no culture and are pulling the reputation of their own country more down. It is as typical sign from nationalists to ignore facts and to discuss in a normal way about provided information. Such people are believing only to their own construction of lies in their ill gotten brain.

Kshitij Tripathi likes to be COO at Apostle BPO Out Sourcing & Info Solution Services from Murrells Inlet, South CarolinaAnother comment which shows how the people in India are thinking is coming from Kshitij Tripathi (.pdf LinkedIn profile), he likes to be COO at Apostle BPO Out Sourcing & Info Solution Services from Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He has written:

Rudolf Faix, the propaganda that you always do by getting TRP is good , keep it up but with other countries not with our country because we lives in democratic country where all citizens loves each other , and please stop making these post again otherwise things can be bad if this is reaching to national level, hope you understand where i am coming from , try to find scammers from our enemy pakistan , you will find many more to make yo famous

He thinks that other countries are not democratic and that it would be better to search for scammers from their enemies in Pakistan. The problem is only that from around 140 scammers I have listed in my blog are coming more than 100 from India. I can understand in his case his reaction, because about him and Apostle BPO Solutions has written Jessica Narcovich on April 7, 2016 at LinkedIn Pulse the article Scammer Alert(Apostle BPO Services) and at ScamBook we can find three entries dated on March 26, 2016, April 28, 2016 and May 13, 2016 with $ 23,000 damage. In such a case will it even not help to announce at LinkedIn an address from the U.S. if the real location is India.

Intelligent people are leaving such a country and change their citizenship like the Google CEO has done it. At WikiPedia is written Sundar Pichai - Citizenship United States.

Instead of using their energy in fighting against the scam in their own country, which would increase their own reputation and would make them more trustful, the people are lazy and are even trying to changing the history by manipulating the dates and with lies.

It is easier to come up with lame arguments like India is a big country with more than 1 billion citizen and citizen from other countries are scamming too. Sure you'll find crime in each country as each country has jails with prisoners in it, but using that as argument shows only that more than 1 billion people are not able to stop the scammers which are ruining the reputation of their own country. Who can stop in such case the scam coming from there if the local people are simple too lazy to stop them? Searching for excuses only will not help the people which got scammed. You'll find more scammer in a big poor country. A fight against scam and fraud need to be done at the place where the most of the scam and fraud is coming from.

Scam free campaigns - only 3 brokers got found during the last year

Not one outsourcing client takes the risk for searching and hiring a call center broker or consultant from abroad. If an outsourcing company is searching abroad then they are searching for a call center directly, which is able to run their campaign, have a high success rate and not for a man in the middle who only likes to earn money by an easy way. A real client goes offshore for saving money and not for entertaining man in the middle, scammers or brokers from low wage countries. If a client hires a broker than he hire one, which is for him all the time reachable to complain, hit and bite him for the case something is running wrong with his campaign.

Brokers and consultants are getting paid from the outsourcing client and not from the center. They are responsible for running the outsourced campaign successful as they have selected the center for the clients campaign. For these reason they are even not allowed to take some money from the centers - it could be construed as a bribe. Offering and taking bribes is in the civilized world a crime and the fines are high. Depending on the case both, the one who is offering and the one who is accepting bribes, can even end up in jail.

Not one broker or consultant allows other brokers, consultants or "middle men" of any kind redistributing their campaigns unless otherwise approved by themselves. Not one reputable businessman charges any start up or up-front fees what so ever to launch their campaign. Real campaign brokers required to make their contracts directly with the call center and call center owner and that they have direct access to the sales floor, managers and agents when requested. They also insist that the call center receives and keeps 100% of the commissions. No payment should ever be given to a third party by the contracted center.

99.99% of the outsourcing offers found in the social networks are nothing else than scam. These scams have already destroyed the main part of the offshore outsourcing industry as even outsourcing clients got scammed, leads and data got sold many times. For these reasons the data protection law got raised during the last 10 until 15 years. Until now are trying my special friends, the scammers, offering impossible and invented campaigns against a huge invention fee. Everywhere, where you get asked to pay something - however the fee gets called - you'll get only scammed. Real clients are not taking money from the centers and they are able to pay their hired staff. The scammers are only confirming their scam with their "consultancy fee", "security deposit", "royalty" or however the fee gets called. These fees are nothing else than inventions from the scammers, which are too lazy doing a normal work.

Since more than one year I'm active warning from the scammers found at the social networks. During this time I have only found three real campaign brokers, which I list here. Please don't waste your and their time by asking them for any non-voice campaigns, like form fillings, inbound campaigns etc. Such campaigns are only existing in the dreams from the scammers. Remember all data are protected by law and not one company has their data on paper or need to convert them manually. Already the question for such campaigns is disqualifying yourself, because it shows that you have no idea from call center work, law in the different countries and you are for this reason not a trustful partner for any outsourcing client.

Chandra Gupta - Kreation Next - kreationnext.com - likes to make money from scammers

kreationnext.com social network logoIf I would take some money to removing some entries from my blog, than I would not be better than the scammer. Making money on this way would lead with the time to scam others or into blackmailing of innocent small business owners. That is not my idea for making money. Before I'll go down to this level I would prefer to be a beggar.

Anyway even such an offer shows that this one, which makes the offer, does not understand the nature and structure of the Internet. In the Internet are a lot of services available which like to archive the content of the web and the authors from websites have no influence on it. Examples are Googles Web Cache, WayBack Machine, etc. It is nearly impossible to remove some content from the Internet as the content gets distributed viral. To get something removed from Google you need to get a court order and in this case it will only get removed from the search result in that country from where the court order is coming from. Google is not the only search engine on the web.

If you get under these conditions an invitation for an offer from a company, which seems to be an Internet service provider and is offering at their website "Professional Web Designing", "SEO Expert Solution", "Online Store in no time", dedicated servers and more, for removing content from your own site under the title "Managing Web Reputation", than you think first about a bad joke, a faked sender or some other fraud instead of a real business. How someone can handle your online reputation if he does not know the basics of the Internet?

Under the above condition I got the following invitation for an offer from Chandra Gupta (19 contacts at LinkedIn) - kreationnext.com (LinkedIn profile [14 contacts], Facebook page [83 likes]) by using my web contact form:

Hello

This is Chandra Gupta from Kreation Next. We have a few clients who would like to remove their complaints from your website and wants us to manage their web reputation. Before getting them into our contract, we would like a quotation from your end for removal of each link / topic from your website, and also a
contact person/number where we can contact you on it.

Also, if possible please provide quotation on bulk & single link basis. The time required for removal of a link/multiple links (say 50 or more links).

Awaiting your reply.
Thanks in advance

As the provided email address is from his domain and the name has been fitting to the domain registry data I have answered the request without offering something. To get an answer back I have invented the wrong information that his company is registered in Dehli and his posting has been done from Kolkata:

Hello Chandra Gupta

I think by reading of the attached mail more on a bad joke than a real offer. The IP address is from Kolkata and your company is registered in Dehli - a distance of 2 hours by airplane.

The message got entered at my website at January 20, 2016 09:36am (GMT+1) into the mail form with the following informations:

As expected I got a reply from Chandra Gupta as expected with a confirmation that he has sent the offer request, but the request is not from a real business man, which likes to make some business - it is more the email from someone which did not get what he has expected in his hope:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I think you have got confused somewhere. I mailed you from kolkata, that's true, and also we are from kolkata.

Please refer to the following links for more details:
https://secure.kreationnext.com/about-us/contact-us.html
https://maps.google.co.in/maps?hl=en&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&q=kreation+next&fb=1&gl=in&hq=kreation+next&hnear=0x39f882db4908f667:0x43e330

https://secure.kreationnext.com/iso/verify-iso.html

There are a few things I need to clear about:
1. It doesn't take me a two hours journey to reach my office
2. We are based at kolkata
3. I make jokes with friends and family. And I don't make friends at business or make any joke (good or bad) at business.
4. The research you made on our company is a massive failure.
5. Your spellings are disastrous on the mail.

Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.

Regards,

My answer to the above email is that I'm not commercial available and my opinions are not for sale. Maybe it is hard to believe for some people without any beliefs as some are thinking that everything is commercial available and the big question is only for which price. I don't belong to this kind of people. I don't like to let me pull down to the same level like scammers. I like to be able to look into the mirror without shame.

Why shall I remove a scammer from my blog? Why shall I make it easier for a scammer to continue with his sham business? Why shall I try to make the online reputation work from Chandra Gupta for a scammer easier? As we are here in real life and not in the kindergarten I see no reason to help some scammers as long as they don't change their own life by coming honest. Small scammers don't have the money for hiring someone to improve their online reputation and these scammers which have enough money for this purpose have gotten it from cheating their hard working victims and not from their own hard work. Would it be fair for a first time scammer, which has no money for getting removed, to prefer the serial and organized scammers only for the reason that they have been successful and are paying some money? That would be like carrying water to the sea for making the sea less salty.

How much the owner of the site understands from SEO and Internet marketing gets shown at his own site. The Alexa ranking from kreationnext.com shows not really impressing values after the site has been 5 years and 56 Days online. The same quality can expected from his new service "Online Reputation Management" too:

The Alexa daily pageviews are interesting too:

Alexa: How engaged are visitors to kreationnext.com?

What can you expect more from people, which are using phrases like "Finally, If you are interested to talk business please send me a quotation rather than pointing out lame excuses to avoid work.". Only stupid people are calling pressing a simple "unpublish" or "delete" button "work"! That Chandra Gupta has not invented the work by himself gets shown on his own website and his social networks entries. He likes to earn money only from the work of others.

Update January 24, 2016: Chandra Gupta has submitted an email to me and asked for publishing it as add-on to this article. Here is his email:

Hello
Mr. Rudolf Faix,

I found your article on me and my company from your website. I have to agree you are a good writer and your spellings have improved a lot. Still you are missing the spelling of the city "Delhi" & "too"(its not 'Dehli', and you pronounce it as 'Dilli').

I thank you for showing interest in me and my company. I haven't seen a stranger in my entire life who has taken such interest and given so much time and effort to research on my profile and background. I should have given you a hug if you were near.

Some of my clients requested for removal of negative links/comments from other websites. Since I am not in the business of SEO or Reputation Management, I asked them to hold the offer while I complete the cost analysis. Before I get them in a contract I wanted to make sure that I can do it and provide them the best price for their request. As such I requested for a quotation from your side as well as other websites owners & staff. I am not at all interested in what business they do or who are they in their personal life. It takes too much effort and time to do so. And after working(Well by work I include my studies too) for 16 hours a day and 365 days a year, I don't get that much energy to do so.

A simple and small event of "request for a quotation for removal of links from your website" can lead to so much issue that you would take me under the microscope and start making wrong assumptions and portray a different image to the world. I didn't think that such a minute little thing can turn out to be an iceberg, that you will start researching on my website and me and turn me out into a parasite.

Well let me tell you what I exactly do:
1. I sell and configure dedicated servers, VPS servers, proxy servers, email gateways, system monitoring system, etc so that it can perform at an optimum level, safely without any unauthorized access attempts from hackers and spammers.
2. Design customized desktop applications and web applications for my customers.

And this is what I do all by myself with a lot of assistance from Google search. I have a small family and I am satisfied with my small earnings and a happy family.

And it takes a lot of hard work and research to take care of each and every minute detail. And I am really sorry to my business as I haven't taken good care of my website and SEO. I have just completed my website a few days back, but still a few tweaks are pending. Well about SEO, I am not an expert. I need to learn on it a bit before I proceed.

I am still a black dot on a black board and I frankly am not such an important guy that you need to spend so much of your valuable time on me and my life. Though its a wrongly assumed small biography, but still, I haven't grown that big yet.

Though I checked your blog too, it is mostly based on scammers and scams, and some info about some good campaigns from Deep Blue Marketing. I think you are a part of the Deep Blue Marketing Team though (Its only my personal view). And you have been blogging for about a year now on the wwpa.com( check your last post). As I assumed your work, you are good with seo and your domain is 20 years old. Don't you think you should be within the top 1000 in alexa, with so much of seo experience?

You have spent so much time and effort on writing blogs on spammers, I fear that you may turn out to be a spammer in future if not already. You know, "We are what we do".

Keep yourself safe and happy.

I am a bit rude sometimes, sorry if I have hurt you in anyway.

Finally, a request though, you may or may not do, its your choice. Add this mail to your blog too and don't forget to comment. And also if possible send me an email when done with the link so that I can check it out.

The risk that I'm start to scam is very low, because I'm not active in business. That means that I'm not offering or selling something. I have been hard working in business for more than 35 years and everything comes one time an end. Now I enjoy my life and take it how it comes.

As I have started in the late 70ths to work in the IT industry in Austria I made the experience that everybody helped each other without any restrictions and without asking for something. It has been a simple helping each other. I have continued this kind of working together during all my active time.

Two years ago I have relocated from Austria to the Philippines. Here I found a friend, which needed to close his call center for the reason of getting scammed. For this reason I have taken a look into the offshore outsourcing industry again and found that nearly all the offers are nothing else than scam. I started December 2014 by commenting and writing against the scammers found at the social networks. Since December 2014 I have found only three campaign brokers, which are offering in a serious way campaigns. The three companies are Kathy Sisk Enterprises (USA), Ian Haines Consulting (UK) and Deep Blue Marketing (DBM) - Lars Christiansen (Denmark, Spain, USA, Dominican Republic). All three are offering campaigns without any upfront payments. They are getting paid from the client for searching call centers which are able to fulfill the requirements of the client and not for centers which are able to pay for getting work. That is that what I understand in making a serious business. I'm publishing available campaigns as soon as I get updates from these companies. I'm publishing the campaign offers for free of charge as they help me to show that not all the offers found in the social networks are scam and how real offshore outsourcing business is working.

That I'm independent from the named campaign brokers gets already shown that DBM is the exclusive broker for the Caribbean Cruise Line campaign. That is a real campaign with very tight margins and it is hard for the centers to make some earnings with this campaign. I'm not promoting this campaign. I have even written some negative articles about this campaign. These articles are getting found at:

If you are working for a company you will not have the chance to write negative about a customer of this company. At least you would not long working after such an article for this company.

Don't worry I have been thinking if there is a possibility to monetize my blogs. By showing banner ads will nobody click on it. The most people are already using AdBlocker (I'm using an AdBlocker too). I have been even thinking about placing a donate button on my site, but what will I do if a scammer will donate something and I need to write later on an article about this scammer? I think it is better to let it like it is and stay independent.

About the writing of the capital from India I can say only that in the early 70ths has been written in the Austrian schoolbooks the name as Dehli and that is the way how the city gets pronounced in the German speaking countries. I'm not searching Google for the correct writing of city names. Even in the German version of Wikipedia is written about Delhi/Delhi:

Daneben existiert die Variante Dehlī [ˈd̪eːhlːi], die ursprünglich vor allem von den Muslimen benutzt wurde. Der Name leitet sich vermutlich vom alten Hindustani-Wort dil für „Hügel“ ab.

Translated to English is it:

In addition the variant Dehli [ˈd̪eːhlːi] exists, which was originally used mainly by Muslims. The name properly derives from the ancient Hindustani-word dil for "hill".

I think that there are much bigger problems found in the offshore outsourcing industry than the correct writing of the name from the capital of India where even two versions are existing or to discuss about possible type mismatches.

It is hardly possible to hurt me. We have in German language a proverb: "Wer austeilen kann muss auch einstecken können", translated to English has it the meaning of "Who could kick and punch must be able to stand answers in return".

Christopher Caudle likes to get more publicity for Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano

Christopher Caudle does not understand until now that the article "Scammer Wesley Jon Pollard - outoftheboxsolutions.weebly.com - dexterity-leads.com - rollingdice.in" is a free expression of my opinion and not an accusation. The difference gets found in the expression "can be". My opinion in this case is based on Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano's accepted and confirmed recommandation from Wesley Jon Pollard at her LinkedIn profile. This recommendation got found on August 25, 2015 on both LinkedIn profiles - Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano and Wesley Jon Pollard. With other words I have only used something to build my opinion what both had written and published in their own profile. If they had published some wrong information then they are guilty by themselves.

Here get the part cited, which Christopher Caudle likes to have removed from my blog. I have made only the "can be" bold to show that it only my opinion and I have added in the brackets the pdf download of the LinkedIn profile from Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano to show that this part is only a copy and paste):

Another partner in crime can be Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano (LinkedIn profile Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano.pdf (686.21 kb)). Wesley Jon Pollard has given her a recommendation beginning with the words “Maria was recently appointed Director with us due to certain qualities she can bring on board that benefit our clients from all around the world ….”. This shows that she has been a director and a decision maker in the organization of Wesley Jon Pollard.

Maria was recently appointed Director with us due to certain qualities she can bring on board that benefit our clients from all around the world. She came highly recommended by a present client who had previously worked very closely with her.

She is very detailed orientated, committed and hard working when it comes to getting clients what they need and always places their first, addressing areas that other brokers cannot offer.

Very unique in many ways, we are very delighted to have Maria on board as a director and look forward to seeing her career being even more successful with us.

Here is a screenshot from the received and accepted recommendations at Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano's LinkedIn profile (content from August 25, 2015):

Screenshot showing recommendations Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano received at LinkedIn

My opinion is that someone is not trustful if he accepts a recommendation because he is thinking it helps in business and if it comes to problems then he is rejecting the content of the recommendation. The reader has in this case the free choice in which part the lie gets found – the recommendation or the reject of the recommendation. Such a behavior can get compared with a flag spinning in the wind.

Christopher Caudle likes to impress in the following letter with a maudlin story and false interpretation of the law. He even addressed the letter wrong to the registrar Network Solutions, LLC. Already this fact shows his misunderstanding of the Internet structures and law interpretation.

Network Solutions, LLC can only take action with respect to a particular domain registration pursuant to (i) a request from the current domain name registrant; (ii) the terms of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”) issued by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), the international regulatory body that oversees the administration of domain names; or (iii) an order from a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

Additional is the fact that under the U.S. Communications and Decency Act, an Internet Service Provider or Web host is immune from liability for the content posted on a website by a customer and therefore, neither a registrar nor its affiliates would be a party to any potential court, arbitral or regulatory proceedings. This fact shows his misunderstanding of the law situation too.

The next failure he made is that he is writing that he is "representing Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano" and there is no additional power-of-attorney document attached. Something like that can get written from everybody and everybody can value the content how he likes.

At the beginning of this article I have already explained that the content is only cited from the LinkedIn profiles of Ma Eliza Reyes Reburiano and Wesley Jon Pollard. My opinion about the content of the citation with “can be” is nothing else than something "it may be" or "it maybe not". There is nothing where I have written that it is a fact. The fact is only the cited content of the LinkedIn profiles.

One of the fundamental rights in the civilized world is the freedom of expression. There are also countries available where the Internet gets censored. If someone prefers such a living would it be better for him to relocate to such a country. But I'm not sure if he will be able to help in censoring the opinion of others and the Internet.

The red herring and/or deception around Wesley Jon Pollard

A person with the Facebook profile calling himself Bruce Young shared on September 11,  2015 06:16pm (GMT+2) with Christopher Claude my LinkedIn posting where I had in the comments section a communication with Wesley Jon Pollard and explained him that hiding himself in anonymity is not good base for making business. I also explained him my motivation for hunting scammers.

The content from Bruce Young:

Check this out https://www.linkedin.com/grp/post/3703199-5969350618647638019

The big investigator, police man (Sargent) and Sherlock Holmes from Eynsham did even not follow the link and posted his flames against me into the comment, because he has been thinking that Bruce Young sent him the link with the article “Is Christopher Caudle more than just a friend of the alleged scammer Wesley Jon Pollard?”.

By taking a look at the Facebook profile of Bruce Young I find the first 17 postings done on August 22, 2015. On the same day he has created a page with the name “Scammers Beware”, which has until now only 8 likes and two postings – the self-promotion of the page - done on August 22, 2015.

August 23, 2015: Bruce Young started his Facebook campaign where he is searching for Wesley Jon Pollard.

On September 10, 2015 Bruce Young published the first time a transcript of the Skype communication with Wesley Jon Poilard. This communication is dated from August 21, 2015.

Christopher Claude reported Wesley Jon Pollard in a forwarded email to me on August 26, 2015 as missing since July 7, 2015 – the email is dated with July 30, 2015. A copy of the email gets found in the updates from August 26, 2015 at the article “Scammer Wesley Jon Pollard - outoftheboxsolutions.weebly.com - dexterity-leads.com - rollingdice.in

My opinion about the rumors around Wesley Jon Pollards disappearance is nothing else than a red herring or a deception:

  • Someone, who communicated per Skype on August 21 will not get searched two days later already.

  • Someone, who needs to hide, will not get in contact by using Skype with people from which he is hiding.

  • Someone, who needs to hide, will not use his old and existing accounts for offers of his new company (dexterity-leads.com) for the case he did it not by a mistake.

  • Someone, who has nothing to hide, does not need to block me at LinkedIn
Here a screenshot from Wesley Jon Pollards public profile when I'm logged in as Rudolf Faix at LinkedIn:
Screenshot shows that Wesley Jon Pollard has blocked me on LinkedIn

And here a screeshot from the same time, using another browser, without beeing logged in:
Screenshot of the public LinkedIn profile without loginBlocking someone on LinkedIn does not really help. It makes the person only more suspicious. Everybody has a lot of friends and sometimes others are giving you access for searching some information. In such a case the blocking gets dismantled easily.

It is also my opinion that if somebody is searching for Wesley Jon Pollard he will find him at the place of the people whose name should get removed from the publicity or which are making the most rumors. For me it looks like that the profile from Bruce Young with the picture from the wrestler and actor “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson, got only created for helping Wesley Jon Pollard. I think that even the published pictures from Wesley Jon Pollard are only a fake and are showing in reality someone else.
